Sylvia Scenna⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI had my baby there very recently and it was a great experience. I had a c section and I was very nervous but the doctors and nurses were great with helping me stay calm during and made it a lot less scary than what I imagined it to be like. When I got into the room with my baby afterwords the nurses there were wonderful with checking on me often, and helping me with my baby. I’m a first time mother so they were very informational and helpful with all my questions and concerns. They also helped me learn to breastfeed. They made sure I was as comfortable as possible during the time I was there. I’m very glad I chose this hospital to have my baby girl!Youlonda Leidlein⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI was at ER yesterday. I was very happy with the service I got from the moment I got there until the discharge. The staff was very good. The professionalism was great. I had very good medical assistance from there and would highly recommend them. Thank You For Your Staff & Good Medical Care!Robert g⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedFast and professional at the ER 1-21-20 around 5 pm. Quick service at registration and immediately seen by triage nurse and taken to a room. In just a few minutes Danielle was in my room asking me questions and discussing her plan of action. Cat scan was done in just a few minutes followed by Catrina giving me my meds which worked very well. Danielle and Catrina went into great detail of my scan which I appreciated very much. After everything settled down and was lucky to get to go home Conner came in answered all my questions and help me get ready to go. As Connor was helping me leave here comes Danielle checking on me one last time and reminding me how important to followup with my doctor. Very nice and professional people from registration to DanielleFlorida Native⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedGreat improvement at this local hospital. Bayfront is doing a great job at working on making this an A++ hospital. Great friendly staff in all departments. Emergency dept. needs better trained phlebotomists to ensure proper care of patients coming into the emergency room. Over all much improvement! Keep up the positive steps guys!Danielle Ligsay⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedHad one of the best hospital experiences in labor and delivery on 12/26/19. All the nursing staff was great and my surgical tech, James, were phenomenal! The two nurses that stood out and provided care way beyond what was expected was Marisa and I believe her name was Tammy, she worked nights on 12/26-12/27.Keith Heisner⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI had a total knee replacement and can’t say enough about the joint replacement wing. The entire staff was kind and caring. Total knee replacement is not a very pleasant experience but the nurses and physical therapy staff make it as good as it can be. Even the food was good. They have their own cafe dedicated to the joint replacement wing. Hopefully, I won’t need my left knee replaced but if I do I’d definitely go back to Dr Petrella and Bayfront Health Seven Rivers.Jo⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThe staff here are fantastic. Everyone responsible for my care were friendly and accommodating. Concern for myself and others was their priority. Cleanliness and sterility of the environment seemed to be closely monitored. They took good care of me!Donna Prow⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI had a total knee replacement on October 14, 2019. My experience from the Joint Camp lecture two weeks before my surgery to discharge on October 16, 2019 was outstanding! All the staff– nursing, nursing assistants, PT were professional, knowledgeable. caring, and prideful of what they do and how they do it. As a retired nurse manager of a 20 bed surgical adult ICU at Johns Hopkins Hospital, I could see the teamwork of all the staff, their attention to infection control (so important to me), and the ownership of the care they give is quite obvious! Keep up the good work you do!sue littnan⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedExcellent care in the orthopedic unit. The staff was super. They provided support, humor, and were always available when needed. The facility was very clean, with comfortable, private rooms. The food was tasty with a decent variety for all meals. It was as pleasant experience as possible for a hip replacement.Sandra Hatto⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI’m using my daughters account for this review but I was in for a total knee and hip replacement with Dr. Petrela, on 11/18/19. Everything was extremely organized and very detailed. They answered all of my questions, all of the staff, physical therapists, and nurses were extremely helpful! They were extremely concerned with all of the patients meeting their goals. Having other people who had knee replacements meet for therapy group sessions and dinners made the time pass nicely. Thank you very much!Sunday Messina⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedEvery single person I came in contact with was so incredibly compassionate and helpful. The Nurse practitioner went out of his way to make sure I was out of pain and thoroughly examined all avenues to get the proper diagnosis. My nurse, Kim, was so sweet that I literally broke down in tears. It felt like such a relief to have someone else worry about me in my time of need. God bless the people at Seven Rivers Hospital. They are a rare and special crew.Patrick McDonald⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedAwesome staff, I was taken care of and all went above and beyond to make me comfortable. My nurses were the best. I wish I had written their names down so they could get proper credit!Hal Blondeau⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedDrove myself to ER with my first AF onset. Chided about not calling 911, but they were right. They immediately took care of my being, even before all the paperwork. Great way to start! ER and ICU staff ‘s were outstanding. Competent, knowledgeable and informative. ThanksCarmel Mcsharry⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThis is the 2nd hip replacement I’ve had here and it has been an awesome experience considering. I highly recommend the joint team there. Compassionate and they are in top of your needs before you realize what you need, and making sure you’re pain is under control. I can’t say enough how pleased and satisfied I am with the care I got from my Dr, to the surgery staff, to all the nurses and techs and physical therapists. If you are considering a joint replacement, this is the place to go.Jackie Corvin⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedOut Patient Receptionist & Nursing Staff awesome. Very nice & professional. Dr. Mo great! Very pleasant experience. Instructions for aftercare easy & understandable. Thank you . Very clean also & pleasant atmosphere.Tina Smyers⭐️⭐️Worst hospital I have ever been associated with. They have no idea how important teamwork is within the nurse, nurses assistant and the special teams. The only ones that suffer are the patients and their families. I truly believe the team does not even like each other So sad.Robert Theis⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI’m pleased with the care I received with my knee replacement surgeries. The staff and facilities are great. In addition they have continued to follow up to make sure that my recovery goes well. Bob TheisAmanda Chipman⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI just gave birth here and the entire labor and delivery unit was amazing, as well as the people sent up for blood work and the anesthesiologists. The nurses were beyond helpful and made me feel like they had a personal interest in my, and my baby’s, wellbeing. The phlebotomists were fast and effective with me and the baby. And the anesthesiologists were great, not only with the epidural but also with the blood patch I had to receive, they were highly skilled and knowledgeable and put my mind at ease. The entire experience was exactly what I wanted for my delivery.John Eddy⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedBeen living in Crystal River for some years now, 20 to be precise. Can not believe the complete turn-around Bay-front has made in such a short time. No one likes hospitals but if you have to go have no hesitation in choosing Bay-front Seven Rivers. Had to have a right knee replaced and received excellent care.Linda Claycomb⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I was given great care in ER and in hospital. ( nurse Angie was really great) Everyone was good and efficient. Food was good. I feel floors need to be scrubbed more throughly in bathrooms.Lillian Taylor⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThe entire experience was phenomenal! Dr. Chuong & Ken are awesome! The hospital staff from the receptionist to the lead nurse were so nice and compassionate. When I needed something it was provided fairly quickly. Even though the computers went down. My wife and I were extremely impressed! Thank you to everyone we came in contact with.David L⭐️⛔️ ER Not RecommendedDangerous care. While I was admitted for some serious issues the Nurses failed completely. At times I’d was 3-4 hours after asking to see a nurse. They are supposed to check in on all patients every hour. Did happen. Because they could figure out a simple pulmonary procedure, I went 15 hours without food or water. They serious lack communication skills and rarely follow through with what they say they’re going to do. When I started feeling that the way they ignored me, failed to follow through with doctor orders, my life was better off somewhere else. I asked to be discharged, they refused. I said I don’t feel safe here so I want to leave. They wanted me to sign a form saying I was leaving against doctor advice, yet no doctor ever came to advice me of reasons I should stay. Rude and incompetent staff. Talked to a couple managers, was told they’d be right up to my room to discuss my issues. Never showed up. Stay away!Renee Turlington Griffith⭐️⭐️⭐️Great staff, but I never actually saw a doctor. The hospital was full and the ER was full. Need a bigger hospital in the area! Growth is happening in citrus county now and for the next 20 years. Just saying…….Bill Walrath⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI think we’ve found something very good here. I went there three days ago for a total knee replacement. Right now, my knee feels great and I have very high expectations for my recovery and future uses of my knee. The procedures were explained very well by everyone on the staff. The room was great and the interaction with other patients with the same operation was invaluable. I highly recommend them for a knee.Yelisey Yemchenko⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedAbsolutely amazing hospital, I just had my second daughter delivered at this hospital. Absolutely amazing people and very loving and caring. I live 2 hours away from this city and absolutely don’t mind driving and renting hotel room just so my wife was able to deliver another baby here at Seven Rivers. I highly recommend this hospital. Also want to say big thank you to our doctor Anastasia Solovieva she’s is absolutely amazing doctor and huge thank you to the nurses Emily for leping and huge thank you to Nicole for saying with us the whole time and help a lot. Very amazing team and also thank you to the rest of people that are part of this amazing place.Elva Erb⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedVery professional and quick to respond. Thank you Doctor Noles and thank you to your staff. I appreciate your kind manner and instructions provided. Kudos to entire staff.OlanSusan Deguzman⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThe new Nurse Practitioner Steven Capps at Bayfront Health Medical Group is excellent. He’s thorough but succinct and very mindful of your wait time during my visit. The office called me back and reviewed my lab results immediately and gave me information regarding Patient Portal so I can access my own health information.Donna⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI had my hip replacement at Seven Rivers in July. It was a wonderful experience. From the start to finish and beyond. The nurses from, Ambulatory Surgery area, to the OR, Recovery and on the floor were beyond awesome. Each and everyone did an excellent job taking care of me. After surgery the Joint Floor unit was fantastic. I never had to ask for anything. The attention given to me was beyond what I expected. I would highly recommend having surgery here. They are a fantastic team of professionals. So very glad I chose Seven Rivers for my hospital.Diana Bollin⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI came to the ER with chest pains, and the response was immediate. The doctor and nurses explained what they were doing to put me at ease. As each test came back, they relayed the results. As heart disease is major in my family, they checked often on my well-being. Excellent staff-doctor, nurses, aides, technicians, etc.Connie Bretsik⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI just had knee surgery & it was a wonderful place. Food was great! Staff wonderful. Can’t say enough good things. Highly recommendRay Verstrat⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedFrom the ER to my inpatient status the staff could not have been better. I was impressed with their professionalism and caring. The facility itself impressed me in it’s cleanliness and condition, being over 30 years old. Jim and Don, RN’s, on the 2nd floor impatient wing are true professionals. The LPN”s were equally impressive.Jeffrey Hubbard⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedSeven Rivers is the best for joint replacement. Dr Pettrella did my hip and everything was better then I expected, excellent surgeon. The nurses and employees on the Joint floor were exceptional in every aspect, Karen, Pam, Janis, Suzanna, Geniema and Jody and I probably forgot someone were so professional, caring and patient with me. Thank you allRobert Duffield⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThe Doctors and Nurses were wonderful. I had the same surgery 2 1/2 years ago on my left hip and I was treated just as well if not better for the replacement of my right hip. First class facility!Gerald Doyon⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedMy PA recommended a visit to the ER because of extreme high blood pressure. My wait after arrival was reasonable (15 minutes). From that point on, I could not have been more pleased with the care I received from the entire staff – particularly from the primary nurse named Dawn. I was given a CT of the head, chest Xray, blood tests, and a medication to lower the BP reading. Thankfully, after 3 hours, I was released with no negative indications. Do not hesitate to utilize this ER !!!!!!!!!!chris S⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThis staff here are professional and compassionate! Very clean facility with children amenities. Intake was very quick, highly recommended.Charlie Lambert⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedExcellent care that literally saved my life. I am new to this area and have heard the negatives, in my opinion these people are great.Theresa Perry⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedWonderful staff and surgeons and therapists at 7 Rivers. A very good hospital to have take care of you. Rest assured, you are surrounded with quality, cleanliness, skill, and caring staff.steven melendez⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThe treatment was fast and very good. the staff was very caring and helpful even found me coupons for the medication prescribed by doctor. facilties where very clean.Mitzi Van Buren⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedFrom the moment I walked into the hospital I was very impressed with how I was treated. The nursing staff and Dr. Martin was very understanding and did all the right testing to try and figure out why I was having so much pain for 4-6 weeks. I am in Florida for the winter and also have multiple myeloma. They set me up with meds for the massive mussel inflammation and set me up with a name for an oncology in case this doesn’t work and it’s the cancer causing the problem. I couldn’t have asked for better care.jeffrey orrell⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Went in 10 am on Tuesday. The day after a long weekend. I was thinking I had kidney stones. I was out of there by 1 pm. Though it seemed longer because of the pain. Everyone I met was professional and cordial. If I have to. I would go there again. Goog job people ! (Is that the right pronoun? )Connie Vandeburg⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI had Bilateral Knee Replacements 3 days ago, 2/10/20. I cannot praise the staff on the Joint and Bone Unit as well as Dr Petrella and his team enough. The staff gave attentive, courteous, and top notch care. The joint camp program was an amazing experience giving us insight of what to expect. Our surgical patients ate breakfast and lunch together before going for physical therpy and got to know and support each other. The physical therapy staff are at the top of their game, so experienced and knowledgeable. I have the option to spend one extra day in the hospital and go home rather than a skilled rehab facility. Thank you all for making this one of the best surgical experiences I have ever had. Kuddos!!Irene LaWare⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI had the pleasure of being under the care of Dr. Adnan Mohammadbhoy, DO and his staff at The Wound Care Center in Crystal River, Florida. The care that I received was nothing but top of the line. Dr. Mo, as he is affectionately called, was nothing but professional, compassionate and the work he performed was all done with great care and concern for not only my comfort (pain level during and after my procedures) each and everyone of my appointments. The above statement goes for his team of employees/staff at The Wound Care Center. They were accommodating in every area of my care. I will and have recommended The Wound Care Center, Dr. Mo and his entire team there to everyone I meet and know. My experience with The Wound Care Center was the BEST!!! Thank you for having such fantastic individuals employed there. If I am ever in need of such services in the future, I know exactly where I will go for such care. They provide exemplary care, support and advice. In an essence, they care about their patients starting with Tammy, the receptionist, right to the student doctor that Dr. Mo had working with him. Thank you again for such extraordinary care at The Wound Care Center in Crystal River, Florida, a part of Bayfront Health Services.Karen Dunaway⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Everyone did a good job but it took a long time for someone to to take my IV out so I could join my ride that had been there for 20 minutes.Dale McKay⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedHad complete knee replacement there and was 100% impressed with room, food, fabulous nurses and PT. Surgery was a complete success and wouldn’t hesitate to go back. I would recommend Seven Rivers for any procedure. Dale McKayGina Ostolaza⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThe PT therapist Susan and Donald were awesome to work with. As well as Victoria at the front desk. She made all accommodations to help me with my schedule Thanks guys greatly appreciatedJames Sullivan⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedSusan J and Shenevia B were fantastic during my PT after my surgery. Vicki at the front desk did a great job with a wonderful demeanor. Thanks y’all so much for your effort and care during my recovery….Donna Castelone⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedFrom the moment I checked in at the emergency room I was quickly brought back and never waited more than 10 minutes -the entire staff, check in , RNs, physician, CT Scan employees, everyone was amazing and so friendly and compassionate, by far one of the best experiences I’ve had in a hospital all while feeling very horrible , I knew I was in great hands with their care and professionalism, I felt very comfortable-don’t know how to say thank you enough!Olan Deguzman⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI had a great experience having my lab done at Bayfront Seven Rivers. Holly who registered me was quick and verified my information respectfully. April Carrol my phlebotomist did a great job with my blood draw. Barely felt the needle stick.Nicholas A Vecsey⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I wasn’t sure about Seven Rivers Medical Center as I had heard some not so good comments about it in the past but since Bayfront Health took over operations I thought I would go there when I had an emergency last week involving my heart. I must say that the care I received was above par even though the hospital ER was over-run with some very critically ill and injured patients. I did spend a very long time in the ER but the nurses and other staff kept me informed about why there was a delay and what tests were being done to determine what my problem was. Once I was moved to a room I was taken care off by several wunderful nurses and was seen by several different Doctors who worked together to determine why my heart was beating way to slowly ( 35bpm) and what course of action to take, it was agreed that the best thing for me was to have a pacemaker and I had the surgery the next day, I was in the hospital for one additional day then sent home, all is well and I feel great. All in all everything was handled well and I had a good outcome. I would use Seven Rivers again in the future for anhy of my medical needs.Richard & Lynne Manegre⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedEveryone was incredible, from the admitting to the nurses and doctors and all around care. Everything was explained as it was being done. It was all like a well oiled machine. We were always treated like we were special not just another number. We can’t praise them enough.Stephen D⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI want to thank Damon from ER, Shelby from ER, Sonny from phlebotomy, Kimani from radiology and Jeff from radiology. They were all very helpful and kind. Jeff from radiology especially could tell I was nervous about a test and took the extra time to help me get through it, even though they were very busy. Kimani made sure I was comfortable and was professional in his communication. Damon and Shelby were both kind and caring and explained things in detail to me. Sonny was professional and was able to pull blood from me without causing discomfort. A+ experience and teamwork.Tammi McKee⭐️⛔️ ER Not RecommendedMost of the doctors & nurses were awesome, however others not so much. One visit after my mom had knee surgery, we advised the nurse that our mother was hallucinating and asked them to keep an eye on her as we were not sure what was going on – the nurses response was: “Oh she doesn’t always act like that” then the most recent stay again with our mother – after several Dr’s could not diagnose her and actually told her nothing was wrong because they were not actually listening to what we told them what was happening, they had already made their minds up. Thankfully a Neurologist ordered more tests and he found two problems – during this stay a nurse was very rude and condescending when we questioned why they were releasing a known fall risk to go home with no walker, etc as we were under the impression we were still waiting for the surgeon to talk to us. The rooms are dirty, cabinet doors falling off the hinges – understaffed they were pulling in other nurses from other floors – equipment missing I could go on and on. Not very happy with the experience there.Chris Nagorski⭐️⛔️ ER Not RecommendedHorrible hospital, went in because my blood sugar skyrocketed. I had never been here before and the Doctor came in and asked me about my medical history. The only thing I was able to tell her was that I was diabetic, she had no interest in anything else nor what medication I am on. They discharged me without checking my blood sugar and when I tested myself in the car I was still through the roof. The discharge staff was rude the whole process. Basically I went in in diabetic shock, stayed 4 hours and left in diabetic shock. Which cost me $3000.00. Heres the kicker, they offered to settle for $600.00 cash on the spot. Go to another hospital, anything has to be better than this place. UPDATE Since I wrote this review the cost of treatment rose to $6000.00, that’s right. A bad review and they whacked me twice as much for treatment.Mary Perry⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI received a totally successful knee-replacement operation, and was fortunate to be part of a marvelous early recovery program at Seven Rivers Hospital. Excellent nurses, physical therapy, nutritious meals, comraderie with the whole staff. Thank you.Louise Charette⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedHelp is friendly and professional. An excellent experience. I recommend highly for Mamography. The technician is the best ever. Never makes you feel uncomfortable.Pat66 Herbert66⭐️⛔️ ER Not RecommendedLousiest hospital I have ever had the misfortune to be treated at. Went in to have a possible fractured knee examined. Could not stand in one leg or walk. Asked to nurses for the bathroom. Both walked away, essentially ignoring my request. Told, not the ER doc, because I didn’t see a doctor, the physicials assistant the pain shot had no effect, did nothing for the pain so she gave me another, but told me she would give me NITHING for pain to take at home. Was discharged, and handed my discharge ‘instructions’, but no one went over them or asked if I had any questions. The nurse didn’t bother to even walk me to the door, let alone see that I got out of the hospital alright. Very unprofessional, nit ni mention unacceptable behavior.matthew galit⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThank you for saving my uncles life. Very grusome cuts tho not needed. Y’all need to use more iv or piols solutions to dissolve arteries that are clogged instead of doing experiment’s and opening up people to nasty air and contaminating internal organs. I got the ideas let me know and I’m very good with medicine holistically not pharmacuticaly. We have a cure nowadays for everything but some people or doctors don’t want everything cured for more money and more patients and more patients for life and patients with more problems just in general. People and there thought are very sick nowadaysJohn⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThe emergency room staff were fantastic. A couple of weeks later my wife needed shoulder surgery. The nurses (Dana and Helen) in the Ambulatory Surgery Center who took care of her before and after surgery we’re outstanding.Layne Lowrey⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThe Bone and Joint Center is amazing! What a wonderful experience from the beginning to end! “Thank you” to all the staff who were involved in my care, from the preop staff, OR (Kelly Darling), Anesthesia (David Rhein and Stacy Bahner), PACU (Amanda), B&J Center (Janis, Dennis, Susana), PT (Steve, Justin). Pam and Dr Petrella, you have created a wonderful program and facility! Keep up the great work! May you have unending success stories ahead!shane conley⭐️⛔️ ER Not RecommendedBeen having health issues for about 4 months cant seem to figure it out and they refuse to admit to get specialists involved to try and help me as well as i am having fainting and dizzy spells and pvcs like crazy. Then a nurse told me upon discharge and still not feeling an ounce better that i needed to suck it up because my blood work looked good when clearly blood work means a hill of beans. My fathers stage 4 cancer bloodwork was perfect as well didnt mean jack.Cindy Born⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedExcellent compassionate staff. I got bit by my 80# dog in the face. The staff was terrificPedro Millan⭐️⛔️ ER Not RecommendedStaff is racist. If you’re Latin descent, DO NOT VISIT! The lady the takes yo
