Kenneth Griten⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedUnless you have been here you shouldn’t judge until you have. l work here and now I’m a patient here and have been treated very well by the staff and everybody so I can truly say this is a good place to be.PaulDr. Lundquist saw me the first time and mocked me by telling me 3 times he was not a dentist. I knew this obviously as did my family, but due to memory day no where else was open and my infection was severe. He misdagnosed me and perscribed inadequate antibiotics. I had difficulty swallowing and he did not take it seriously. Additionally, The facility is very dirty and the nurses do not follow proper hand washing protocols. Numerous times I had to ask them to clean my iv before reattaching it. At one point we watch our nurse use her gloved hands to push down medical waste and tissues into a garbage can, and then, without changing gloves proceed to use the computer and check my vitals. There are no good emergency departments in the city tho so good luck. Best bet is to drive to Cincinnati if you are able.Gabriel Villa⭐️⭐️The staff itself is friendly enough. However, their wait times are incredibly long and they seem to be either indifferent or incompetent. I came in with all the symptoms of bronchitis but according to the nurse (after a brutal 4 hour wait) they were not going to run x rays and discharge me instead for some reason. I ended up leaving since I wasn’t going to wait an additional hour for nothing more than a “rest up” from the nurse. I have fairly good health insurance so I don’t know why they wouldn’t do the bare minimum and take advantage of overcharging for what were necessary x rays. I don’t know whether to be impressed that they didn’t take advantage of insurance to bill or be dismayed by their callous disregard for someone with possible bronchitis/pneumonia. I suspect my age is the reason they didn’t take it seriously even though I was extremely sick.Jake Ryan⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedNot that going to the ER is a usual thing for me, but I have to say it was a very pleasant experience. The next time I try to saw off my thumb you can be sure that this is the place for me!kkslider BurressIn ER with elderly mother. Bad enough we have waited for hours, my mother is oxygen dependent and the ER does not even have an oxygen tank for her. They had to stick us in a back room, very isolated for hours so they could plug her into a wall unit. I get everyone has to “wait their turn” but they need to consider age of the patient. This is very hard on the elderly. We will never be back to Baptist ER.Scotty BoeMy fiance went in with chest pains and stomach pains came out with no information to her knowledge never was told she had a ruptured ovarian cyst or that she had a probable arteal abnormality why was she not told she had to look at her chart online and she is upset and still in severe pain how could you not tell her this what if she came home and died she needs to know this stuff I’m very dissapointedApril SedorisWent in with Aunt for stroke like symptoms. The wait wasn’t long but staff were not receptive of symptoms that we the family were sharing about her confusion & disorientation and lack of motor skills. A head ct and MRI WAS NOT ordered until well after 24 hours. Surprisingly enough, she was moved to the 5th floor ( stroke care & her nurses there were fantastic) and when discharged had TIA written as symptom she was treated for.Donna Curry⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedTook great care of my daughterQue WardBeen here for almost 4 hours very hard for me to breath but that’s not critical enough to put me ahead of some others coming in after me,Tyler Monroe⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedBest hospital in Louisville!Jael Harrington⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedClean and nice staffCrystal Layne⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Courtesy
