Evan Dunn⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedWe took my daughter to the ER and were extremely impressed with the care we received. The physician and staff provided excellent care to my daughter and we are very appreciate.Leticia Morales⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedEvery time I come in there’s is no wait time. Very good service and I know they do the best they can. Some people are jus impatient. Sometimes you must be patient and everything works out on its own!!!naomi zapatosLongest wait time ever. Got here at 7:30 pm because my daughter fractured her arm. Finally took us to a room by 8:45. Three staff members came in and say & ask the exact same thing. Another 45 mins later we finally get to go to xrays. Which when we get to the X-ray room we have to wait again because it still had people inside. Xrays done about 9:30. No word or update until 3 Hours later they come in to put her in a sling. And says someone is coming with your discharge papers. 15 mins later staff member comes in and says can you give me another 20 mins to go get her disk from the X-rays. So spent also 5 hours here and I still have to go to an orthopedic so they can finish the job and put my daughter in a cast. Absolutely horrible.Alexandr StreltsovVery Disappointed. We was in need to use ER service. I called to this Hospital. I spent 30-40 minutes of speaking with several representative who bounced me back and forth and couldn’t decide to what department should we drive. No one wanted to deal with us by phone! So we finally come to ER. We was misdirected on reception but they didn’t let us go to the right door, they rather sent us to the obviously wrong doctor and and spending another 40 minutes waiting for the doctor. After useless talk, nurse lead us to the right ER building. We spent almost 7 hours in ER with NO any treatment. My wife was bleeding and constantly feeling pain for 7 hours while we waited for nurse to take tests, then waited for results, then waiting for another test, then for results. Then we finally met a Doctor after 3 HOURS being in “EMERGENCY” room and got his 2 minutes and NO treatment. No offer to help, stop bleeding, pain or any concern about situation. Just more tests. No one cares about you. Feels like personal hiding from you while you waiting for another hour between tests and keep bleeding. Hall is empty when you try to have anybody around to feel safe. A patient walked through a corridor and yelled for help. He was threatened that he will not be served for longer time if he not go back. Last 5 minutes of talk with doctor and We got a bunch of paper in the end of the night and go home because bleeding was over by itself. We could just stay in home and feel less uncomfortable and intimidated. That was the most expensive “TESTS” in my life.Sanju G⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedHad a pleasant and honest experience. Staff and drs were honest, attentive, and heartwarming. Cate StovallI came in with an infected cyst and was promptly taken care of and followed up with aftercare instructions. You could imagine my shock and disappointment when I woke up the following day with the cyst returned and ready to rumble at twice the size and a poorly incised wound to boot, allowing no drainage. Wound up nearly passing out from pain and rushing to another emergency room where I was taken care of and made perfectly aware of the negligence of the medical professionals encountered at AdventHealth. I’m livid that I am out $2,600 after acquiring an even worse infection in the process.Bam ForzaHorrible care and unclean conditions. The do not address health concerns and complications. I felt unheard and untreated when I wasted my time coming here. TGH should take over this place.alex pereaEveryone I dealt with was great, professional, friendly and extremely helpful. Except for Dr Payor. He didn’t care what I had to say, what was wrong with me, he merely wanted to just ship me out so he didn’t have to deal with me. Never dealt with a doctor or an experience like that and have been to numerous places. Complete ass&$?!Princess JI understand its a emergency room and there are other patients. I still expect some level of respect. The nurse and her behavior was unacceptable. I pressed the call button to get assistance with removing what she used to draw blood and as im speaking to her she disconnects the line. Seriously I wasnt rude in any way and did not deserve to be treated that way especially after being told i may miscarry. This nurse needs to find a new profession.Alicia McLain⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedDidn’t have to wait long to be seen (maybe 20 minutes?). Everyone was extremely nice: doctor, nurses, transport, CT. Added bonus, the room was nice with a nice little tv so I had something to keep me occupied while I waited for test results. Definitely left feeling better than when I went in.Bandit MainTHIS PLACE SUCKS BECUASE THEY TOLD MY MOM TO TAKE IBEPROFIEN WHEN SHE HAS BEEN!!!!
