Lad Neal⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedWonderful staff, very helpful, very quick, everyone seemed to enjoy their work. I was very fond of Nurse Tami, she had very good bedside manner and made my day… Please thank Nurse Tami I truly enjoyed meeting herAlexa SundquistWish I could remember my nurses name to add here, she was one of the worst I have ever had. Most of the nurse staff were LOUDLY joking and laughing at 2am (really the whole 5 1/2 hours I was there), 9pm is their quiet time. My stool sample was left sitting on the counter for hours before being sent to the lab. Trash left on counters, she would sift through empty bags to locate what she was looking for. Many other things as well, all around a bad experience. I would never willingly go back here again.Michael Lee⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThis is the best emergency room! From the minute you walk in the door to the minute you leave the staff were all very kind and concerned! You don’t feel like your “just a number” even through it was very crowded upon arrival. Even while you are waiting in the waiting room you are well cared for. They made sure to keep in great communication our loved ones waiting too. The hospital was very efficient and compassionate; compared the other hospital emergency room experiences.Susan Carpenter⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedLittle wait. Compassionate care. Our doctor listened and asked questions to fully understand our concerns. Nurse who finished off was terrific and prepared us fully to deal with incision.Thibaud LUCASIf you are not about to die, they will make you wait 10h, put you in a room and then send you home telling you to follow up as an outpatient.Known BLade⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedIdk why this hospital has a 2.7 rating but it gets a 5.0 from me. The ER pediatric staff has been amazing after having to come with my daughter 4 times. My daughter was admitted on the 4th day and staff in the 7th floor is also amazing. The doctors and nurses in this hospital are highly knowledgeable and compassionate. The place is really clean and updated compared to other hospitals. I am highly satisfied and would recommend the hospital to my own family nevermind strangers.Mrs. Betty Quero⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedVery professional, caring, compassionate, efficient personnel. Blessed to have Dr. Jason Mansour treating me. Not only did the doctor listen to me, he was concerned and did everything to get to the bottom of what was ailing me. He explained everything, including results. Everyone from the front desk check in, the nurses and doctors in triage to the staff in the ER, CT, Ultrasound and transport; they are all fabulous. Had to leave Memorial General – ER due to the upmost level of rudeness and lack of professionalism. Glad my husband brought me here.Joseph Piccolo⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI know BG gets a bad rap. This is my first time being a patient. Dr. Ferenc had amazing bedside manner and Michael the ER nurse was very attentive. We even received a little bag with items that will come in very handy for our stay here. Everyone has been super pleasant and am glad I chose BG to handle the emergency.Christian RobertsStay away from the pediatric ER!!! Went there tonight with my special needs child (CP) who was having bloody stools which we took a sample of. We were triaged quickly and then sat in a room for 3 hours without seeing a single person. No nurse came to check on how she was doing, no doctor to be found and i mean this literally to the word. I continuously asked about the nurses when my daughter would be seen and was told that she is next. I asked about the stool sample and if it would be ok just the way we brought it in and was told it would be fine which ended up being wrong. After 2 1/2 hours i had enough and told them that we were leaving and we were reassured that we would definitely be next. At the 3 hour mark i enquired again and another nurse came and said that the doctor was discharging 2 patients and then would be with us. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! PLAIN AND SIMPLE THIS IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!! The ER had a total of 6 patients when we arrived! I have been to many ERs with both of my children over the years and have never experienced anything even remotely similar to this. PLEASE TAKE THIS REVIEW AND THE OTHERS SIMILAR TO IT SERIOUSLY (THERE ARE MANY). I am a very calm and patient person and this was probably the most inhumane treatment that I’ve come across in my life. God Bless you all who are reading this as you are probably experiencing a difficult time right now, especially if you’re sitting there waiting like I was. Advice, count the time spent there as time wasted and go to any other ER nearby! Forgot to mention, floors are dirty, bathrooms are disgusting (kids potty overflowing with stool), non working machines in rooms filled with garbage. I have pics of all this too but can’t figure out how to post.abid khanI’ve been sitting all most 45 min. No call yet, even the floors are dirty. Ask them what took so long said we are trying.i don’t want to come aging to this so called emergency service.eleanor davisArrived at 4:30 am. Took my husband in. Emergency room dirty, dirty, dirty staff in ER don’t help you. We the oñ one’s there. It still took 10 minutes before someone came to take his pressure. Waiting room smells of urine. Cleaning lady & knight guard on computer. The floor tiles was so dirty look like it haven’t been clean in a few day. The took us in the back. room 26 floor looks the same as ER floor. There was someone else blood value laying on bed board.i took a few pictures.IamAlecyaNot a place for emergencies involving pain. I sat 8 1/2 hours and received no real pain medicine not even in prescription. Just got antacids that didn’t do a damn thing. I’m still in pain. I recommend any Memorial Regional Hospital over them. I don’t know how I’m going to get through the night. I can’t eat without crying about it. Stay away if you are in pain, I’m warning you.James Carew⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI give 5 stars because I respect people who give their lives for the care of others. However, I had to bring my girlfriend in to the ER after an accident that involved a cut along her ear and nerve damage in her face. The nerve damage made the right side of her face sink as if she was having a stroke. This went completely unacknowledged even though we insisted on the seriousness. We were eventually put in a hallway in the ER. After 5 hours of waiting the nights shift crew came on. They immediately noticed random people in the hallway unattended. we were “transferred” to a nurse once the shift started(5 hours later). We were approached by a doctor whom I believed was named Mark. He was a bald gentleman who helped as fast as he could. Once he glued my girlfriends ear he was completely unaware of her facial injuries. I holeheartedly believe this was due to the day shift not having sufficient concern for my girlfriends well-being. With all due respect to hospital employees it was a very slow day and the service was unacceptable. My girlfriend will most likely fully recover.Radu Marinescu⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedGood place to take care of your health condition..Shanise VilsaintWorst service, never come here at all,. Wait time is 3hrs or more. The emergency room is crazy. Today there are 50 people in the waiting room some was here from 12pm no more room they all worry about Trauma and not bring that person in the hospital but letting them stay in er while people are waiting pass 3-8 hours to do test or be seen. I repeat do not come here. Knowing this is a big medical place have more employees on there busy night which is Monday and Tuesday… this not acceptable. They making ambulances patients go before people who been eating 3-9 hrs.Martine DesmarattesThis is the worst ER I have been too. I don’t know why they are calling it ER, no one seems to care, everytime they called you for tests sent you back to waiting room. Please if you’re in pain don’t come to this hospital.Lena McDole⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedCame here to deliver my daughter. I love the staff. Everyone is so kind and the rooms are amazing for recoveryDaniel SaffaeiWould not recommend, waited four hours asked how much longer it would take and was told they can’t tell me that because it would be false information. Asked how many people in front of us, couldn’t be told that. Asked for an estimate told to go back to my seat. Seems more like a business than a hospital, as soon as we gave up and went to walk out a room “suddenly” opened up. People that walked in after us were treated before. Go to an urgent care if you actually need help.Rick Yasko⭐️⭐️Inconsistent care. Poor staff training. I have had too many negative experiences here to trust this hospital, especially the ER.Elijah Mohammed⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedIts nice thry give you the best quality foods and awesome severice and also long waits lol MOHAMMAD KABIR⭐️⭐️Average service, nothing exceptional.
