Abrazo Central Campus Reviews

Before you go to Abrazo Central Campus, you may want to know what the people who have already gone to this Phoenix emergency room think.

Ash Arizona⭐️⭐️The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because the nurse who was in my room was very nice. However, I told the Doctor that I have asthma and I was sick for 3 weeks and I needed to be checked for pleurisy my mom told me to do so. He then walked away checked my x Ray’s turned out that he had seen nothing in my chest. Gave me some kind of muscle relaxer which did not even work. gave me prescription and gave directions on what to do next and I am highly offended when he put on there that in order for me to get better I needed cognitve beahavioral treament or therapy . What does that have to do with my ribs muscle having spams? Well I am waiting I am at home suffering in pain thanks for your no help at allTom Lindsay⭐️⭐️⭐️My sweetheart was life Flighted from La Paz County Hospital with sepsis and a liver abscess. The nurses in the 5th floor were absolutely the most wonderful you could hope for. The doctors and the care by Hospitalists and Infection Specialist and our surgeon…care by a committee of them had 2 standouts; Dr Chamberlin and Dr Dave (a lady). We were discharged to home with my wife’s infection still raging and 2 antibiotics (one was Flagyl) after 6 days. The Flagyl has sapped my wife’s strength and left her nauseated (among other side effects). We were assigned to be followed up with by the infection doctor. When we called his office to report these difficulties, we spoke to his staff asking them to tell the doctor (one time) and report how horrible my wife’s side effects were (the second time). The doctor NEVER returned the first call and the staff (on the second call with my wife) was rude and demanding (that we go to an ER and repeat the previous weeks lack of progress). The entire experience, excepting the nurses and Dr Chamberlin and Dr Dave, was FRUSTRATING. The medical care by committee, influenced by Case Management and insurance companies does NOT work for us as patients. We have more to say but no one to say it to. We are living 113 miles west of Phoenix. I have been a medevac pilot and hospital financial administrator before I got old.Linda Williams⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI was brought in on the 23rd of May. From the very moment that I got there, they worked on me the entire time!!! Yes, I was in the emergency dept. for a long time but the communicated with me as to why it was taking so very long. I use to be a care giver and brought the women to this very same hospital. They handled her very warmly. So far, I have Nothing Negative to say about this place. They really seemed to care about Me!!!Amanda Michelle Anderson⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedDuring my recent visit to the ER, I was given great care. My triage nurse Scott was very fast and efficient in getting me checked in. My nurse Dalia was great, always checking in with me on pain levels and any needs that I might have. My x-ray tech, Don greated me warmly and was efficient as well. When Dr. Mcdowell, examed me he was thoughtful, listened to my concerns and answered all of my questions. Even the tech, Mike was friendly when checking in on me. The charge nurse, Del, was even very kind to check in, to ensure that his staff had made my visit as comfortable and as pleasant as possible. It is not easy to have an enjoyable experience when going to the hospital, but I know that the night staff put every effort into making me comfortable.Scott Minster⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI was here for a week for something having to do with my liver and I received excellent treatment. Every nurse on every shift was very helpful, knowledgeable, and just genuinely very nice. All of them really made my stay that much easier and I would go there again as well as recommend to anyone. I’ve seen the people that complain while in the waiting area and they’re usually unhappy because they want or expect something that the hospital can’t provide nor should provide. Anyway, not a bad thing to say whatsoever.breanna thomas HORRIBLE ATTITUDES & CUSTOMER SERVICE. The front desk lady has no idea how to talk to patients. She makes you feel like your problem isn’t relevant which is an obvious red flag in an EMERGENCY ROOM !Billey Bonecutter Your probably better off going to Haiti for your medical needs. I’d even try a witch doctor from Afghanistan or Yemen. The Doctors even look like they need a doctor.Tasia Hale⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I brought my son here last night to be treated for an asthma attack. We were in a room in no time, and really the only reason I’m writing this is because Nurse Cisco was AMAZING to my son! This 4 star review is to him directly. His bedside manner is fantastic, and he made my 5 yr old son feel very comfortable right from the beginning. The rest of the team was kind, but he really stuck out to me. It’s hard to make a child smile and feel comfortable when they are in pain, and he absolutley did that from the time we were there to the time we left.Manuel Chaparro⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedClean friendly staff always willing to helpKarelyn Rosa The doctor I saw had the worst bedside manner. He didn’t care about treating me. Didn’t even bother to look at the issue. Just tried to push me off w/ pain meds. I insisted I wanted X-rays or something to figure out why I was in pain. But he wouldn’t. He just pushed meds, so I just left. Waste of time & money.Valerie Froggy739⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI never have to wait!! It is great, I get in and out in less time than any other ERJassy Brown They have horrible staff members. They all have very bad attitudes and they don’t put the patient first. They need to get this place shut down. All they do is talk mess about the patient and then tell them they can’t do anything to help them. If I could give them no stars I would.Nancy Olvera I hate this place. From the emergency service to their billing dept. I’ve been trying to get a hold of somebody there and I simply can’t.Bre Mone Williams⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedHad to get stitches. They’re kind, professional, and I wasn’t there forever. Cindy was my nurse and the Dr was good at calming my nerves.Double R Horrible place since the moment that you walk in and talk to the desk person.Mocha V I have been in waiting room for 3 hours. I guess I’ll die in the lobbyShady Bear when are they going to close this cesspool? #tragichospitals
