Jamie Pike⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI was seen here 12/2/2019 from 9pm-2am. I was immediately greeted with friendly faces at the front desk, taken back right away, the paramedic/nurse was gentle, informative, asked questions and very quick and experienced. My nurse in the triage room came in right away with a smile on her face and was very attentive. The culture between all the workers was a light hearted, witty banter, and they complemented each other well, to be quick and friendly for their patients. My doctor was also amazing, and she went out of her wat to make necessary phone calls to get more information from my other providers to best care for me. Thank you to the paramedic, Jon, Nurse Lauren and Doctor Farrah Jane. The quality of care you gave was exceptional and I wish it was like that everywhere, but it’s just not.Thomas Larkin⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThe visit took longer than it should have but that is to be expected in an ER. Everyone involved at every point of care was outstanding.Crystal MorrisThis was by far the worst experience that I have ever had at an emergency room. And that’s coming from someone that works in the medical field and has a lot of respect and sympathy for others in the medical field. The nursing staff was by far the worst I’ve ever seen. They made snide comments, down played my medical conditions, and left me unattended for hours and I was given ibuprofen for an ovarian cyst that was rupturing. My mother had to drive me because the pain was so bad, and they treated me like I was a drug addict or something. It sounded like their was a party going on outside of my room and me asking if they could raise my bed so that I could have back support was the biggest inconvenience to them. They were disrespectful, rude and down right ugly to me. I left in tears, with no solution. They didn’t monitor my vitals, they left me in a hospital gown with nothing to cover up with.. and when I asked my nurse to advocate on my behalf to the doctor because the ibuprofen wasn’t helping, she stormed out of the room and just said that’s what he ordered so. And they wouldn’t let me leave. They wouldn’t bring me my paperwork after the doctor said I could leave 2 hours prior… just to be cruel. I’ve never been treated as awful as they treated me. I would never in a million years bring someone elderly or a child there in worse condition than myself. Someone needs to do something. Because if I were a doctor or even an authority figure there, I would be so ashamed and embarrassed to have people like that working under me. Hope the tables never turn and they need someone and get treated the same way that they treated me. God forbid. Who ever is hiring these losers needs to be fired. This is peoples HEALTH CARE THAT WE ARE TALKING ABOUT. The people that work here have a license to kill and I will never be risking my life or healthcare by going there again.Jenniffer Laverdure⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI have unfortunately had to use the ER multiple times. Yes sometimes they are slower but it depends on the time of day and obviously the amount of ambulances that come through. The Er however caught a pulmonary embolism that another hospital missed. The nurses were top notch after I was admitted and professional and even in the Er. The doctor who listened to what was going on was attentive and I actually met with the doctor and not a PA. So that first experience was very good at instilling trust. I am sure that not everyone’s experience will be like that and some will make mistakes. However the fact they caught something life threatening after another hospital did not makes me very grateful to have them nearby.Paula TurnerDo not take your family there. Do not go there. Absolutely pathetic service.Anne BloomfieldOur experience started by getting sent to the ER from an urgent care facility and my fiancé having to wait 5hrs and me having to get loud with the front desk people to even get him seen. The entire time he could not eat or drink. His symptoms were chest pain specifically in the left area and numbness in his arms and fingers. The nurse giving him his IV did not wait for him to calm down and shoved the needle in his arm leading to him having a huge swollen bruise on his elbow area and bruise going up his arm. The experience ended with the doctor coming in to our room and calling me a bitch because I had to get loud with the front desk people. Unprofessional is an understatement. A side note I was nothing but nice the first two times I spoke to the people at the front desk as well as nice to every nurse/doctor as soon as we got through the doors. The fact that I even had to raise my voice to get my fiancé seen is absolutely absurd. No excuses! None! Especially after calling me names for being worried about my fiancé. I hope ya’ll get shut down or fired because you all are the worst.Savannah Douglas⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER Recommendedstaff we’re wonderful and caring. If I ever need anything I know where to go!Missy BoatmanSlowest place I have ever been.Sara Adkinsthe nursing staff here needs a lot of work.Robin Maloney⭐️⭐️Not the most welcoming ER at the time we were there, which was 3:00 pm-7:00 pm Friday, May 11, 2018. My husband’s nurse was rude and very short with us…saying, “I don’t have any answers for you, I have a patient who wasn’t breathing, and we’ve been slammed.” We were sorry we asked her for water…never going to Baptist Health again…plenty of better hospitals around.Akram KiassiVery very slow service.
