Frankie Roman⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI couldn’t speak more highly of the staff at this ER. They were very friendly and professional as they cared for my mother during a frightening episode. The extra care that she received was incomparable and well above and beyond what can be expected of any medical professionals. Dr Alexander and his team stand second to none in all of the ERs that I’ve been to…(with an elderly mom and moving often, I have been to more than my share) I give them 5 stars but fact is … they get ALL the stars.Mary Gama⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedMy husband took me here for what turned out to be a gallbladder attack. The staff was excellent, except one gentleman at the check-in desk who was a little surly. I was in excruciating pain, but the doctor, nurse (I think her name was DJ), and ultrasound technician were wonderful: patient, thorough, detailed, and kind. I definitely felt I was in good hands and left feeling 100% better. I’ve had less than stellar ER experiences in the past, but I’d definitely recommend this location.Anya Mendez⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI honestly love the staff and Drs here. They saved my life. Nurses are extremely sweet and attentive. They treat you like family. Thank you guys so much!Tiffany GarrisonThe receptionists was the most nasty women I have ever meet in my life. So rude to my self then and older couple who came in and ended up walking out because she made them feel there situation wasn’t an emergency. Never will I return. Also the dr and nurses are just talking about patients loud in the open. I can tell you why a child was there and another patients acucheck. Another guy going for a Ct. What happened to patient confidentiality? The Dr was called in to bed 7 and his response was which is bed 7. Also when I checked in she took my license and I offer my insurance information and she said oh we don’t get that till after you see the Dr. sounded very shady to me. How can you not tell me if you take my insurance or not before I am seen. I have never heard of that in my life. I have a life threatening illness and so does my son. So this ER trip wasn’t the first time I’ve been in an ER. Always have been asked for insurance and Id before you are even given a bracelet. Stay far away from this place.Paris CaldwellOverall care 5 star. Billing and all other payments etc 0 stars. 60% disabled through the VA. ame here on am emergency and left to find myself being harrassed by multiple debt collectors due to the lack or training I presume or just uneducated personnel on how yo properly bill to the VA. So for the last 45 days I’ve been going to the trouble of trying to get the collections sent to the VA since this hospital is incompetent.Ariel Lyons-Warren⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedTook my grandfather here while on vacation. They were friendly, helpful and so fast. Strongly recommendS A⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThis facility is way bigger than it looks from the outside. My emergency visit was very thorough and quick, practically no wait time. I was seen before I could even finish filling out the check in paperwork. Staff was very kind and helpful and the check in process was very easy. This was also built across the street from a large apartment community, which turned out to be very convenient for residents.Norberto GuadalupeIf I could give this place a negative 5 star I would… horrible and take advantage of tourist.. I took my daughter here back in November while on Disney vacation. We were seen by a doctor who just looked in her ear and said she had an ear infection … then we sat there for an hour before being released… the receptionist gave us the bill $980 even tho we have insurance … I paid $300 that night and went on our way. So I’m expecting a bill for $680 to show up at home … we get the bill and it’s for $1,020 less the $300 I paid so $720 balance I’m like ok not off to far not worth arguing over it … shortly after I get another bill for $1,668 that’s threw me off as it had another company name on it EMBCC so I called and was told the $1,020 is a bill from the building and the $1,668 is a bill from the doctor … I was never ever ever told anything like this would happen … I travel to Florida frequently and will never use this place again and will make sure I warn everyone at the timeshare also HorribleMissy Powell⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER Recommended20 STARS **** absolutely love the staff at this location love Jessica and Charles…..talk about wowing me.so extremely friendly. Front desk was friendly and courteous but doctor and nurses were very dismissive and did not show much care. Would never go back. Thank God for Osceola Regional Hospital. It was a distance but worth the drive.Krisnal⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedStaff was attentive to my needs and took my concerns seriously.nick agnello⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI live close by to this er and I have been a patient myself but this time it was for my son he is five years old and has autism he was having some pains in his stomach when we took him in I have to say I love this er they are so patient and always helpful the nurses were all a delight but my son does not like doctors or hospitals and this doctor Larry Alexander came into the room and looked my son in the eyes and talked to him about how he was feeling and to my surprise my son answered him and he was able to make my son relax and feel Comfortable in this environment I found out a lot about this dr tonight he was able to relate to my wife and I situation and made us feel good about something that is hard raising a smart amazing child with autism thanks doc big hugs from my wife and I Thank you from the agnello familySapirbeck BeckThe doctor prescribed my baby an adult size medicine , if it wasn’t for the pharmacist amazing attention to details I don’t even want to know what could have happened. The pharmacist picked up on the age and saw that the dosage was wrong and had to call themband get them to change it to the right size. This is negligence !!! Be carefulNujeth Maloof⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedHad an amazing experience with the team here. Went late at night a bit frantic as my husband had high BP and was taken care of by a very generous team. Dr. Velasco was just so great to me and my husband. Nurse Michelle was also amazing. Overall great experience.Younes SamihIf you need to get in to any emergency room you have to ask if they have doctor male or female …..if it’s female just try different placeTaylor Stedman⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedWonderful facility and team! Very kind, professional and efficient! Can not express my gratitude for the nurse that worked with me. I don’t remember her name, but she was amazing and I would thank her a million times if I could!! 10/10 would recommend.Felix Resto⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI went to the Er And everybody there was incredible from the front desk receptionist to the doctor I wanted to acknowledge Heidi in particular her service was amazing thanks againOrlando Calder⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI took my wife to this hospital while in vacation. Unfortunately, the doctors have found issues relating to my wife’s gallbladder. But the staff was very friendly, they took my wife in almost right away. I’ve never experienced that with any hospital stay! All test were done very efficiently.Carolyn Battle⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedWhile on vacation, my mother became really I’ll, I took her to Four Corner ER. The entire staff was extreme helpful and friendly. Thank you so much for caring for my mother.Amethyst BowdenMy husband brought me here around 12:45 am due to extreme back pain that was keeping me from sleeping. On the way he called to see if they accept our insurance, and we were told “We accept all insurance, but call your insurance company”. At this point we were so close and I was in so much pain I mistakenly said let’s go anyways. The receptionist made several smart aleck jokes about me talking back to my husband, which I did not appreciate, and didn’t even look at my insurance card when we were checking in, which should have been another red flag. After examining me, the doctor ordered an x-ray, and then a CT scan. I don’t blame the nurse, doctor, or technicians but it did feel like it took an exceptionally long time in between being seen and tests. Finally I was cleared with a recommendation to follow up with a primary care, and we left to settle up. The receptionist THEN told me we were out of network. I pointed out that we called ahead of time for that reason and he said “well every place is going to tell you they take all insurance, it’s bad business practice otherwise, but you should always call your insurance.” EXCUSE ME but I believe bad business practice is letting someone believe their insurance will be accepted and then waiting till AFTER they have had expensive tests and care to tell them they are out of network. Every other doctor I’ve ever seen has confirmed insurance over the phone ahead of time. Shame on you guys.Angela flores⭐️⭐️At the beginning of me walking in I am mediately asked what would the cost be for the appointment they said they’re not allowed to tell you anything till you’re done speaking to the doctor. Went to my consultation for only 15 minutes when it was time to pay I was charge $450 I told her I couldn’t afford this her response “there’s a payment plan” this is not right for not telling you in the beginning at least an estimate. I’m top of this, this doesn’t even include the price for the medication.Tim Riese⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedTook my wife in with some dizziness while on vaca.Took her right back. Ran tests and discovered vertigo issues. Dr Keith was very informative. When I called back the next day Dr Keith was able to get her in to a physical therapist for treatment prior to our flight home. Stacie the PT at the Davenport location was tremendous! Made it home, thank you!Joshua ReinBill was double what they estimated, for an xray and blood work for upper respiratory infection. No prescriptio. Just to rest take OTC meds itll go away on its own. Would not reccomend wasting your time or money!!Jessica Kesaris⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedWe were seen rather quickly and everyone was very helpful when my 10 month old wasn’t feeling well. Hopefully we don’t have to come back but we definitely would again.Ashegh MastanThis felt like a daylight robbery. My wife had an allergic reaction to her newly eyelash extension glue. So I googled the nearest urgent care and these guys came up. We went there and saw a Dr for less than 5 min. He gave my wife Mortan, Benadryl and one more pill and that was it. We were there for 15 minutes . When we came out to settle, they charged us $980.00. How that can be possible is beyond me. Of course I had no choice but to pay but what a disposable way to make money. The people there were so nice. I felt sorry for them knowing that they are part of this big fraud but legal business. Shame on you to justify this to yourselves.Mia O⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedWent in and was taken right away Had to get a cat scan and X-ray and was out within 1.30 everyone was very nice and they had a warm blanket on my bed when I got back from X-ray Would recommend this place to everyone ❤️ Tyjon bThis has got to be one of the slowest inefficient places in the area. They get you in the back quickly so you don’t leave. Then you sit and wait. And wait. And wait. And wait.Jessica CostaIf I could give this facility 0 stars I would. This place has made my family vacation a nightmare to come back home from. On March 26th I brought my daughter in to the facility because she had a fever of 104 and had a nasty cough and as it was down the road from our hotel we were staying at and it was late at night and me being unfamiliar with area I decided to try it out. The waiting area had children decor on wall and advertised as pediatric equipped. After signing in and the registration rep not asking for my insurance card I asked her do you not accept insurance? (Any other er visit I’ve had always asks for I.d. and insurance card right at the beginning) her response was when they call me back to the room ask them about it. So a few minutes later we were called back to our room. Nurse started taking vitals…only my 3 year old daughter doesnt know how to keep a thermometer under her tongue so the nurse says very grumpily we will have to do this rectally. I asked the nurse you dont have forehead thermometer or something for children? And her answer was no. She lubed up a thermometer and shoved in my child’s butt. And I’m standing there thinking I dont understand why advertise that you specialize with children if you dont have the tools to make them comfortable? Anyway she finishes the vitals and I ask who am I supposed to talk to about finding out of insurances you accept…as the front desk person advised me to ask when I’m in my room? She said very grumpily again…i dont know why she would tell you to ask us back here, we will have to have registration come back here to speak to you. My child and i waited in the room for an hour waiting to find out if our insurance is accepted or for the rep to come in….she never did so I walked out of room and said to the person I seen at the desk hey registration hasn’t been back here and I dont want to keep waiting if you dont even accept our insurance. I was told they will call the rep again to remind her to come talk to me. About 20 minutes later I walked out of room with my daughter and said to the lady at the desk that I cant sit here and wait anymore and that my husband had called to let me know that he spoke to a hospital down the road and they accept our insurance so we do not want treatment here. They had me sign a paper that I am refusing treatment and I walked out. The hospital down the road signed us in took my insurance info right away before getting into a room. We were taken into room vitals were done also with a child friendly forehead thermometer and seen by a dr. Right away staff was very friendly and efficient and I’ll be getting on there site to give 5 star review …this was what should be expected when going into a e.r. Now I get home from my vacation and a week later have been getting phone calls asking for insurance info and Bill’s about our visit where we didnt see a doctor only had vitals done and yet they are trying to charge me separate Bill’s one for vitals being done and one for physicians bill….totaling over a $1000. Again WE DID NOT SEE A DOCTOR!! and now they are asking me for my insurance information and then they say they will bill my insurance even more….how does any of this make sense? This place is greedy and taking advantage of out of town guests and I could only imagine what my bill would be if we would have stayed they and recieved services such as lab work onsite or chestexray or anything. SHAME ON YOU FOUR CORNERS GREED IS ALL I SEE COMING FROM HERE…NO COMPASSION FOR PATIENTS.Sandra AppleI took my fiancé here this morning because she wakeup with an swollen eye. They move us to the room as soon as we got there which was good. The doctor told us he was gonna check her eye with a special light and when to get it and came back and told us that because they opened just 4 days ago they didn’t have the equipment at the hopital so he was gonna give us a referral to another doctor. They are gonna bill my fiancé with 600 just for laying in the room. They send us home with NOTHING. NO PRESCRIPTIONS, DOCTOR NOTE and didn’t do absolutely nothing for her.ms understood⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedRecently visited here for my husband he pulled a muscle in pain horribly….. excellent doctor excellent nurse great care thank you so much !!!!Tob Kno⭐️⭐️(Translated by Google) The staff and doctors are very friendly, but the costs are not understandable for me as a German tourist. I was there with my daughter. We came in for suspected cystitis. A urine sample was examined and for flu viruses. After that there was a prescription for antibiotics and a bill of almost $ 1000 – I couldn’t believe it. Is the American health care system really that expensive or are tourists ripped off here. I just hope that I get it back from my insurance company.
