Vicki C.This was by far the worst ER experience I’ve ever had. As a person with life long asthma the mother if 2 grown children and 1 teenager, needless to say I’ve seen my share of ER rooms and staff. At Battle Creek Bronson I was treated with disdain and like I was a “problem” when I spoke to the desk attendant about my pain. Her tone was nasty and stand offish. I was placed in a psych ward room because they had no other rooms available. It took a long time to be seen and they never did find out what was wrong with me. On the plus side the ultrasound person did stay late to help out with the work load.Hanna George⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI was pleasantly surprised that this is a really nice emergency center. There is even a kid’s section in the waiting area with bubbles, kid’s table, and coloring books that really helped my son stay calm and occupied. We were seen in about 15 minutes. The nurses and doctor were great. I really loved that they even have a child life specialist! She brought in a book, a toy, and used videos on her iPad to help keep his mind off of what the nurses and doctor were doing. Everything was explained to me and my medical questions were answered. They used the least painful and least invasive way to help my son which I really appreciate.Dylan Sullivan⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedGreat ER! We’ve been there twice now, once when my wife who was 14 weeks pregnant at the time was having some abdominal pain and they checked the babies heartbeat which gave us peace of mind and they caught an infection when our normal doctor didn’t. Second time our 2 year old had been throwing up all day, so we brought him, not only did the figure out he had food poisoning but they treated it, he didn’t puke anymore after that. They were so good to him, they brought him toys, and checked on us regularly and monitored him very well until we went home. They even had a specialist who made sure children feel comfortable and aren’t scared. We’ve never had to wait more then 10-15 minutes in the waiting room.Amber WestenRude staff. Was told I’d be discharged and had to wait…after an hour I asked the other nurse who took my blood pressure about when I could leave. He had a poor cocky attitude with me. Poor communication skills.Jacqueline Metheny⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedWent to the ER here after being recommended to by urgent care. The staff were well mannered and thourough with their questions. The PA was very down to earth and straight forward when explaining things. It took a while to get everything done but they were also quite busy and were very attentive when i asked questions and made sure to check in.Jessica Kirtley⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedGreat staff. Super friendly and professional, willing to engage in conversation and makes sure you’re comfortable. Fast service. I was in and out in an hour and that included xrays. I have NEVER had a good experience with an ER in my life but I did here. Wonderful people!Diane Peterson⭐️⭐️I went there in July 2017, after being assaulted 2 days earlier. Because it was 2 days later, I was treated like a drug seeker by the nurse I had. You could see the bruises and lumps on my forehead from the cans of food I was hit with, but she still made me feel very uncomfortable! I was there about 3 hours and left feeling the same as when I walked in there! I, like so many people in Battle Creek, wish we had more than one hospital, like we used to!Regor Brentek⭐️⭐️be ready to wait. i try to avoid the ER if i can but if i have to go its usually pretty bad. every time ive ever gone it took insane amounts of time. i dont think ive spent less than 6 hours for an er visit here. they also treat everyone who comes in like a drug addict. not me personally but ive seen them do it and had friends who have had this issue.scott. walkupTerrible emergency room. I’m still waiting 3 1/2 hours after arrival. Lady at desk is very rude. Lots of people have walked out in the last few hours. Go anywhere else but here.Courtney EdwardsThe worst place I have ever been. Always have at least an hour wait the staff is very lazy and disrespectful. I even called up there to ask about my sons thumb, because he sucks on it so much his teeth gave him a calus on his thumb and looks infected, they told me they cant give any kind if medical advice out and couldn’t even speak with a nurse just told me to take him up there, I am not going to bring my 1 year old baby out in the cold and sot there for 3 hours if it’s nothing. The least they could have done was tell me if I should peel it off and put a bandaid on there or to come in for antibiotics for him..worst place ever would recommend going to Marshall hospital!Johnny numonicIf you’re not dying go anywhere else they’re notorious for sending people who need to be admitted away with prescriptions happen to me twice with an infection in my leg.Marino Flores JrOver an Hour wait in the lobby. Then took in and placed in a hallway for 1 hour plus…After a Minimum question by the Nursing Staff to sit Longer to See PA still No relieaf….I have Long Term Back Problems .But here lets sit at a Pain Level of 10 for a Couple Hours..I thought when Bronson bought this Hospital it would Get Better. What a Joke…..Carol Mcleod⭐️⭐️⭐️Slow service, 2-3hr wait minimum, sometimes longer (walk in) to see doctor
