Before you go to Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital, you may want to know what the people who have already gone to this Downers Grove emergency room think.
Ieva Dobrovolskyte⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI gave birth to my daughter at Good Samaritan on 10/13/19 and it was an amazing experience. The nurses were extremely friendly, helpful, and supportive through our whole stay there. I am so grateful that I chose this hospital. The lactation consultants were amazing and encouraged breast feeding and never even mentioned formula which was a huge deal for me. My baby was placed on my chest right after delivery and never left my side!Josephine LloydMy ex-h sent my daughter to the ER from her high school (she was fine, he coached her to get her out of a responsibility). I was the first one that got there and signed the consent for care. And even though she is under his insurance and responsible for her medical costs, I got stuck for a bill over $2K. When I tried to explain this to them they said “you should have realized what you were signing”, “you should have read the fine print”. Such a-holes. Thanks for being so transparent Good Sam, you’re a bunch of pr*cks.Quana Pooh⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI love the doctors, nurses, pcts and all the staff members who work in the Emergency Department. Good Samaritan is not like most hospital emergency department where you have to wait an extremely long time before being seen. They get you in and out in a timely manner. They listen to you and never over talk you. They make sure to explain everything in detail so your able to comprehend with the procedures & test that are being perform and most of all they really show they are for their patients and not just trying to collect a check.Elizabeth Colon⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI love this hospital. Each and every time I have an appointment for radiology, MRI, and even for a surgery, the nurses and staff are always pleasant, friendly and caring. I live almost an hour away and I will continue to come here for as long as I can.Anthony IncandelaThis is the worst hospital ever everyone that works there is awful the doctors and the nurses have no idea what they are doing my grandma is in the hospital over there and they said she would be released it ends up being a week also that’s where my grandfather died and he was there fpr 6 months I don’t trust that hospital everyone there is a liar. I encourage people not to go here you will end up being there for over 2 weeks when they say you will be there for 1 night. Don’t ever go to this hospital I bet all the doctors and nurses are uneducated.Kim Huggins⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThe doctors and nurses were wonderful last night. I got sick at 7 p.m. and arrived to the hospital at 7:30 p.m. Their front office staff got me right into a room. The nurses were already in the room, listened to my needs and took care of everything. Doctors came into listen, gave me the medication I needed and I was out of the hospital by 9:30 p.m. Thank you to Sami, Ava, and all the staff that helped me.Miss Ora⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI was transported to Good Sam 10/16/19 and admitted for 7 days for multiple fractures to my face. During my stay every staff for the exception of 2 were absolutely the best. From the Doctors to Housekeeping made me feel that they were there just to take care of me.Carol Zuccarello⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedWe received Great service from the front desk of the Emergency personnel to the Emergency dept. The Doctors ,Nurses and all the Techs and PCTs, were all knowledgeable and wonderful. My husband received wonderful care . We would like to Thank them all for the Fantastic service. We would always recommend Good Samaritan Hospital !Candice McCarroll⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI love this facility the staff here is wonderful, and very dedicated to what they do.They have always returned my calls in a timely fashion, all of the women in the office are extremely kind.I know them by name Ashley, Amanda, and Bonnie, and Dr.Ramya Narayanan is amazing!kind truthful optimistic positive and they all go above and beyond their job description.Thank you ladies!!!!Kimberly HerreraWe were in town on our anniversary trip and had to make a visit to the ER on Saturday 9/22 due to a fall my husband had. We explained what all happened and what was wrong with him. All they did was an X-ray of his toe and touched his back and said that he was okay. When the doctor was examining his toe he said “well I don’t see any open wounds “. I told there is one and I pointed at it. He said well it looks like it is healing. Well he was in pain all the way until Tuesday 9/24. When we arrived home I ended up taking him to our usual hospital that he goes to. To find out he had two fractures in his back. Also since he had a cut on his and he is diabetic. They should have gave him antibiotics, especially since he has had 2 toe amputations before. His toe was already looking bright red due to the injury. We explained all that to the treating doctor here, and they were surprised about the treatment he received at Good Samaritan. I do not recommend this hospital at all!Monica Noble-LawsonNot impressed with this hospital at all. I usually go to Edward Hospital in Naperville but my doctor was at Good Samaritan on the particular day of my last surgery & this hospital does not compare to Edward. The nurses were rude & short with me, the facility is old & everything looks dirty, it took an hour to get pain medication into my IV after my surgery, they gave no updates to my family while I laid in horrendous pain in recovery… just poor all around. I would not recommend this hospital to anyone… go to Edward Hospital!Sandra Juarez⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I arrived to the birth center on 10/13/2019 at 7:30pm my experience was amazing and it was all because of Erin, Caroline/Carolyn, Beatha and Sharon. They all were so kind and helpful. I honestly was so nervous to deliver here, but the experience was comfortable enough thanks to them. In the recovery room Vickie was also amazing, she was sweet and taught us many things. She made me really comfortable and calmed me when i needed to. (I was having a hard time nursing) The only thing that i did not like the birth center didnt look swept and our recovery room was only cleaned once.Algimantas Akelaitis⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThere is no words to describe how lucky i am the ER brought me to Good Samaritan Hospital. Doctors saved my life and nurses so incredibly passionate of they work took care of me through recovery. BIG THANK YOU!!!Funny Lady⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedAll I can say is Thanks Bonnie (receptionist) Tina, Megan, Patty (xray) and Angela. Dr. FitzPatrick?? Oh and Ana…walking around taking patient information via the laptop. Night shift on point. Taking good care of “Funnylady” in room 18. Great service from the moment I walked in!!! You all had a lot of “Job /career choices”. You chose “caring’ for Human Beings. Hat tipped:). Keep up the great work. SDNeonila Croitoru⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI delivered my baby here, I wanna say thank you to all the people that are working here! The doctors and nurses was very kind, caring, and helpful. They made the labor to be a very beautiful day and a nice memory.Franke_smalecMAMMOGRAPHY DEPARTMENT DOES NOT HAVE A CLUE! PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR THESE VERY IMPORTANT TESTS! REGISTRATION HAD MY ORDERS WRONG AND HAD ME SCHEDULED FOR SOMETHING OTHER THEN WHAT THE DOCTOR HAD ORDERED. THE ENTIRE DEPARTMENT NEEDS TO BE OVERHAULED WITH NEW STAFF AND NEW PROCESSES.John WillisGood Sam was a beautiful place – until Obamacare. Good Sam was charitable to homeless people like me in the past. They provided amazing kindness, generosity, and best of all – GREAT food! The last time I was at Good Sam, I was withheld a doctor, mocked by nurses, and fed prison chow. That was 2 years ago, but things don’t get better with age.Mary Ann White⭐️⭐️⭐️The staff was great and couldn’t be more helpful. My problem is with the hospital. I can drive safely but I can barely walk and need the help of a walker. When my husband was admitted the only way I could get to the main entrance is to call a cab, $18 one way for a 7 mile ride, because they have NO valet parking on the weekends. The cab could drop me at the door. Also it was our 46th anniversary. Maybe I could get him a balloon from the give shop. NO. It also is closed on the weekends. WHAT THE !@#$%.Wayne bailey⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThis hospital was the greatest im from Alabama and are hospitals in Tuscaloosa and Birmingham are like prison compared to this hospital staff was great wasn’t a long wait in the e.r the food was awsome really enjoyed the stay thanks guysBrimstone⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedIn November 19, 2017, I was involved in a serious accident while working. I ended up in a coma for 8 days. This hospital not only saved my life, but helped me and my wife to get me well enough to go back home to continue my recovery. The doctors were professional and the nurses were humorous and enlightening in my recovery. I was only given a 5% chance to live. Thank you for your great job to saving my life.Mimi CannI had my daughter here 12/9/2018 and the nurse I had was rude! She rushed with everything and was annoyed when I needed help cleaning myself up! It was my first time giving birth. Even tho is was second nature to her it was still new for me!Travis/Sam Spicer/Wright⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️(Read whole thing) Great hospital!! Nurses were very friendly and it was one on one for the delivery of my first child. Loved everything about the ‘care’ aspect of it. Staff felt like family to me. Doctor Worth stayed extra to make sure our delivery was as comfortable as possible. Being there for days and trying so hard, and seeing the staff exhaust every option they had to make this happen. I thank them with everything I have, and I hope the hospital recognizes everyone who was apart of the entire delivery. But… I went to MY (important) car to grab some items and to talk over with my mom about performing a C section. I was parked in the emergency garage, and had been for pretty much 3 days. After stepping out of the car, a uniformed officer came up to me with his hand already on his weapon and asked if this was MY car. Which kind of blows me, because I just exited the vehicle with keys and locked it. I’m not the one to pull the race card, but it was pretty obvious that a young black male is not fit enough to drive an Audi according to this officer. Now, this isn’t uncommon for me to be profiled, because this is what people do, and I get it. But i was told by the officer that someone summoned him because they were concerned that ‘this couldn’t be my car’. And if it wasn’t, I have the keys to it and I’m a licensed driver. In a world of police and racial tension, which I TRULY do not want any involvement in, i couldn’t help but be terrified that something could’ve happened and I wouldn’t have been there for the delivery of my first born son. So please, just train your officers to de-escalate instead of egging myself and my mother on about something as stupid as ‘who’s keys have you been using for the past 3 days at this hospital’. Thank you for your time, and once again; every doctor, nurse, specialist, and so on were so comforting to me and everyone in my family.Patty Kramer⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedMy mother was admitted here three days ago and has received the most wonderful care. Thank you to the staff that are so helpful and actually concerned for others.Iris Calderon⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️My father in law just had open heart surgery herr and the staff was amazing. The only thing our family didn’t like was how complicated it was to navigate through the hospital. It took us 4 elevators to get from our parking space to our room.AndieBlood on wall of room in Emergency Department. Brought it to nurse’s attention. She made a glib comment but did not clean it. Nor did she summon staff to do so. I was placed in the hallway on a gurney to wait to be transported to a room. Watched as they wheeled a gentleman into the ER room I just left without cleaning it first. To be clear, they did not clean ONE thing in that room. If there was blood on the wall what else is lurking? When is the last time the room was sanitized? They could give no answers. Supervisor claimed they did not have time to clean ER rooms between every visit. Every year, according to CDC data, 99,000 people die of infections from hospitals. Over one million people contract infections from hospitals each year. If you value the lives of your loved ones, do not bring them here.KRISTY RAUBABeen waiting six hours now for an orthopedic surgeon to bother to stop by to see if my 84 yr old Dad can have a surgery to repair a fractured pelvis. I was told “they are independent contractors that have their own private practices and we have no idea when they will come” Really? So my Dad hasn’t had any food or drink for 12 hours since he “may” have a surgery! Level one trauma center?! He is in critical care but isn’t getting any!! This is just a way for them to keep him admitted to get money from his insurance!! Ridiculous!!Catalina Morrall⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️My husband and I had our second child here, and for the most part, the staff was polite, punctual, and sweet (especially in the family care unit, aka postpartum and recovery). Pros: • The food was delicious (it is one meal for the patient – none for overnight visitors); • daytime nurses and CNAs are prompt and helpful; • when it isn’t flu season, several visitors can visit from 10am until 8pm (and the visitors do not have to meet a minimum age – if a sibling of the baby, the nurses have to do a quick wellness check, a Q&A about the sibling’s health, upon sign-in) Cons: • Depending on the night, overnight nurses and CNAs can be rude; • recovery room nurses may be rude; • the walls in rooms are thin, so if a neighbor has loud visitors, that may wake up the baby; • depending on the on-call pediatrician, they may be vague about the baby’s health; • the anesthesiologist may be dismissive about symptoms regarding anesthesia received.Vanessa PollockThis place is awful. The nurses first words to me were, “you don’t still get your period, do you?” Mind you, I’m not even fifty. Her next question was to ask me if I get sick if I don’t drink. She left a giant bruise on my arm where she put in the IV. It took four hours for them to tell me I had a kidney stone and send me gone with no medication for pain. I will go to any other hospital in the future.Elisabeth FloresNever ever go to this hospital if you have a choice to go to another hospital I wouldJR 2000Emergency room nurses are TERRIBLE AND DISRESPECTFUL if you’re going to be mad or can’t handle the pressure you should consider another career. They need to have more compassion for family members that come in into their emergency.Lunar WitchIf I could give 0 stars I would. Joke of a hospital. They give vaccines/medications without logging it in the system. So if you ask for your medical documents expect them to be highly inaccurate. They lose records/lab reports and other documents. The nurses are severely under-educated and they falsify reports. Assuming the worst here, but when someone is unconscious unable to answer for themselves and they put false information in I can only assume they took a bribe or put a favor in for someone. Emergency room front desk always has the rudest people working. The public safety officers are the only kind helpful people there. If I had a giant gash in my arm, I’d risk sewing it up myself before ever letting any of the medical “professionals” there lay a finger on me. By the grace of God, I pray children are safe here… imagine if you brought your child here. Better off going to Central DuPage, GlenOaks, or Elmhurst. If you’re having an emergency drive straight past this place you ARE NOT IN GOOD HANDS HERE. Super unprofessional and lack of training here. Please for your health and safety GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.Jerry Camacho⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I really don’t like hospitals, they are some of the most expensive lodging places that you can stay overnight, with way below average accommodations and amenities. The ER staff is hit or miss, sometimes they are very helpful and friendly and not so much at other times. But as far as hospitals go!! They are above average in service and quality of the service. I really don’t think I’ll ever find a hospital that I really love. They all talk a good game only if you have very good insurance, otherwise they ignore you.Reba Lyon⭐️⭐️**DO NOT GIVE BIRTH HERE** The hospital policies are not designed for your health or your child’s health. They are designed for the bottom line-at your expense. The only reason I even give this 2 stars only because there were some very nice nurses who bent some of the hospital rules for me and my daughter. I had the world’s healthiest pregnancy up until I set foot in this hospital. * As soon as I arrived, an L&D nurse forced me to get into a wheelchair when I was more comfortable walking. * After they checked how dilated I was, they told me I could not leave the bed because I was a “fall hazard.” I was only at 6 cm. * After I said I did not want an epidural, a nurse walked in with “papers I needed to sign for my epidural.” * I was asked probably every hour if I had changed my mind about the epidural. * I was put on pitocin without permission. A nurse came in to change my strep b antibiotic and afterwards said “btw I just put you on pitocin.” * They continuously increased the pitocin dose without telling me to the point where I was blacking out. I think it was to get me on an epidural, which I finally gave in to. *The epidural was WAY too strong and I could not feel the lower half of my body for days (which makes it hard to care for a newborn) * The anesthesiologist engaged in a debt parking scheme (see: Midwest Anesthesiologists Google reviews) * After my daughter was born, she had mild jaundice. The hospital spent 24 telling me I needed to give her formula to treat this. I told them no. That makes jaundice worse! That should not be the go-to treatment! They kept trying to pressure me to use formula. Only after a full day did they suggest the bilirubin light (which actually is an effective treatment for jaundice). Her jaundice wasn’t even that bad and I felt that the whole thing was overblown. At that point, however, I was discharged and they wanted to keep the baby an extra night and feed her-you guessed it- formula while under the light. Please respect mom’s feeding choices! (Luckily we figured out a way that I could stay an extra night so this wasn’t necessary, but what we did actually went against hospital policies.) They sent me home with a bag of formula I did not want and did not use. There isn’t even a good place to donate it, so I had to throw it out. If this is how they treat a healthy mom and baby, I want no parts of it for my future children (and we’re Catholic, so you’re probably going to be losing a lot of business lol)QR CodesWish I could give 0 Stars!Robert BudneyA total disorganized mess all they did was give us confusing and contradictory facts.Toni Michelle⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedWent to the ER with the worst panic attack in my 20 years of having them. Everyone there was kind, attentive, and informative. Thanks to Dr. Steiner and the nurses for getting me through it.Maggie M⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedGreat hospital! Clean, quiet, all staff have been wonderful and respectful and caring.Hala Fahim⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI love this hospital a lot. Although you wait for a long time in the ER, but the quality of service is great. Surgeries done in this hospital are very professional. Staff are caring and the hospital is very clean.D DozierI left the same way I came. Still in pain, Even worst. I felt as if they were trying to hurry up and get me out of there. Don’t get me wrong, they were nice in a way. I’m still crying as I’m writing this. No relief. I had 2 shots of the nerve blocker to numb the pain but it hasn’t. The second shot was working as he was injecting it into my mouth but after that the pain continued. I told the nurse who gave the discharge papers and I was tryin to explain to her that I was still in pain. I also told her bout the pain meds but of course she didn’t listen. She was tryin to get me out of there as well. I can’t believe this because I just send out a great review/survey about my last visit.Shannon Ashcraft⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedNever been to a hospital that the nurses drs and staff were so kind and caring .They made sure i was comfortable at all times was really nervous for my surgery but they knew how to calm me down and treat me with respect i would recommend this hospital to anyone .Would recommend this hospital ro all my friends and family.Thank you to the loving and caring staff of the surgery dept for making it easier for meLord ShermanSo I called after receiving a letter telling me my daughter has possibly been admitted. I called and spoke with a person named SHELLY SHE WAS VERY RUDE AND UNHELPFUL. I pleaded with her for info on my child she sounded so happy to tell me she couldn’t help. I asked for another way to confirm if my child is there and she got sarcastic while saying no way. I’m so worried and scared I don’t know what to do now.SirArthur Asamoah⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedMy doctor ordered me to have an echocardiogram at this facility and I had the distinct pleasure of getting Dr. Ausra as my Cardiologist. She was so nice to talk to and very professional. She made my day and for that I award 5 stars! The hospital was also easy to navigate due to proper signage, also nice and neat.Ronny BatainehBe cautious!!My wife is giving birth today 1-16-19 . I called to order something to eat and they said the food is only for the patient. So if your going to stay with your wife while giving birth make sure to choose a different hospital. Silver cross and Edwards hospital definitely have better service . Also they change there policy as they want . They just told me all of a sudden my mother can’t be in the room. The nurse said said well the policy changes today. While the previous nurse 5 hours ago said it would be ok. Very very bad service. BE CAUTIOUS!!! I saw the low reviews before coming here and though maybe it was just a couple of upset patients. I was wrong the 2.4 star reviews for this hospital is more than they deserve.R2005I took my wife to Good Samaritan Hospital to take care of my pregnancy. But I really don’t understand their Doctors, their Management, Doctors are just doing everything whether it is needed are not and you are not allow ask questions and Management are Oppss..every bills will comes with different account numbers and you will get only 30 to 45 days to pay the bills. Why different account numbers ?? you can not set monthly payment.. this is really pain.. they don’t believe their customer … I am not impressed at all with their service. My all insurance deductible gone in just 20 days..still 4 more months remaining..Brian AlagnaIf you are OK with STANDING in line by the sliding doors at the EMERGENCY ROOM when it’s below freezing outside to wait to get CHECKED IN, it’s a great place! It should be called the “hope it’s not a real emergency, emergency room” GO TO EDWARD HOSPITAL!D. A.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER Recommended02/15/19-Friday: Took child there for appointment at Tower 1, 3825 Highland DG. Doctor was very nice, took us right away. We went down to waiting area when done, where the Valet Parking was as well as drop off, to wait to be picked back up. My child apparently dropped his DS & the Super Mario DS game came out. He did not know until we were home. I called back & talked to “Joe” in Security, I believe, who looked for it to no avail. I would like to thank “Joe” for his assistance & shame the person who took it as it was borrowed from the Library. We are indigent the way it is & this will cost us. If the person that picked it up would be so kind to return it to Security & reference Tower 1 where “Joe” went & looked, it would be appreciated. Time frame was around 10:15 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Saw Dr. Muzaffar in 4L, with appointment time at 9:30 a.m. PLEASE contact “Joe” with the game or bring it to Dr. in 4L with a copy of this review & request they contact us. “Joe” is the only one I give permission to obtain our phone number if he did not keep it from today & only for the purpose of the game return. I could not afford to purchase this game for my child. Please return it. Thank you.Gurvinder SinghI would like to talk to hospital administration regarding my feedback for doctors…. I am trying to reach out to them and meet them in-person. Our experience with doctors was not good , they are not good at diagnose a problem and we had to go thru nightmare .Bob Oliphant⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedGreat care from the doctors all the way to the housekeeping services. The nurses are the friendliest and professional as any other hospitals I’ve been too. Keep up the fantastic service and care. Go 5th floor!Michelle Karr⭐️⭐️Sent me home with severe dizzinessSteve Crockett⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI BEEN GOING TOO GOOD SAMARITAN HOSPITAL FOR ABOUT A YEAR NOW. HAD 2 OUTPATIENT SURGERIES, LAB WORK SEVERAL TIMES HAVE A CARDIOLOGIST & UROLOGIST THERE WHO IS THE NICEST PEOPLE PLUS RECENTLY AN ER VISIT FOR INJURED KNEE. THE STAFF IN ER WAS EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL & SHOWS CONCERN FOR PATIENTS WELL BEING. EVERYONE WAS PLEASANTLY FRIENDLY EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. FROM REGISTRATION, NURSES & DOCTORS & X-RAY & MRI TECS WERE VERY NICE. THE HOSPITAL SHINES LIKE A PALACE. GOOD SAMARITAN HOSPITAL SETS THE BAR HOW A HOSPITAL SHOULD BE LIKE. TOTALLY PROFESSIONAL FROM BEGINNING WHEN YOU WALK INN TOO YOUR DISCHARGE. IF I COULD GIVE A 8 STAR RATING THAT’S WHAT IT WOULD BE. SO I SAY GOOD SAMARITAN DESERVES 5 PLUS STAR RATINGSHIRIN MARVIThe ER is a hit or miss experience. Nov 2017 when mom needed ER care, it was extremely efficient and all was well. Doctors were responsive, nurses were caring and compassionate. Probably because the specialist doctor who got assigned to mom, Dr VijayNair was very compassionate and caring and gave precise orders on my mom’s care! Jan 2017, yesterday when mom needed ER care, it was a rough experience. My mom spent the entire night in ER “room” because “the hospital beds were full on the floor she was assigned to!” (She was ordered to be admitted by the doctor who saw her but he probably did not give precise orders) Nurses would not come and check even when monitor kept beeping for 10 min. There was no call button placed on her bed and so when she needed to go to the bathroom she had to actually bang on her bed and call out to get attention. Very bad care! Finally in the morning she was admitted to a room but no one was caring or made her comfortable. It was like they had just shoved her in the room. Not a good experienceJulie Parks⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I had really great nurses here for my surgery. Everyone was very friendly including the volunteers. They answered my questions. My only negative was that the anesthesiologist did not have very good bedside manner.Tracey Marshall⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedTHE absolute best hospital!!!! I have been a patient, off and on, of Good Samaritan Hospital since 2008. My initial surgery there was done by an incredible Superman surgeon, Dr. Devata! From the ER, to the ICU, to the floor nurses and specialists, they deliver compassionate care – very intentional and deliberate kindness. The food service employees are kind – Rajah (sp) is an older woman who was one of the kindest people we encountered there. Housekeeping staff are kind, and wish you well when they enter your room. All in all we travel from Bolingbrook to Good Sam when hospital care is necessary . . . we have always been extremely pleased, and as we’re able, will always return there if and when hospital care is needed! GREAT JOB, Good Sam!JayEmBeeThis review is for their Billing Customer Support or lack thereof. FIrst of, there is a definite disconnect in their billing system. Sending out notices even when bills have been settled or payment scheme has been put in place weeks before. The reps on the other line lacks the skills on how to properly and courteously address an issue. Talking with them are both insulting and disappointing.Candace M
