Ondrea VanHorn⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI had to go to the Er with a rapid heart rate early in the morning and found Katie a paramedic in triage with a big smile and calm . Katie was quick to get me in where my nurses Grace and Sue were very caring and professional. The experience in the Er was excellent. Nurse Terri and Monica were my nurses on the floor were great. Mary in dietary made sure that I was satisfied with the food and went above and beyond to see that I was happy . The Director of the Er Ralifoot made a visit to my room as well. Thanks to all who made my stay pleasant . It’s never fun being on that side .Kay Cooper⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI had to go to the Emergency Room today and I was pleasantly surprised how caring and prompt they were to my issue. The staff was absolutely wonderful. I had one of the best nurses with such an upbeat personality, her name is Rachel she is a Med Nurse. My husband and I were kept informed about all they were doing to help me. I highly recommend this Hospital. Thank you Bayfront Health for taking great care of me.Bonnie Hendershot⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedMy husband, Thomas Hendershot was the patient. We were very happy with his doctor, the staff and the facility. It was a comforting experience. I hope we don’t have to visit again, but we would definitely return to Bayfront without any hesitation.Joslyn Rodgers⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedFrom the minute I entered ER and was admitted, to when I was discharged, The staff was absolutely wonderful. Everyone I encountered was professional and competent. The personnel in this hospital are superb; caring, careful, and efficient.Matt Thresher⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedGot me in quickly, put me in a room, as I needed treatment. Staff was upbeat and congenial, and professional. Connected me with a great MD, and his staff. I will following up with his staff on my continued care.Walt R⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Individually, the personnel in this hospital are superb; caring, careful, and efficient. (I was especially appreciative that before attending to me or the other patient in the room, the caregiver would verify our FULL names and birthdates) Administration personnel proactively sought my overall opinion as a patient, including my concerns, and followed up on my comments. They are on the right track.Sarah H⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedHospital was a great stay despite the reason for being there. Doctors and Nurses were very friendly and helpful. The food wasn’t that great, especially the soups/broths. Also the “survey” they emailed me about my stay wasn’t much of one.Grace Gross⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI was in the ER due to an allergic reaction everyone was very professional, kind and caring. My nurse Donna explained everything to me and my husband and the ED physician was thorough. They got me feeling so much better! I appreciate the care and compassion I received.Kelly Bernard⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedTaylor & Doug were awesome with the my labor & delivery. Maureen & Katie were amazing & extremely helpful with the aftercare of me & my newborn baby Thalia. Thank you all for everything!Tessa Eddy⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThis was a great hospital. The entire staff made me feel very important. Thank you all so much for your help and advice and for the way you handled my case.Melissa Belangia⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedUnfortunately had to come to the ER because my son broke his arm, first time with a broken bone for our family. Wait time was very short, all hospital staff, nurses and Doctors were great! I was a complete mess, and they all made me feel so much better. We were told that we might have to be transferred to St. Joe’s, but so grateful Dr. Nasr was there to help. He had to perform a reduction on my sons arm, and he did so well the Orthopedic surgeon we saw 3 days later was even impressed. Ended up not having to have surgery, Dr. Nasr put us at ease and made us feel better about the procedure. Thank you to ALL staff, everyone was so great! Shannon HenriciI was there several weeks ago in the ER. I was taken back immediately- which was great. However, the waiting room was dirty. Once taken into the hospital room, I wasn’t offered a blanket or socks or anything. Just sat on the cold bed. The nurses were nice enough, but smelled like cigarette smoke. Not good for someone who’s feeling ill. Yuck. There were roaches on the floor of the ER room, one of which crawled on the metal framing of the bed I was on. Luckily my mother was with me and killed it. When it was time for my IV, the nurse blew through THREE veins. And my veins are great and haven’t had issues before with getting an IV. Awful. I was the only patient in there for my 5 hour stay and it was still pretty slow- which I know is typical for hospitals. I just couldn’t get over the filth of the room. I rather drive a distance to a real hospital then go there again.Country Rustic Decor⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThe Baby Place at Bayfront Health is absolutely amazing. They exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. I ended up staying a week and when it was time to be discharged, I didn’t want to leave because I felt so cared for and at ease there. The nurses are the best I’ve ever encountered. Since the first day there, I felt welcomed, safe, and cared for. I never once felt like they were trying to rush me out or anything. They always took their time to talk with me, even if they were busy. They explained everything and answered any crazy questions I had with a smile. They checked on me constantly, provided updates in a timely manner, and always made sure I had what I needed. A few OUTSTANDING nurses I had the pleasure to meet were Shana, Maureen, Hayleigh, and Lily. All of them worked so hard with me and my delivery. I absolutely loved all the nurses and staff. Even Lucy with housekeeping, Penny at the front desk, and Sarah with nutrition services were super sweet and caring. The on-call OB, Dr. Marks, (whom I never met before delivery week) was FANTASTIC!!! She was patient with me and did everything to avoid a c-section. I cannot say enough good things about The Baby Place!!! You would be missing out if you didn’t choose to deliver here. -The Buyeas and baby JuneGeorge Fracassi⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ER and Telemeter staff were caring and professional. Food was acceptable. Cleanliness was a little below other hospitals i’ve been in. (Tray tables were not cleaned throughly.karen gross⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedMy husband had an injury, we went to ER. Staff was wonderful. We didn’t wait at all. Staff explained everything they did. They LISTENED TO THE PATIENT and treated him based on his individual history, symptoms, medications. We appreciated the professional, efficient way they handled my husbands injury. Thank you.Kathryn Dentato⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThe staff were compassionate and took time to listen to my concerns. Everyone I encountered was professional and competent from the minute I entered the ER until discharge two days later. Thank you for the excellent quality of care!Dana Cutlip⭐️⭐️⭐️Nurses were great, but trying to see the doctor and get information, horrible. Told them the 5 days my wife was in the hospital that she could not walk, and needs to learn again. Did they give her PT, no. Not until the last day did someone work with her and a walker. I will think twice before going there again. I could go on with more mistakes, but I will stop here.Raul Gonzalez⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI recently took a friend to the ER, the staff was very attentive to her, she was treated within 10 minutes, I would recommend this hospitalAKcharger⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThey saved my wife’s life their care us unmatched I almost wish I was ill or injured to go back!!Bill Burkey⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedFrom the moment we walked in the door, everyone was incredibly helpul and friendly. We were in the outpatient surgery section and the team was patient, informative, and very friendly. They made you feel very comfortable with what was happening and the process went amazingly smooth.Haley Boynton⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER Recommendedvery friendly, extremely good with customer service,’i felt safe and taken care of the entire time!Ron Fontan⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedWent to the ER on friday afternoon with tingling in my hand and arm. Met with a nurse in 10 minutes. Was admitted that day. Amazing hospital!!! Was treated with professionalism, care, and respect! My genuine respect and thanks to Nicole, Kim, Richard, Courtney, Sangita, Dr. Rau, and everyone else that cared for me!!! From admitting to being discharged, I’m indebted to everyone there!Gloria Rivera⭐️⭐️⭐️The attention on ER was good, i was in the hospital a couple days the nurses were excellent. The only concern the dr under my care don’t show to give me the discharge and explain me care I needed. Also I have a job and I need a certificate to return to my job the Dr don’t sign it. It is frustrated. The GI gave me two prescriptions without date and the pharmacy don’t accept these so I don’t have medication.teresa lyons⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedMy son was having asthma attack 1st he was treated and sent home with med’s, days later we returned he stayed at the hospital for 5 days and he was treated for pneumonia in both lungs, and I am very grateful for the treatment he received from the hospital staff, he was on alot of diff thgs to get better and came home w/antibiotics. Everyone who treated him, and other staff stayed on top of the meds and now he is home doing much better and I know he’ll be back to normal soon. Thank you so much for taking care of him and getting him better to be home. I will always be eternally grateful to bayfront health!!Skyla cheeverFunny how my other review was removed. I had a heart attack around Dec 20th, decided to come here against my better judgement cause it was closest. Was here 2 days, they released me with no meds, not even baby aspirin even though I informed them I still felt dizzy and chest pains. Because they didn’t see no blockages they discharged me. Within 2 hrs of releasing me I was rushed to Bayonet Point for having a 2nd heart attack and they found narrowed arteries cause they actually did (Bayonet point) a heart Cath. I was there for 4 days, much much better care and they actually released me with precautionary medications and for the plaque build up. Every DR/Nurse I spoke to were amazed that I was released from this Hospital without a “Cath” being done and definitely without meds. Stay clear away from this place. I could have been much worse or if my father wasn’t here with me cause he was the one to drive me.Jackie Singer⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Nice big labor and delivery rooms, the nurses were great.Treina Yates⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedDr. Nasr was amazing !!! I can’t thank him enough for the fast care he gave my daughter and the fact he comes in and introduced himself to everyone in the room and shook hands. Bed side manor is amazing. My daughters nurse Bobby was also amazing I can’t thank her enough !!robin hogan⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI had to have a procedure and went to Bayfront Health Spring Hill Hospital. The surgical team was the best!! I was a bit nervous and they made me feel so safe, explained everything to me. The team also included my husband in the discussions. Eva, Rebecca, Heidi, Andrea, Karen were awesome!! Lori was my CRNA, she was very comforting explaining all the medications ad everything that would be happening at the time and during the recovery process. I highly recommend this hospital, wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you for the best care ever!!tabitha dunson⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedHad my 3rd child here. Nurses, doctors, and staff were fantastic.Matthew Wozniak⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedSandy from outpatient services was very helpful and friendly. Thank you.Dianne McCarthy⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI had 2 out patient surgeries within a week of the ach other. The nursing staff and operating staff were the same for both. They are so kind and remembered who I was. I didn’t feel as though I was just another number to be shuttled around. Thank you for your love of people.Matthew Hunt⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI really hate going to doctors, hospitals, and anything really. I pretty much have to be about to kick the bucket lol. Usually have bad experiences too, this time which it’s been a while was great. The staff in the ER was good and I was moved to a room and had to stay overnight due to my condition. I have never stayed in a hospital more than a few hours. Well to make a long story short the day and night shift nurses I had and the rest of the staff were amazing. I was very well taken care of and any visitors in my room were treated with the same care and respect I was given. So I guess from now on I’m certain it will be easier for me to go and take better care of myself and get help when i need it rather than waiting until I can’t deal. I am so thankful for the experience I had cause I’ve had some pretty bad ones in the past.Annalise Oconnor⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI recently had a mammogram and ultrasound at Bayfront Spring Hill. Everyone was efficient and friendly. I always know that I am in good hands when I receive care there.Sadie Hunnewell⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️nurses and and dr. Shah we’re very awesome very pleasant took real care of me they made me feel like they really cared excellent hospital to go to I would not want to go anywhere elseRandy Mclellan⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER Recommended3/13/19 Had my nose and sinus surgery here. I was amazed. I was treated so well, from the minute I walked in the door. I told the staff at the front desk why I was there and they told me where to go and wait, but by the time I got there, there was a nurse waiting for me. She took me back to be preped for surgery. The entire surgical team came and introduced themselves. They were all so nice and Professional. All of the staff I met was Top Notch Professional. They took great care of me and made me feel comfortable.V. B.My mother-in-law was admitted to this hospital late last night, due to severe vertigo. The paramedics were prompt and amazing but the staff at the hospital were VERY disorganized and quite rude. The ER was empty, i counted 3 or 4 rooms occupied while walking back. We initially went to see her in room 5, where we were told she was able to be seen. The nurse or phlebotomist who was taking samples was rude, and asked us to leave and she’d come grab us, when she was ready to be seen. The nurse came out 10 minutes later telling us she was undergoing more testing and were would be fetched when she wad ready to be seen again. Almost 2 hours later I had enough of waiting and asked the registration guy if there was any news, and finally was able to see her. We walked into the room to find my mother in laws underwear (used, she urinated on herself) on the guest chair, and her pee pan in the sink (full) as well as all her used tubes on the counter. She told us when we came back that she had been sitting there for close to 45 minutes after testing and was waiting to be discharged. Seriously not impressed with this hospital, and I would recommend in emergency situations stay away. In ANY other state every single passion we dealt with would have been fired.Donna Wilhide⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI have to say how wonderful All of the staff was. Not a bad thing to say. Sherrel, Caterhine and EVERYONE gave great care and respect.Teresa Simmons⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedSorry I’ve had to visit Soo be much this week.. Grace in the Er is amazing. Caring and really focus on patient care with kindness and compassion. Love Dr Goldstein she is awesome too.. I don’t know the nurse’s name I had today but she was so kind and understanding. I love the care and compassion but hate I am having such trouble with my bladder and catheters.. Regretfully I may be back. PrayingLorelie Rivera⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedMy experience with Same Day Surgery was fantastic! The pre-op, recovery, and same day surgery nurses were all excellent!Erika Streeter⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI had my first son in this hospital and the maternity ward staff was very kind. A few months ago my baby hit his head and was bleeding. I took him to the ER, no one really checked his head for a bit so I complained to the nurses, Dr Josh over heard and came in immediately to check on him. He was so kind and apologetic even though I dont think he knew my son was there with a head injury. He took care of him immediately and was very thorough in his instructions. He even called me the next day to check on him. I cant give him enough credit for his outstanding performance and I want him to be recognized. I wish I knew his last name, but thank you for caring for my son.Christina Bullington⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedNo reason not to give a 5 star rating. I took my fiance Steve Kueker to emergency room and they tool him to room before we could sit down. Took a few hours to get test back but im sure many other people were getting help at the same time. All were nice and he ended up staying for 3 days. All staff was doing their job and I applaud them for putting up with all personalities as mich as they do. The food was not great to steve but i didnt mind it. Thats not why we were there. Great doctors, nurses, and all other workers through out hospital. Thank you for your help from someone that didnt even have insurance.Linda S Talkington⭐️⭐️I went to this hospital on October 29 because I broke my ankle no one in waiting room and they had my husband walk me back to Er room never once offered assistance. Once in room had RN that was fine never saw a doctor they did xray and splinted my ankle and said I was non weight bearing and gave me name of ortho handed me crutches and said good luck I told the RN have not been on crutches in 30 years his response was you will do fine so my husband took my purse and we had to walk to lobby to check out when we got there there was a couple sitting at the registration desk no mind you I’m on crutches she started vomiting i slid in the vomit thank god my husband caught me They never got her a emesis basin we never checked out and had to walk to car I was now in tears from the pain. Get in car call my job as im reading my discharge orders and they say may return to work no restrictions after they told me non weight bearing my husband had to go back in one hour latter he came out they said what doctor did you see he said we never saw a doctor. They finally just wrote non weight bearing. The worst expierince in my life now they are sueing me for 3000.00 dollars what is wrong with this picture for the same xray and splint at ergent care would have been 325.00 I would not recommend this hospital to someone I hated.George Lyford, Jr⭐️⭐️The Med/Surg unit must be understaffed as I rarely saw RN during my stay. Performance of ER is only reason they made it to two stars.Mara SantiagoThey took me in quick. But the nurse has no clue about anything and the doctor spent two seconds with me. Each time i ask the nurse a questions she has to ask the doctor. I have a horrible ear ache and all they’re doing in process of elimination rather then helping find the cause. Don’t recommend coming here and I won’t be back. Bill my insurance all you want cause that’s all they care for, quick turn around like a fast food place.Sarah GoforthGave birth to my son here, first child. Was made to walk out (to the elevator &down and to the car) and thought it was okay until i saw that my discharge papers said ‘wheelchair’ on them. Everyone on staff seemed like they wanted to rush me out and no one made me feel welcome which is all i wanted as a new mom. A few nurses even rolled their eyes at me when i said I’d never changed a diaper before. If you can go somewhere else, do it!Nancy Grimm⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedRecently had surgery here and received great attention and care from beginning to end. The staff was awesome and made me feel well taken care of. Would highly recommend Bayfront Health Spring Hill Hospital.Tracy Gilchrist⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI could not be more pleased with the experience I had during my procedure at Bayfront Health Spring Hill on 7/24/19. From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with a smiling, friendly face. The surgical department is hands down beyond exceptional and has a wonderful bedside manner. Pre-admission Nurse Rishman or Joe (I think I spelled that right). Gosh you made me feel so relaxed and at ease. After my procedure you offered me a snack and I love peanut butter so you found me some and some crackers. My procedure required me to be at the hospital early so I had no morning java. OH NO say it aint so no coffee!!! BUT, you remembered that and made sure I had some coffee ready for me once I was ready to have it in recovery. Lombardi – Very knowledgeable anesthesiologist – thank you for taking the time to make sure I had a clear understanding of anesthesia process and answer any questions I had. To Budget, Rebecca and Louise – thank you all from the bottom of my heard. Last but not least my amazing doctor Mona McCullough. I truly appreciate all the time you take with me in office as well as at the hospital. You are compassionate, caring and have a wonderful presence I feel comfortable with. I can not thank you all enough for providing such a caring nurturing environment. Your friendly faces and welcoming atmosphere put me at ease trusting and knowing I was in good hands. Thank you!Brandon M Durbin⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThis ER saved my life! I had been to a much bigger n newer hospital for the same thing but I had no insurance and at the first sign of “normal” heart rhythm they sent me away. However when I went to SHR they actually listened n didn’t care about how they would get paid. It turned out I DID have serious heart issues and I ended up spending 5 days in patient waiting for all the test to narrow it down. The Drs n the nurses (especially Mary n Emory ) were SOOOOOOOO GOOD TO ME! I got the treatment n testing I needed to ensure I will be here to see my grandson born! I would like to thank this hospital for the amazing staff!! Who care about people NOT who had what insurance!!! To Mary n Emory, thank you soooooo much from bottom of my heart. Karan EmersonRandy Raux⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI have been in a lot of hospitals in my time, but the nursing staff here has to be the friendliest, most professional nursing staff I have ever encountered. As much as people hate being in hospitals, I never felt like an imposition and they were constantly striving to ensure my well being. These comments go for the housekeeping staff, radiology, nutritional services, and any other departments I may have been exposed to but was not aware because of the seamless teamwork of everyone in this facility. One of the biggest things I appreciated was how everyone went out of their way to explain what was about to happen, Whether it was the sensation I would feel when they put something in my IV to the step by step description of what would happen during the ct scan. They also explained, every step of the way, what my choices were so that I didn’t think I had to just shut up and take treatments or medication I didn’t think was necessary. Thank you professionals at Bayfront for the outstanding treatment.Mea JamesTerrible facility – complete nightmare to deal with. Their billing people/coders who get authorizations are terrible at their jobs and the facility as a whole is a HUGE scam. They do not care about patients at all – only about how to make more money. They are greedy and should be shut down. Avoid this hospital if you have any chance to do so. Their incompetence contributed to the death of my brother (they could not be bothered to offer treatment until they got their payment info up front and even after that the staff was extremely dismissive). I also walked out on a procedure here because of how rude the staff was. General rule of thumb – if the staff is that negative/nasty it is because that is how they are treated from upper management. So anyone that is going to treat their staff that poorly certainly doesn’t care about their patients/customers. I cannot say one good thing about this organization – Bayfront in general should be investigated for insurance fraud and probably much worse. Shut these scum bags down!onelia ramirez⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI am a Child l, Adolescent and Adult psychiatrist. I received a phone call from dr.Cina at the emergency department. He was calling to have an adolescent patient to be evaluated as soon as possible. He made the call and made sure this patient got the help that he needed right away. It is a pleasure to work with professionals who go the extra mile for their patients. Kudos for this doctor. Hope we would have more professionals like him!Dusty Platt⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedAwesome ER staff and great staff on 2nd floor TeleRobert Murrell⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThe staff here are wonderful and caring. They have taken excellent care of my wife and myself.Abdul A.S.AIf you don’t want to die, don’t come to this hospital The service is so bad you will wait out side and inside forever before someone helps youKelli Watson⭐️⭐️⭐️Was very disappointed that when going to the ER there was no bariatric wheelchair for me to use. All chairs had arms so I wasn’t able to sit in them. Good thing I had help and was able to bring my walker that has a small seat. I was in a lot of pain and asked them to find me a bariatric wheelchair and my request was ignored. I was told they didn’t know where one was at.BlakjakEvery time an ambulance brings my elderly mother here they just call me to come pick her up within a half hour. They don’t ever treat her for anything so I tell the paramedics to take her somewhere else now.Chantay Brewer⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedLove the doctors and nursesMari Jones⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI delivered my baby here in 2017 and had an amazing experience. The nurses were awesome – I was so nervous and they kept me calm and informed. They respected my birth plan and helped support me through the process of learning how to breastfeed. The lactation consultant, June, was absolutely fantastic. I delivered in one of their new rooms and was able to recover in the same room with baby the whole time. Anesthesia was great – thank God for epidurals lol My OB with Bayfront Health OB/GYN was just fantastic. All in all, I wouldn’t hesitate to deliver here again. Great team! I literally can’t say enough positive things about my birthing experience.Bert Noble⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedWonderful staff…very attentive and knowledgeable. Newly renovated rooms were clean and private. Very organized surgical unit. Great hospital food. I couldn’t have been in better hands!Patrick KeeganOne star is generous. Went to occupational therapy and accomplished nothing. Spent 45 minutes there, no splint, no exercises. Therapist lied and stated i was in fact measured for splint and that they cant remove soft cast and splint in same day…lol…huh? Wanted to see me 3 times yet never do exercises.. .syre want that insurance money huh. Off to another place and splinted day of. Never again!Crystal SantiagoI took my daughter to the er on 1-5 with very bad pain on her right side. The male nurse who came in to do a flu and strep test on her was very rude. He apparently has no understanding on how to handle kids. Th
