Mary Moysard⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThe staff was amazing. The care I received was above and beyond. I have been In the medical field for over 30 years. And all I can say is I wish every emergency room with as efficient as these folks were yesterday. Very caring very Personable and very very professionalKristina Dalessandro⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThis place is awesome! I almost didn’t want to write a review because I wanted to keep it a hidden gem but it was too good not to share. From the moment I walked in today to the moment I left, I was treated like I was the only patient there. The staff is extremely caring, efficient, and knowledgeable. Less than 5 minutes to be seen and in less than 2 hours I had an IV, full lab work up, CT scan, and diagnosis. That is almost unheard of in an emergency medical facility. To the staff, thank you so much for a painless experience today. Will definitely use you again if needed.Samantha Hughes⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI would of gave more stars for this location if I could. First off this is one of the best experience that we have encountered. I would like to give a special thanks to Ginny who is the most amazing nurse one could ask for she knows her stuff. The staff was very friendly and professional I would recommend this place to anybody. You will not be disappointed! Thank you all for everything.nikki mann⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedDino at North Peoria Emergency Room is absolutely amazing! He brought comfort to both of us when we had a health scare. His VW bug pics brought happiness and intrigued my husband which helped calm him! Thank you so much Dinorydeaz⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedMy husband was seen yesterday at this hospital and was treated like royalty. All of the staff were professional, caring and friendly. He was seen right away and all tests done. Thank you to Dr. Roger Wilcox, Nurse Ginny and PA David. You are all top notch and really took care of us. It is so nice to have such a terrific facility close by. You are appreciated!Amber D⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedClean, fast, patient, and kind. I just took my 2yo son here for a bout of croup. They were so kind and patient during the entire process, even though he was screaming his brains out and fighting everything. We got taken back within a couple of minutes and seen by a doctor within a minute or two of getting into the room and having vitals checked. I cannot thank them enough!jennifer wyattDO NOT USE THIS ER! I’ve never seen the most ridiculous overbilling in my life and zero help. A med student talked to me for a few minutes then he talked to a doctor. They decide on a single CT, released in less than 2 hours with an incorrect diagnosis. Thanks, that will be 23k. What in the world??Anthony Spicola⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI would like to thank everyone at the Abrazo Arrowhead Center for the excellent care I was given last night. They were fast and efficient, handling my allergic reactions. I feel great today thanks to Dr Rosas and nurses who helped me. One day late of Thanksgiving but definitely Thankful. Anthony SpicolaTruebornVery disappointed. This healthcare group needs to go through a complete training overhaul. As a 30-year diabetic, I’ve been hospitalized more than I care to, and in all my times, I’ve never seen such poor communication, poor collaboration, poor bedside manner and overall poor care. If you have an option, do yourself a favor and drive to another emergency room. If you can’t, then I’m sorry.deneen murphyI went to your ER a few days ago in agonizing pain. Dr. Haslehourst was the attending “Dr” The nurses were good but the Dr was a disgrace. I came in feeling defeated and left in tears feeling even more defeated. My pain was so bad that my blood pressure was super high. I am a chronic pain sufferer. I have issues with my occipital nerve and Trigeminal neuralgia. I get treated for these things by my regular doctor but had a flare up that was unbearable and needed a little help. I also had swollen lymph nodes in my throat, under my chin and into the clavicle. This can be serious stuff when you are swelling in that area. Thankfully I saw both my dentist and primary the next day and am now on prednisone, antibiotic and had a nerve block at the dentist. Dr Haslehourst did not do any type of exam, never laid a finger on me to feel what was going on, no labs and said because I had a CT 6 months ago it wasn’t needed. Let me tell you, I was put in a dangerous situation with how this was handled. I appreciate the pain med I was given via IM injection however contrary to what I think was on his mind I was not there for the drugs. Telling me to get acupuncture and that seeking a new dental visit was insane thinking?? I went against your terrible advice and I’m actually now going to a oral surgeon next week because there is something wrong. No bedside manner whatsoever. I felt like a big joke. I don’t think it’s fair to bill insurance or me for the heafty fee that will come with this. I left with a diagnosis of muscle pain which was misdiagnosed. After given the pain injection I was discharged about 10 minutes later, no blood pressure recheck after that kind of med with excessive BP. I’ve always had good experiences here but this was not only horrible but negligent.TiffanyWe took our daughter in due to a pretty bad dog bite and wanted to ensure we had her treated by a doctor vs. just seen at a urgent care. We were taken back right away and Jeremy assisted us right getting the wound prepared with numbing cream. He was courteous and made my daughter feel at ease. He said that the doctor would be in once the numbing cream kicked in. 5 mins later Dr. Dean came in, instantly injected her with lidocaine and stitched her up. The whole time my daughter was screaming in pain as the numbing had not yet even kicked in. In and out in ten mins $450 bill only to end up in the hospital a day later with an infection. The wound was never flushed out and so the bacteria was trapped below the skin. This doctor has zero bedside manner, is rude and has cost my daughter a TON of pain and suffering due to his incompetence! Avoid this hospital at all cost!Theodor Radu⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedQuick and effective treatment, very skilled and friendly. Thank you!!!Tammy O’Neal⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThe entire staff treated my mother-in-law with grace and respect. We were in and out in an hour and a half. I would highly recommend this place for any emergency.Erin Cousins⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI took my 2 year old daughter here last night because she was in agonizing pain. I thought she broke her wrist. We waited for 10 minutes at most and then a group of people were wanting to help us. Great bedside manner. Kept my daughter calm. The pediatric room has a painting of cute fishes which also calmed her down. We had a med student come in and he was by far the BEST dr. I have ever had. I wish I remember his name but he moved her arm in a way that repositioned her elbow. Turns out she had nursemaids elbow. Instantly she was better and laughing again. I can not thank this student enough for fixing my baby girl!Melanie W⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThis place is great!! Not busy at all. Super nice staff. Everyone was kind. They were fast and efficient. Dr. Hickman was really nice and didn’t rush on out. 5 stars!Julie Connard⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedBy far the best emergency room we’ve ever been to. The people are amazing. From the guy at the front desk (sorry I can’t remember his name) to Dr. Dean, Heather and especially Jeremy, these people are consumate professionals (and, by the way, are nice as could be). Jeremy is one of the best all-round medical professionals we’ve ever met – so caring and so competent!N ST⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedOur experience was extremely positive from Alexis, Mylinda, Heather, Dino and Dr. Dean… we felt we were in great hands. ThanksAmy Santoro⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedExcellent, caring and quick care.Saorishe HereHorrible experience. No one took my boyfriend seriously at all. He came in for severe migraines. It all started with the front desk. When we asked the guy to turn the loud TV’S sound off, he turned it down one…we asked him again calmly, turned it down one. In the end he just turned it off. Then while we were waiting we heard him listening to videos. After that the nurse that took us in was being very loud even when we said he was at a ten, then he laughed and said “So I can’t talk like I’m in the ER, you’re telling me to tone down my personality?” So we said “Again…he is in the worst pain he has ever been in.” Then the lady that came in next was even worse. So my boyfriend had an abusive family and they did not believe him. This woman gave him an IV and it made it worse. My boyfriend said “It’s worse now” and she said ” Not to be mean but you can’t be…you just said you we’re a ten and you’re being unrealistic, so you should have told us it was an 8 or something” and that just made me sad…though this hospital has a short waiting time, I would not recommend it to anyone…please don’t go here!!Sharlene FlemingHorrible customer service when calling to obtain information. I was on hold for >30 minutes and had to call back. The staff is very rude and they don’t even apologize for the delay. I would not recommend this ER.Stephen Sanchez⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI’m so glad I came here instead of Banner! Everyone was SUPER friendly and cordial. They did their jobs wonderfully. I couldn’t have asked for better care anywhere else. The doctor was super thorough (o had food poisoning) and the staff was amazing. Angie the RN and Tora took care of me the entire time, and trust me, I was in really bad shape. I would recommend this ER to anyone seeking to get emergency care in the NW Peoria area.Joyce Schweitzer⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️After waiting 2.5 hours at another ER decided to try Peoria North ER off of Lake Pleasant Pkwy. They got my daughter in right away, blood work and MRI. Thank you guys for taking wonderful care of our daughterLavinia Smith⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedBest ER experience of my life!!! I have had a lot of experience unfortunately. With a history of Cancer and Crohns Disease I have been in and out but this is hands down the best from beginning to end. I had fallen down the stairs and hurt my knee and arm. I was signed in and to the back in less than 10 mins. From there there the nurse was in with vitals and history within 3-5. After asking my permission for a Med Student to see me (which has never happened ever!)The Med student arrived within 2 mins after the nurse was done. He did he thorough exam, left and 10 mins later the physician arrived and examined me. From there I went to X-ray where the tech had the best bedside manner. Played me a little country music and made the painful experience bearable. I was back in my room exactly fifteen minutes later with the nurse arriving within minutes to let me know Dr. Rodriquez had seen the X-rays but they were waiting for the offsite radiologist to read. Within 10 mins the docs were back in my room giving me the results, the referrals asking for any questions and the medical assistant fitting me with a brace. Each and every person that saw me was kind, compassionate and professional. I am in the medical field, been a leader in a level 1 trauma center, held a leadership role in one of the best Heart hospitals in the world and have never seen a team like this where there was nothing to complain about. The facility was spotless too. One hour and 22 mins that is what it took for me to be seen, treated on my way! That is one amazing place. God forbid I must revisit an ER but no matter where I live in Phoenix this will be my go to! Much better than Banner and haven’t been to a HonorHealth yet to compare there!Anthony BajaliaDO NOT EVER GO TO THIS PLACE!!! I went there for an ear infection and it took the doctor 30 seconds to diagnose it as an ear infection. All I needed was the doctor to prescribe ear drops because I’m prone to ear infections, and the whole visit took 10 minutes. I get billed $409 because apparently every room you go in is considered an emergency room to them, and they will bill you as such. I went back in there to figure everything out and the lady at the front desk gave me nothing but attitude and started to raise her voice to me and my mother who was on speaker phone. I will never even consider going back to this scam of a place, and I hope that everyone sees this review and reconsiders where they will go for their health care needs.Sommer Getz⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedMy friend fell off a horse tonight and tore up her ankle pretty badly. Right from the start we had an amazing experience. From the front desk, to the nurses to the doctor. They got us into a room right away, and had the best bedside manner I’ve ever experienced in a hospital setting. Took great care of her and made sure to check all possible injuries. Will absolutely recommend this location!diana Larson⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER Recommendedawesome experience last night after I fell and sliced a main artery in my hand. My daughter took me here and they had it stitched up and out the door in record time. I highly recommend Dr. Rosas, very efficient and awesome, and the two nurses, Susan and Kathy.QuadCowgirl TubesI asked the nurses in confidential a few questions and they went and told my 15 year old daughter about my concerns which started a fight between us. They didn’t follow Hippa at all!Leasa Leiker-Richardson⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedSo very grateful this Urgent care is close to my home. I came in with extreme shortness of breath to the point of panic. I have a very extensive medical history and have been to many, many urgent care clinics, ERs and hospitals. The minute I came in they were amazing! They didn’t ask anything else before taking me back for treatment. I was very grateful! They worked very quickly and efficiently and each staff member knew exactly what they needed to do for me! It was like I had been there many times before. I cannot express my gratitde to the entire staff. I highly recommend them and I wouldn’t hesitate to go there again if need be. Very, very grateful!Briana BradyThe front receptionist was very rude and disrespectful from the get go. Then on top of it the nurse practitioner was severely sick. And the nurse practitioner was rude and disrespectful and basically just brush everything off like it was just nothing like she was coughing in up in the back. I will not come back here again.Es Reviews⭐️⭐️We registered online before coming in but still had a bit of a wait even though only 1 other person was in the waiting room when we arrived. The service was ok, but there is zero transparency on costs and they cannot even provide an estimate of charges. I sat in a room with my daughter for less than an hour, a nurse took her temperature and pulse a couple of times and the doctor talked to us for less than 3 minutes. For that, they billed my insurance over $2k for the visit and the separate charges from the doctor. Even after my insurance “discount” that’s over $800 out of pocket for me to hold my daughter in a room alone for about an hour.Ram Custom DesignsThis emergency room used to be amazing, but now we are so disappointed in it. Few weeks ago one of my sons dislocated his shoulder, the doctors and nurses sat around the main area talking and joking while my son sat in pain waiting on his shoulder to be put back in! The doctor had zero bedside manner, did not even talk much to us at all. Then another son of mine hurt his knee playing basketball and went in last night. They made him wait 2 hours for nothing!! There was nobody else being treated and all they did is sit around and talk to each other. They gave him a brace and sent him on his way.Kerry Boyce⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI Checked into Abrazo Peoria Emergency Center at 2:15 am on a Wednesday. The staff was friendly, responsive and efficient. My whole experience was among the best I have had with an urgent care facility. I was released at 5:00 am after numerous tests and a diagnosis that was accurate.Diane Vahary⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThank you! I received a call from my daughters school stating she possibly broke her wrist. I could hear my daughter in the back of my head saying no more volleyball for me. My mother whom speaks broken English brought her in to Abrazo Peoria Emergency Center was treated kind and respectful to her language barrier. From Patient Access and up the Clinical chain, everyone was wonderful. My daughter at the age of 12 was happy she was there and well taken care of. She is very excited there is no break 🙂Shawn QuinnFirst off, the medical care and time to be seen is outstanding. The problem is after the visit. You will start getting bills pretty much forever from anyone who looked your direction. I understand this is how the healthcare system works in the US, but here is the kicker…. Depending who you see, they seem to flip a coin as whether it’s worth the time to run it through your insurance. I’m trying to settle up bills now. I got one from the Abrazo Arrowhead Campus – no problem. Now Dr. Forrest Dean’s services at this facility decided to bypass my insurance and proceed directly to collections for his services. Right on the bill it says ‘if you have insurance, call us or visit our website’. The web site itself is super sketchy and seems to have ZERO of my information, as if it was a scam site looking to do some identity theft. The doctor / facility can’t be bothered to bill my insurance so I now have a collections agency trying to collect a bill for 10x what I owe because someone was too lazy to bill it to insurance. Bottom line, great service and you WILL be billed incorrectly. It has happened every time I’ve taken a family member here and I’m done with this place. There is a reason no-one is in the waiting room….Janette Gothro⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThe dr and staff were awesome!Doug Lynch⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedOutstanding service. Daughter broke little toe during gymnastics. Taken care of quickly by Dr Rosas, Nurse Leonona and Tech Jeremy. Great bedside manner and extremely competent treatment.Jeff ShireyTook my son there after a fall playing soccer. Had an x-ray and saw nothing. Sent him home in a soft splint and said it was sprained. After 3 days of pain we took him to an ortho and they clearly saw 5 fractures on their x-ray. It was almost to the point of requiring surgery, yet they saw nothing and said if it still hurts in 10 days to come back and give us another $100 co-pay. Very disappointing.Jessica NelsonBeyond disgusted with this so called “emergency center” my sister in law went in for vaginal bleeding while having a confirmed pregnancy. The physician only did blood work. Her quant was not within levels for the gestational age. She was 10 weeks, her quant showed 7-8 weeks. He didn’t do an ultrasound or a pelvic exam to see if the cervical os was open he just sent her home stating everything looked good. She went home the pain and bleeding persisted. She went to her OB the next morning and was told that her baby passed sometime last week. I do know that no matter what he would’ve done it wouldn’t change the outcome but he sent a young family with hopes of a first child home with false hope. This is a misdiagnosis on the basis that he was too lazy or uneducated to order the proper tests. So if you like to be lied to and misdiagnosed then this is the place for you, if not I’d go to a real ER.judy moore⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI was just here on 3/30/17- diagnosed with diverticulitis. I cannot say enough about this place. The staff all the way from front desk to the Dr. Was a wonderful experience. Highly highly recommend and the best part, I didnt wait long at all to get in. Thanks Abrazo Pleasant valley, appreciate you all!NancyThis place is heartless!! Don’t ever go there Dr. Mann is the must heartless person I️ have meet in my life. His RN is clueless there was just one other patient there not hurt as bad as me. Didn’t give me anything for the pain of a broken arm didn’t get anything till 2 1/2 hours! DON’T EVER GO HERE!!!! If your in pain go to CVS because you will be helped much faster. Then go to a real doctors offices or emergency. If you have to drive out 5 more miles do it you will thank me. This one star is being nice I️ would give them a zero star rating.Rhonda RogersPatient care is not their first priority! It’s how much they can charge you. Forgot that they took the Hippocratic Oath and are supposed to treat people not gouge them while they need medical care. Don’t go there for care!S Malekpour⭐️⭐️⭐️Most of the staff is great. I’ve been here twice. But the doctor would come in and then walk out as we were asking a question. They ALWAYS have a long wait. They don’t tell you what is going on or what you are waiting for. They run ALL sorts of tests whether it makes sense or not. Just be aware and you can say NO, but they scare you.sam c⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI’m an ER nurse in a very busy ER of a magnet hospital in Southern CA. I felt like I was in an extension of my own ER! My fiance and I were there for a short getaway trip and he was ill and needed treatment. The staff was intelligent, capable, efficient, and also very personable. All great qualities!!! If they were hiring, I’d apply and move to Peoria in a heartbeat!Monique Winfield⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThis is BY FAR the best emergency room care that I have ever received. The staff at this center show such sincere care and concern; they were practically running in to each other making sure I was as comfortable as possible while I was waiting for test results. Lori did a phenomenal job with my IV and Dino even followed up the next day with a phone call just to see if I was feeling better. These people go above and beyond, and when you are not feeling well, that extra effort and friendly bedside manner goes means so much. Ive taken my 4 year old here with pneumonia once too, and the standard of care was exactly the same. Every 5 minutes another nurse was coming in bringing pillows, drinks, Popsicles, blankets, Dino even made my little guy a little bowl of Mac and Cheese. They are all so friendly and it really seems like they personally care about the patient. This is a fantastic facility with little to no wait time and our family truly appreciates all the wonderful work they do.Vanessa MartinezWorst experience ever!. I am a mother of 4 so I’ve experienced my fair share of urgent care emergencies. I was visiting my brother so didn’t go to my normal center and went to one by his house and oh how i wish i never did. From the receptionist the guy was the rudest ever! the female nurse believe her name was Julie C. horrible nurse ever, i had the same experience with the Dr, he was in and out didn’t even address us. This center was very unprofessional and i have to say i even felt discriminated against. I’ve never in my entire life felt so horrible about myself. I literally cried because of my experience. Theses people are supposed to be welcoming and help you feel better. They are robots without emotions and very judgmental. I called to speak to the director and she had her coordinator call me smh. from reviews I’ve seen i guess i am not the only one who had a horrible experience.Dean Doss⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedAfter reading the few bad reviews, I was hesitant to go there but I went anyways. Every single person we talked to was very polite and efficient. I’m 46 years old and I must say, it was possibly the best emergency visit I have ever had. Nice job folks!!Dally Yarbrough⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThis place was absolutely amazing. With a dying age of almost non existing or horrible customer service from most businesses, this place treated me with urgency, respect and compassion. The nursing staff was the best I have ever experienced in a medical facility and the Dr bedside manner was great.Lisa Brando⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI had pain in the left side of my back. They told me that I had a UTI and a kidney infection and immediately gave me an IV and treated me with such care and love, I can’t even tell you. The nurses took time to explain my situation to me, went over meds and things like that. Dr. Rosas was so nice and never made me feel rushed. Also, wait time was less than 5 minutes to get into the room. FAST right? I would recommend this hospital, doctors and staff to anyone that is looking for high quality care. They have also taken great care of my son and husband as well. Great job!!!!!Lindis Webb⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedAside from the extreme cost of using any emergency medical service in the United States; this facility was awesome as was the staff.Rhonda RichterI went in with my daughter for a personal reason and all these people want is to pocket your money. I asked how much the co pay would be and they would not answer me. the Doctor Roger Willcox spent maybe 2 minutes with my daughter with no tests done whats so ever. I had left her room to use the rest room and all the staff was doing nothing but talking and laughing. With not a single test and calling the illness non specific. I will not be paying for something that was never done correct. I will never ever use this place again. What a joke….. You will not be getting 250.00 because you did nothing. I will also spread the word about your business.Marie Dallacqua⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedHaven’t been treated by a more competent staff in decades. Nice to know they are nearby.Laura Miller⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️If you need to go to an ER, this is the place to go. They take care of you right now. Have had to go there several times, very nice staff .Jennifer Hernandez⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI ABSOLUTLY LOVE THIS FACILITY FROM CHECK IN TO BEING SEEN IN A TIMLEY MATTER WAS AMAZING. THE STAFF IS SO COURTEOUSValerie GonzalezBeen to this Facility 3 times. The first 2 times awesome. The last time the Dr was so rude and treated me like I was scum. I went back because the Drs and nurses were great and I was treated with respect. But this last time was horrible, I left without being treated. I will never return to this Facility due to the one Doc. Dr. Willcox you sir are by far the most unprofessional doc I’ve ever had experience with!Lisa Augustyn⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedWent in, got called back and was taken care of quickly. Very nice and professional. Great staff! …..and they listen!Cheri Pittman⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedStaff very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. Didn’t have to wait long at all. Was able to take care of everything there, laboratory tests, catscan, x-ray and ultasound. Friendly and fast.Kelee Lee⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedWonderful staff, the Doctor had the best bedside manner I have experienced.Allen WesternThese people need more Training!!! My daughter went there april 18, for chest pain and high blood pressure. I sat in the car with 3 of my grandkids while my wife went in with our daughter.
