Melo J⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedNurse manager Kelly Monroe endows all of the great qualities of Candler Hospital. She treated my family and I from a car accident in the Emergency Room. Ms. Kelly Monroe was so compassionate, kindhearted and professional. She was so patient and caring in treating my family, which included a three month old. She went out of her way to make sure we were as comfortable as possible. Ms. Kelly, we will never be able to thank you enough for the care you provided to us. Thank you so much and God Bless.Steve Pound⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedMy father arrived by ambulance. Was taken in and assessed immediately. We received great care from the staff and Dr. Rowlett. All this stuff is very friendly and they answer all the questions that you may have. I have started to come here and stop going to memorialFrancesca MarieLiterally the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hospital. Came in with intense chest pains, they ran an EKG and then told me to go back to the lobby where I waited for 3+ hours to see a doctor. They kept telling me that there were only 2 people in front of me and my chest pains grew more and more intense. Also super rude and unfriendly nurses. When they finally did find a bed to put me in, it had URINE IN IT! ACTUAL HUMAN URINE! I told the nurse I refused to sit in the bed because of the urine and she took off the sheet but NEVER WIPED THE BED OFF or gave me a new sheet. When I asked her 2 hours later if she could clean the bed off she told me she would and then never returned. I slept in a chair for 4 hours next to the stench of a urine covered hospital bed while I waited for them to finally discharge me.Jerry BryndalWaiting over 5 hours to have open surgical wound looked at. Deplorable. No real concern shown by staff!Paul TeranMore than 2 hours just for a prescriptionJacob Knight⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedAbsolutely Phenomenal Hospital, Their Emergency Department Are Quick & Decisive. And Definitely Make You Feel At Home! Thank You To The Whole Staff!!Elysia Bell⭐️⭐️⭐️There weren’t many people there. We were checked in pretty quickly and the staff was nice. They did everything I expected as far as tests. The triage rooms were pretty dirty. Stains dripping down the walls and when my 2 year old stood at the head of the bed after we had to take his shoes off due to puking on them, I noticed a bloody sponge device by his feet. Thank God he didn’t touch it. They definitely need to work on sanitation practices.Adrian Collins⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedGreat hospital, my three year old went in for a out patient surgery. From the time they did the pre-op, admissions at 5:30 am until recovery, the whole staff did a great job. They put my mind to ease, very friendly and are there to answer any questions. I highly recommend this hospital to others, we are from out of town and they treated us like family.Kristy Farrell⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER Recommendedso great, they were quick efficient and pleasantIAmOnl YHUMANI hate this hospital I wouldn’t recommend a lab rat to come here
