Children’s Healthcare Reviews

Muriel Missler⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedBest experience at an ER! They are organized, prompt, so very knowledgeable, and kind. From start to finish they are a smooth running machine. Children’s hospital ER is top notch. Security – they have a guard watching the entrance/exit and ensuring people’s safety. Intake – thorough straight forward in take were your child will give vitals. If your child has a fever they will quickly administer medicine. Wait area – Clean, open and comfortable. They have vending machines close by incase you are hungry. Wait times have always been short (10-20 min). Room – They have individual rooms for you and your family. They don’t have you sharing rooms, or on a gurney in the hallway. The rooms are equipped with a recliner, bed and television that has access to movies, tv and what not. It is the perfect distraction for your kiddos. Care – Nurses, Doctors, etc – all excellent. Great bedside manner. Really great at analyzing and making determinations. Great at working with your poor child to take care of them. Incredible communication. Great with working with you – the parent – to make sure the care that your child needs is received. Truly – so glad and so blessed that we live in the Denver Metro area to access some of the best care in the world.Asad Nabizadah Bad service waiting for almost 4 hours and they keep telling us there are two people ahead of you guys the nurses are mean and over worked we may wait for hours more before they can call us in avoid this place if you have another options.Saleha Abdulahad Bad experience to much wait stuff not kind.Qadeer Ahmad 4 to 5 hours waiting, I thought it said emergency.Kristi H Two hours to be seen when it’s EM I thought it should been seen right away but noElyse Whitt⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedWe were in this evening for a minor screw in the nose incident. The RN who took care of us was awesome with our toddler and wonderful with this freaked out Mom. The ER doc was great too, very friendly and understanding. Took the screw out of our son’s nose and he never cried!! I can’t say enough of how wonderful the staff was and how quick they were with everything. We were in and out in 40 Minutes!Anna N Going to this facility where ER pediatricians like Peter Richard Kazura are seing your kids is same as dying at home. Dr. Peter laughed at my suspicion that my kid had a pneumonia, did not do the chest X-Ray I asked for, “challenged my intellect”, as he described it, whether I understood how that illness was diagnosed. I took my kid for an X-Ray to a different lab the following day, the pneumonia was confirmed. I wish the doctors were better educated that not all the patients will have a typical clinical picture when they are already sick. And all it takes is an X-Ray and an antibiotic prescription. For the money I pay my insurance to pay this doctor’s salary and facility fees. Will patients’ rights be ever respected???? Even though in doctor’s terms we are lacking the intellect and are overly anxious. And I don’t agree that it is normal for a kid to drink bottles of fever-reducers and “run and play as hard as he wants”. The radiation dosage from an X-ray is obviously less harmful for kid’s health than 400 ml of ibuprophen daily for kid’s liver is. Stop ignoring parents’ concerns.Samantha Valles Awful ER Staff in front.Jessica Fahrenholtz⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedStaff was patient, kind, and friendly. My daughter was seen in a reasonable amount of time and they kept us informed.Stepan Zitnik I am very disappointed in this childrens emergency room. Front desk was nice. What upset me was that we did tell them what happened , and I believe it was an emergency, my baby was screaming at this point from I believe pain, and shock, and they just told us to wait. Waited over 2 hours to be even let in the room where we see the doctor. Well doctor didn’t show up for another 30 min, my baby is screaming, and they still let us wait.. emergency room and my baby boy was seen after 2 and half hours… so i will be charged for an emergency, but didnt get emergency care. Let me ask why? Why can’t hospital hire more staff so patients in emergency situations can be seen right away? I mean it is emergency room right?! Very disappointed.Nelson Espinoza⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedA very clean place sure good care and a first-class care
