Dylan TatarkaIf i could give this place negative stars i would. Went in had 4 student RNs give me my IV put it in bent i bled everywhere. What a joke! No patient doctor confiscation. I was put out in the hall expected to change from my underwear in the middle of the hallway. I have never felt more uncomfortable in the hands of supposed “healthcare professionals”Teddy Games YTI came in because i fell on the ice and hurt my shoulder bad. The dr profiled me and refused to manage my pain with anything other than ibuprofen which i took before coming in and wasnt helping my pain. Then when she gave me the xray results she says “nothing broken..you are good to go.” She gave me no after care instructions or anything. When the nurse came back in, i was pretty upset and asked her if i should wear a sling for my arm or anything, she says “is that what you think you need?” I totally wasted 3 hours in the er and left feeling worse than when i went in. I am still in pain, even with the prescription she gave me for ibuprofen.Rachel SpahrI went into the ER around 9pm on Friday June 7th with left sided flank pain that began on June 4th. That Friday it became a deep, intense pain and I was having trouble standing/walking and I thought it was a kidney stone. The doctor gave me morphine and tramadol and ordered a ct scan. He came back to tell me it looked fine and he just thought it was a pulled muscle. I expressed concern saying it didn’t feel like that, it was a very deep, internal pain. He said well you know your body better than I could. He also did a urinalysis and he told me the blood in my urine was normal since I just had my menstrual cycle (2 weeks before). He began to ask me about past MRIs on my wrist. Absolutely nothing to do with my flank pain. He made me feel like I was a prescription/drug seeker or a frequent/bothersome patient of the ER (lived here almost 12 years and this was my 3rd trip to the ER). Why would he bring up wrist MRIs? I was discharged and told to follow up with my PCM. Then when I went to the walk in clinic a week later with the same left sided flank pain, but now it’s in my abdomen AND flu symptoms, I find out there is kidney stone in my right kidney. Not causing my pain but still would’ve been nice to know. The walk in clinic doctor performed an abdominal x-ray and said I had a “raging UTI” and said if a UTI is left untreated, it will manifest in flu like symptoms. She prescribed 7 days of antibiotics. 10 doctors later, almost 4 months of pain, and I’m finally being treated for nutcracker syndrome. There are 2 classic symptoms of NCS. Left sided flank pain and hematuria.Courtney Yellow owlThe E.R is a joke! The staff is very rude.. and they treat you like garbage!SC Sanchez⭐️⭐️Care is OK, just ok. The CNA’s /Nurses are inexperienced and it shows alot. Not really thoughtful towards each particular person.goturf317Avoid BENEFIS at all costs! I could write a book based on the terrible and tragic experiences of my loved ones and myself at the hands of Benefis. Instead I’ll recommend Everyone READ and become educated about your family’s health and only use Benefis in the case of an alsolute dire emergency that requires Their immediate attention, that couldn’t be helped in any other direction and/or that couldn’t wait the same length of time (about three hours) to be seen by a specialist somewhere else in town. Really, chances are you’ll end up worse off if you go there and if you’re really lucky then you’ll be left in original condition. Heck, Travel to Helena or anywhere else.Kendra ReevesSo not impressed. Not only did the doctor not let me finish a sentence and didn’t seem interested in doing an assessment on me, he interrupted me to tell me well I have sick patients to see. The nurse barely spoke to me. However, the one and only star, goes to the tech. He was awesome. I will never go back to this ER if I do not have to.Lina TuckerHonestly if I could give absolutely no stars I would! I am going to be 100% transparent. This has to be one of the worst ERs I have ever been to in my life! I just moved to great falls Montana with my husband 4 days ago and caught some type of sickness that looks a lot like strep throat… I am coming from the east coast Washington DC to be exact and I’ve never felt so uncomfortable not only because of my physical state but emotionally, I cried as I waited in the “sub- waiting” area that’s beyond the ER doors of the regular waiting area. My husband brought me to this establishment at 2am and we did not get seen until 6am! And by seen I literally mean we were sitting in chairs. It seemed as though every trauma patient that entered into ER the nurses were all standing around like they were taking notes at med school. My husband and I are African American and we acknowledge that if we become to upset it could come off as “aggressive” so we tried to be as patient as we possible could.. well to wine down the story, they didn’t see me until my husband raised his voice at the counter. After that I was told my strep throat test came back negative, that I could have mono… now I’ve never had mono before so I had no idea what this ment. The doctor says he couldn’t give me any antibiotics and ended up give me pain killers that did nothing!!! As Inread my discharge papers it said I need to call back for the little bit of blood they ran a test on but diganoised me as having 2 other viruses the doctor never said anything about! Are you confused yet!?? Yea…As i am typing this right now my throat is on fire, inflamed, it hurts to swollow, I have body chills and headaches. I feel horrible to say the least. So if you’re new in town or not and have a EMERGENCY I would never suggest this “quick fix” establishment they call an ER! Very unprofessional. Let’s work on fixing this country’s morals and professionalism at home first!Collin GarzaWhat a joke!! Takes way to long to find out what’s going on, when you ask they can’t even give you a time. I’ve been to bigger cities faster than this. I’d recommend going to a animal veterinary clinic. You’ll bee seen faster and taken care of immediately. Good luck with this emergency room.Jacob L⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedRecently had to take my family member there. We were taken immediately back and the doctor was in the room rather quickly too. The doctor ordered all kinds of tests and was able to diagnose and treat the illness without much of a wait. Our nurse and other staff made us feel welcome and ensured we where comfortable. Thank you benefis!Cory Thomes⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️GOOD PLACE TO GO IF CAN’T SEE A DOC SOONER ON DAY OFF & SOME TIMES GET IN TO SEE A DOCTOR SOONER IF NEED TOChance HowellWhere is the customer service? The only thing here good is the medicine. At least 2 hours wait time to get in the first door almost every time. People are noisy when you try to rest and get better ( even though they have a sign that says shhhhhhh healing in progress) doctor will check on you once every hour. This is my fourth time here and it’s the quickest we’ve ever been in and out. Still took 3 and a half hours. At least most of the people are nice I guessXandra RMy nurse Kayla was very nice and caring. Dr. Newstad is very rude and does not care about you or your comfort, he just expects you to sit in excruciating pain while he messes around doing unnecessary tests. He offers meds that will be of no help and are not appropriate for your condition. I have been there in the past and had to deal with him and he is always like this and because I spoke up about his service last time I was there…he now holds a grudge and acts like a child so will not treat me properly. I have complained to the hospital and they don’t care and are no help… they could care less about patient care and only care about money. The doctors they have in the ER do not care about patients and are very rude and don’t care about helping fix your problem. You could be dying and they would stand back and watch or order a bunch of unnecessary tests just to get more money!!Shauna GosseHorrible care have been sitting her for over 2 hours still haven’t been seen all I see is dr and nurses sitting around doing nothing bunch of rooms beeping and then doing absolutely nothing. This is a disgrace. They don’t even deserve 1 star but you have to put something downTracy BossieBenifis Hospital has a high infection rate especially with rampant C diff. I myself was sent home with hospital acquired pneumonia after surgery.jillian cosbyWorst experience ever the social services stepped in and wrongfully took my baby after being born August 8 This hospital is bad too long of a wait and they need to get in trouble for something that I didn’t do but I’ll never forget The nurses hurt me and took over my job of being a new motherSarah Bennick⭐️⭐️⭐️Okay
