Before you go to Banner Medical Center, you may want to know what the people who have already gone to this Casa Grande emergency room think.
Jenny SparkmanEvery experience I have here leaves me hating Banner more and more. They really don’t care. They rarely pay attention to the reason you’re there, even! I have passed out while waiting with EMTs and still been sat in the waiting room to suffer for hours upon hours. It was bad enough before, but now they’ve removed rows of chairs in their waiting room! Dozens of people sitting on the floor, begging for chairs to be brought. Don’t go here unless you’re willing to potentially die while simply waiting.Patricia FlemingRobert and I arrived at Banner ER in Casa Grande at approx. 9:30 a.m. We left around 4:00 p.m. 5 stars to Dr. Yow in emergency, thank you Dr. Yow for being such a fantastic doctor and stitching Robert up and treating me as well, when people are going through stressful situations, a friendly, prompt disposition is appreciated. This is a 70 year old VietNam Vet with 2 hip replacements and 3 heart stents. Good job Banner I see why you only rate 1.9, your reviews are terrible and soon people will start getting their medical care in Chandler, Gilbert, SanTan and other surrounding areas and when your clientele declines, you won’t need as many employees. Try some sensitivity training. VA is the best in this town and the next time when our snow visitors are here and local veterans cannot obtain appointments I definitely won’t go here, in fact I will probably go to Gilbert. I refuse to carry the negative actions of Banner Casa Grande into the new year because your ratings says it all.William HeimbignerI’ve been 3 times in the past 2 weeks. Each subsequent time, a medical condition I have had continued to get worse. This most recent time, they told me a complication had developed which could easily turn life threatening extremely quickly, but they were still unwilling to admit me because it wasn’t quite life threatening yet. The radiologist told me I had inflammation in an organ that I had completely removed 6 years ago. If you’re looking for a place where doctors will drug you up and send you on your way, they’ll be happy to do that for you. If you’re looking for someone that can and will actually treat serious medical issues, find a different hospital.Blake T⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedVery nice staff. They were prompt and professional.Mr. PotatoThis place is a joke. There are 8 people in the waiting area. 3 are in severe pain and crying. No one has been seen or checked on in the 3 hours I’ve been waiting. Terrible terrible service. They should be sued!!!Robert Saenz⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedCourteous and frindly staff.Robert Callahan⭐️⭐️⭐️The RN’s in the ER know how to ROCK when it comes to patient care, most of the MD’s and PA’s do as well but unfortunately they have 2 “BAD APPLES” practicing there that need to think about a career change or they need to go hands off and shadow the RN’s for a few weeks for a refresher course in “bedside manner”, “compassion”, and “sympathy/empathy”. If it wasn’t for those 2 “BAD APPLES” this place would be 5 STARS. Just to note that my issues with the “BAD APPLES” was taken all the way to the Chief Medical Officer for this facility he and I talked over the phone for an hour when we hung up I felt satisfied and that my concerns were taken seriously and that they didn’t just go in one ear and out the other or that I was being fed the company line or lip service.Erich Hartung⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI don’t think this place got fair reviews. The nurses and PAs were friendly and professional and they were able to take care of my son as quickly as they could.jack napierWorst hospital I’ve ever been to people don’t speak English very very rude and they don’t care about anyone who needs helpLia GreashamI don’t care if I’m dying and I am right in front of thier hospital, I want to be taken somewhere else!!!Nathaniel Wattstaff is rude. location is dirty.Larissa MartinezDon’t go for an emergency.
