Before you go to Baptist & Wolfson – Clay, you may want to know what the people who have already gone to this Fleming Island emergency room think.
Stephanie Bryant⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedBest care my kids have ever recieved was here. The entire staff was very caring and attentive to our needs.Maria HarbickMy sister, her husband and myself went here last night because my niece had a very high fever. The staff was not pleasant. Morgan C (tattoos on her neck) was very rude and made it well known that she had more important things to do than to help my sister and her daughter. I am very surprised with the service we received from this establishment. Next time there is an unfortunate issue with family members, we will just drive to the downtown location. Other than being treated unpleasantly, they were quick.Kida Finster⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedTook my son and we didn’t have to wait long at all. The staff was very friendly and even the front desk was helpful. Definitely recommend!Sharon Stradley⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThe BEST service and care! My 2 year old daughter had a bad stomach virus and was dehydrated. We tried to go to St. Vincent’s Urgent Care on County Road 210, but was turned away because it was 30 minutes from closing. We went to Baptist and Wolfson Urgent Care near the Town Center and was so glad we did. This will now be our first stop for urgent care. They were absolutely wonderful with my daughter! They made her feel as calm as possible and immediately helped her feel better. They went above and beyond to make sure that she was alright. The facility is clean and colorful. Everyone was friendly and seemed to really care about each patient. I am so thankful for the care that they gave my daughter! The doctor’s and nurse’s were very knowledgeable and fast! Thank you so much!Suzy Butler⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedAlmost a week ago, we had a scary neurological issue with our daughter that progressed within 2 hours. As a parent this is terrifying when you don’t understand what is going on (even with a medical background). From the moment we walked in the doors, the staff was AMAZING. From the nurses (thank you Deb for putting in a catheter for Paige before her transport) all the way to Dr. Hardwick. He put our girl at ease and made her laugh during the entire exam. Even though you were the start to a very scary health issue (still ongoing but not as severe), you put our minds at ease. True heroes everyday and from our entire family’s hearts, THANK YOU. Please know that you are appreciated more than you know.Frito B⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedOUTSTANDING!!!! I am very pleased with this pediatrics emergency room. There are both children and adult doctors on-site. The staff was; friendly, helpful, professional, and caring. The facility was tidy, clean, and well maintained. Our wait was brief once registration was complete…less than ten minutes during one of this hospital’s peek times of the week. It would be nice if this location offered an early online registration to expedite arrival. The waiting area is large and offers lots of seating, plus there’s a separate children’s play area. The parking lot is large and easy to navigate, while accessing this location is equally simple. This location however is not easily seen from the main road as it’s a few blocks away on a smaller side street. This is our second visit to this campus, and based on both of our experiences we will definitely be returning.Cristina Cooper⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedBest service and feeling like they cared. Even my 9 year old said something about the staff. Treated my baby girl with so much respect and care. If only we had 1/2 the doctors in the world like them. Amazing .Damien Wade⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedWent to have our fifteen month old checked out. Waited two hours and fifteen minutes in the lobby with a sick baby. I told the receptionist we were leaving, so we went home. I figured it would be better that he eat and get some rest. The positive is I got to spend some great one on one time with my son. He is a happy baby even when he is very sick. Five stars for taking time out my day to be there for my son.Cisco Rodillas⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI was instructed by the on call pediatrician to bring my 15 month old in to wolfsons Fleming island last night. I waited maybe 10 min in the waiting room with him. Every staff member was amazing from the registration desk to the dr. He had slept maybe than 30 minutes in the last almost 36 hours. We were both feeling pretty defeated. The nurses/tech and Dr were all amazing. I didn’t feel rushed or like i was a bother for bringing my child in to the Er. They were very caring and supportive and helped any way that they could. They made sure I understood my discharge instructions and the medications and dosages for all three of his meds. They even helped me give them to him while we were there to get him started. I felt so much relief after leaving there!James Taylor Team – Realty 904-505-3301⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedDr. Boyd is friendly, insightful, truthful and awesome. He has been my GP for years.
