Anthony MillerOne of the worst er one star because they are a better ER then Tufts. The BMC er nurses are rude. They look down on you.Dong WangUnorganized. I was moved and left alone before x-ray. Asked for help from different people, they just kept me waiting and waiting. If you have entire afternoon to stay in emergency room, go to this place.kiana hallHere now been waiting on a room for four hours been waiting on lab results for four hours which they won’t give you until your in your room. Not quality care at all avoid at all costs unless your in critical condition. Their entire system is just not carefully designed with the patient in mind and patient satisfaction and comfort.Marcella NakamuraWorst I’ve ever been to. Waited hours and when simply asked a nurse for assistance she was incredibly rude and told me off. Waited another hour and left . Never will return to this establishment ild rather dieKrystal SWent in last night for severe abdominal pain. I was super shaky, shortness of breath and felt very hot/cold at the same time. I was there for 4 hours for nothing. They ran blood work and EKG, the Dr seen me and said “everything is fine I don’t know what’s going on I’ll just prescribe you some thing and check in with your PCP.” I waited an hour for my prescription and he never came. I asked the nurse for my charge nurse and she gave me attitude. Plus the man helping me register was extremely rude. I told him i felt like I was going to pass out, my vision was going in and out and he said “well you’re guna have to wait, the last person I helped has been waiting for 3 hrs.” I told him Sir I’m going to pass out I feel it and he told me to sit in the waiting room. The lady who drew my blood and did the EKG, don’t get me started on her. First and last time I visit this hospital. Does not even deserve a 1 star I gave.BREAK TIME RICHJust came out of surgery this woman hear name is Nicky, was rude in disrespectful. Talking while your talking, cutting you off… The worst part giving me old apple juice… If she ever your nurse, a spec the disrespect…Ros⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedVery friendly and understandable doctors, nurses, and receptionists. Helped me a lot to get over the day.felicia colemanThe staff were rude and acted like they were at a playground. The security guards and nurse were busy talking about a mentally ill patient. I did not like the behavior and left after waiting two hours to be seen. I understand the patient’s body odor was bad, but they still should have treated her with respect. Their behavior was unacceptable. They should be more professional then that. Went to Tufts Medical Center and the staff there were really nice. I was beyond happy with my decision to leave BMC ER. Those staff members need a sensitivity course. Golden rule- treat others like you want to be treated.Christa KaraAnneStaff is extremely rude! They are slow and don’t care to treat you even though they have almost no one in the waiting room. The staff treats patients like they are not worth their time unless you came in on a stretcher bleeding out and half dead… stay away!!! Poor clinical judgement of triage nurses. Don’t come here unless you want to be here for so long you want to call an ambulance to take you to another hospital’s ER.Jeffrey Smith⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedEveryone was doing the best they could with what they had to work withAnthony Rivera⭐️⭐️Horrible security control, lots of drug activity, trash everywhere couldn’t even go to the bathroom without somone asking me for money! Rude employees as well as hospital security! I was questioned several times on what my purpose was and reason for my being there!! Meanwhile people were falling asleep in the hallways! Very uncomfortable and upsetting however the OB/GYN section of the building was pleasantKIMBERLY HOLMESI sat in the emergency room for 6 hours without seeing a doctor. Instead I was shuffled between 3 different waiting rooms, had my blood pressure and pulse ox taken twice, just to be sat in a room wearing a drape for an hour and a half. The only reason why someone came to see me was because I pushed the call button. I would never go to this emergency room again!Bruna CanutoOne of the worst experiences I’ve had at this hospital. I was taken in for an ovarian cyst since 9:45am I didn’t get released until 11:40pm. They don’t have enough rooms for patients, most patients like myself were placed by the hallways of the hospital all day, even tho there were rooms that became available. The nurses there and employees were very rude, you would call them and they would give you an attitude and tell you to hold on. They wouldn’t even come see you after you’ve waited for them. They are very neglective of their patients. They don’t keep up on the patients treatments. You, the patient have to remind them that you are still waiting for a treatment to be done, even then it takes them hours and hours to go get you. I believe a much proper training should be done with the staffs. I’ve wasted an entire day there and I am still in pain. For sure this was the last time this hospital has seen me as a patient. Just hope they will take my experience into consideration so it stops happening for the future patients.A RodHorible experience in the Emergency Room – Registration staff has poor customer service. She was very rude to me. I ended up leaving to another Hospital! Customer service is everything!Chris Lux⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedExcellent staff clean grounds.
