ARLINE⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedMarvelous staff in late evening when I went for EKG, LAB WORK AND CHEST X-RAY WHICH WERE NOT AN EMERGENCY..NEEDED FOR IMMINENT MRI IN AM AND SURGERY IN FEW DAYS. THEY WERE SO WELCOMING IN TREATING ME AS AN OUT PATIENT QUICKLY AND HANDING ME THE REPORTS AND EKG STRIP WHICH THEIR CARDIOLOGIST WOULD DICTATE B FAX TO MY DR IN AM. Plus they fax all to my surgeon… Head Nurse Julie very efficient and comforting. Her staff were equally lovely. She guided them with poise that impressed me. I never told them I had a career for 40 yrs in medicine and know the difference between good and had care. Thank you ALL, I am prepared for MRI NOW, Lumpectomy AND RADIATION. Black Pat⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedWe love this facility. The staff is professional, yet personable. The hospital is clean and the waiting room is comfortable. The wait time was reasonable, despite having to wait for blood test results. Dr. Barnes, Nurse Jeremy, and Ms. Benita are rock stars!! I recommend this hospital to anyone looking for professional, efficient, and great medical care.Thomas Parmelee⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThis clinic offers a wide array of medical emergency services, including CT Scans. In fact, I was sent here by another emergency clinic to assess my head injury because they lacked the necessary imaging equipment. I was treated very well here by the doctor, assistants, and front office staff. This is a more complete emergency clinic than others in the area.Paprika R⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedSecond time coming here with my Dad in the dead of night. Sweet staff that know their jobs well. They actually give you information on what they’re doing. Clean and a heart to take care of people.Chelsea Ali⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThe staff was absolutely lovely and made me feel safe. They didnt make me feel in anyway just another walk-in but took my discomfort and pain very seriously and gave me great care and empathy. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone who needs great nurses, staff, and doctors.Jenna Nicolaison⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI went here as I ran out of my medication and was becoming very sick. I came in crying and the nurses and doctors saw me literally the second I got in. The doctor, I forget her name was so, so kind. The nurses let me vent to them and helped me as much as they could as I awaited to be transferred to the other West Boca hospital. I really want to credit them for not judging me and just being supportive. It made me feel seen and just a human who was clearly struggling. Not a lot of hospitals give you that. Thank you guys.Osiris Garassino⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedVery professional, thorough, friendly – great quality of care! Went in at 11:00PM – the night staff were truly awesome!Patricia OBrien⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedHad a very good experience. Took a family member who hates hospitals, but the staff there made them feel safe and calm. The doctor, nurses, paramedics, security, registration, respiratory therapist and radiology staff were all very friendly and professional. They all showed compassion and remained calm while attending to my family member. Best place to go get care. Very clean.B MooreBeen here an hour already waiting to see a doctor. Asked if I could leave and come back another time and they said sure, but I’m still going to get charged for today. Ridiculous. So far they’ve taken my temperature and blood pressure. I have to pay $300 for that? I guess I’m stuck waiting on Dr Slow.Glenn Schwartz⭐️⭐️Only in absolute emergency and even then to a real hospital. My wife went in feeling dizzy and they took blood tests gave iv fluids and $4000 and a year later we are still paying it off. I’ll stick with MD Now for anything non life threatening.Melany Adams-Pagan⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI had an excellent experience at this facility. The staff was kind and caring. The physician took his time to explain the test results. The facility was clean, neat and modern. Highly recommend!Vanessa AndradeI came here because of sinus infection complications, I had a temperature over 100 that kept increasing as well as a resting heart rate of 180bpm. To make a long story short, I was told I “just have a viral infection” yet the doctor/nurses gave me IV antibiotics…antibiotics do not cure a viral infection. When I was handed my blood result paper work, it said on the very front page that moraxella catarrhalis, which is a strain of bacteria, was found during my blood culture. So, why did a literal doctor tell me that I have a viral infection when my paper clearly said bacteria was found? After all of that, I was never even prescribed an extra course of antibiotics and the infection came back worse a few days later. The doctor/nurse wrote me a prescription for a cough suppressant even though this infection did not make me cough…at all. It just seems like they don’t know what they’re doing here. -To add, I also had health insurance during the time of this visit yet I received a $3,000 bill for a blood test, IV antibiotics and IV fluids. Nice.Kencia PaskoThis place is so horrible! My god!Darzolo Daimaou⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedOk so I dont go to hospitals often unless I feel I’m literally possibly dying. I was having all over abdominal pains, back pains, nausea, and weird vomiting. My husband convinced me to go to the ER. Of course worrying about the money I hesitated, since ive also missed quite a few days of work dealing with this, I checked ratings of multiple places. This was the first one I checked (the colour lights got me lol)but the ratings worried me. After a few places I gave up. My husband chose one and just took me and it was this one he chose. I’m actually very glad he did. I actually had to go twice. The reception was super nice both times. The first was a man (I’m sorry I forgot his name) but he was a paramedic (and loved Harry Potter which helped lol) he did amazing in making the blood work as painless as possible and insurting a tube iv and all while holding conversation. The second was a really sweet lady I forgot her name as well sadly 🙁 (No iv needed the second night) Gabriella was friggin awesome and so sweet. She talked about alot of things to make sure I was ok and calm. I wasnt able to do a urine sample and I felt so bad but she had no problem in letting me know it was completely ok and that we could try again in a bit. She made sure I was comfortable and both her and Dr Steve catered to my phobias as well. Even on the second night I came in, she had no issue with me taking my time. Shes amazing! I also had a CT scan on the first night as well I also missed this nice tech nurses’ name. She was great in giving instructions for doing the CT scan and made sure, even while laying on the stiff board of a scan bed, that I was comfortable. She gave me descriptions on what the contrast iv would feel like and what type of side effects (super weird ones which I had one x.x lol) and she assured me everything was ok and that I doing my part well. For both nights there was the registration people. (not sure what it was called but they handled payments) the first was a guy who was super helpful and really nice he explained the payment options and helped explain that there are payment plans, even on co pay. seond night was Julia/Julie? Super polite and sweet. Dr.Steve Paredes was really nice. Like honestly like a 10 out of like a 5 no joke though. As soon as I came in on the first night his first main question was my pain level with 10 being eaten by a dinosaur. Yes thank you this is my level of silly lol. After I gave him all my concerns and phobias he made sure to get everything taken care of as much as possible. The whole night, (First night, I went in at 1am got out at 5am. Second night was 4:40am and out by 5:30am. There were procedure time estimate charts in each room as well to give you an idea of how long each might take) on the first night I apologized often, between not being able to give the urine sample right away, to crying from the pain and even apologizing if i thought I forgot something or already mayve said it and was just repeating it again. Dr Steve assured me that you don’t need to apologize for anything because your pain is valid, your worry is valid, and that even if there was nothing found its better to still be checked than to have something there, not check and end up worse. And honestly at no time should you ever feel brushed off by any doctor for anything you feel because you’re not a waste of time on your part or theirs and they’re there to make sure you’re safe. At any time you feel like your Dr isn’t taking you seriously, you have to say something to them or really find someone who’ll listen. The second night I was here I started apologizing again and Dr Steve kept reminding me I was doing it again lol this place is honestly the best .Js. (This has been a pain ive had since Sunday and ive seen my primary, I’m going to see a GI as well. I was given much better medicine for the pain than the previous I was on that didn’t work.) Ps. Literally everyone here used gloves so I’m not quite sure what these other reviews were talking about (Pps. Not sorry for long post either lol )adam rugeBe careful going here. The doctor charges are outrageous. I had to get a catheter, was told I was cleared to Leave. Catheter was blocked and returned one hour later. Physician charges only were $1,311.00 for the first visit and $1957.00 for the second visit. These charges were on top of the hospital charges.Nette Fergie⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedLove this place always get me and my family every time we come here in and out , been going here for two years now and every time the service is quick and greatIvica KlanacMy wife had a pain in her stomach so she went here to check. They ended up saying it is nothing really and didn’t gave her any medication. She stayed there for 2-3 hours and we ended up with bill of 8000+ for X-ray and miscellaneous…. if you want to feel sick afterwards, I highly recommend this institution. P.S. They even told her that they won’t make X-ray because there is nothing wrong with checks, it seems that bill would be to low if they haven’t done X-ray, so they just went with it. STAY AWAY.CamDO NOT GO HERE, charged my girlfriend over $4,000 for a UTI and to prescribe antibiotics, with a visit that took less than half an hour. This place is a scam I dont know how this is legal.Annie Miller⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedBest ER of all time!!! Super fast very clean and great doctors!!! HIGHLY recommended!!!!Bob ClarkDidn’t have any test done and owe 1000 just for being in the doctors presence!! The biggest scam!!!Fabian Londono⭐️⭐️My father had a urinary track infection. Our experience was not bad they acted very fast, the front desk guy was ok, not friendly but he did his job, he was place in one of the rooms very quickly. The doctor was pleasant she took her time to talk to us and explained the situation, however the nurse angelica was very rude, she did not introduced herself, we didn’t even know who she was, also did not even said hello, she walked in and out the room ignoring us. Did not washed her hands or wore gloves while handling intravenous lines. Overall the we loved the Doctor.Sebastian Laurido riosTook my son for a flu. Longest wait ever. They had only one doctor on staff and a lot of patients. Not happy at all.97souljaboy⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThis place is great. My friend split his lip and had to get stitches. We were out in less than a hour with prescribed Medicine. Staff was very courteousLeonard J. Walker⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedMy experience was very positive! My son had a high fever, and I chose this clinic for several reasons: 1) They were close to my home, 2) They accepted my insurance, and 3) They did not have a waiting period. Following my visit, I liked this clinic for several more reasons: 1) The staff was very thorough, 2) The staff used understandable English, and 3) The staff asked and answered questions to my satisfaction. I left with confidence that I understood what was wrong and how it would be resolved. I would recommend this clinic to anyone in the local area!Sabrina Dennis⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThis is by far the best emergency hospital I have been to. The facility is clean and comfortable. The doctors and nurses are so friendly and listen to all your concerns. They truly care and on top of it they get you in and out quickly. Definitely recommend this place.BILL RHEINGOLD⭐️⭐️Received poor nursing care. Administered a severe hematoma creating enormous swelling in my arm. Hospital had me return and ER nurse came out to patient waiting room with primitive curative. Upon ER admittance, I specifically requested treatment from member professionals at my health plan. After reassurement, received billing of $558. Not including billing from Drs on call. I have refused payment and will litigate if necessary. Patient advocate has received detailed memo and photos of my damaged arm.marla comoraAVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! The Radiologist misread my scan at the walk-in ER which led to multiple unnecessary testing at West Boca Medical Center. The doctor at the hospital looked at my original scan, and said aloud “There’s nothing abnormal on this scan. Many of the radiologists like to “overread” them.” I was discharged from the hospital the next day with no diagnosis, and a $13,000 bill for THEIR mistake. They’ll drain your wallet and send you on your way. $2,000 for the ER visit of 4 hours. $4,600 for a cat scan of my abdomen and pelvic area. (This was 3X the average cost compared to other places. I looked up the medical billing codes and all of West Boca’s prices are inflated.) $1,900 for the hospital room overnight $400 total for my daily medication, which I already had in my purse and they wouldn’t allow me to take it. + Multiple tests that were completely unnecessary I put trust in their doctor, and they made a mistake that I’M PAYING FOR. It’s completely ridiculous. They need to take a portion of the responsibility for misdiagnosing me when there was nothing wrong with me in the first place. They took advantage of me, and it makes me never want to visit a hospital again due to inflated costs and negligence.Michael Owens⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedEveryone here during my visit was super nice and in my opinion had a textbook attitude regarding beside manner coming from some one who has been in a medical field.Cimone Campbell⭐️⭐️I’m giving it 2 Because I had no wait 5 mins and one for the follow up call after my visit. The poor rating is due to improper diagnosis. I explained I used a qtip on vacation and my ears feel clogged I cannot hear for weeks. They saw infection but did not go to the source of the problem. Wax! Two weeks later another hospital visit and an urgent care visit and two sets of antibiotics the problem still not resolved. I went to Broward Emergency in Coral Springs. The doctor and Nurse saw it was the wax. They took warm peroxide and suctioned it out. I’m not sure if this Creek hospital was not familiar or just didn’t want to do it. But I couldn’t hear for weeks! Glad I finally got help. It cost me $95 ear drops which I didn’t need.Ernie Kuhn⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Great healthcare facility! My daughter just had her baby here super nice staff! Very caring people.Stuart RobertsBeware, this is not a walk in clinic! I walked in to the facility because I needed stiches on my arm and they took care of that quickly (about 15 minutes). I paid $700 cash for the visit, but was told the doctor bill will be sent separately. She couldn’t or wouldn’t tell me what the charge would be (the doctor, who was sitting nearby, ignored this conversation). The bill showed up about two weeks later and was over $1700 additional. I was never able to talk to anyone about the bill. So, that came to $400 per stitch, or $160 per minute!Rachelle Seglin⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThe people are great. There so nice and realy care about you and your children. Im so happy they opened so much easier and faster better then going to the ER . love Michelle mcQueenTerrible! Got right back saw nurse. DR came in 45 minutes later. Said he was writing prescription. An hour later I asked nurse for it, said she would ask him, 1/2 hour later still waiting. Blood pressure was high on arrival and no recheck from anyone. Only one to check on me since DR is registration girl who asked for money. They do expect to be paid before service is rendered. Not so quick to get you what you need. Definitely wouldn’t have paid when I did had I known I would still be waiting for prescription and DC paperwork.della parker⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER Recommendedthis was my 1st visit. Everything went good. from the start to finish. i would recommend this clinic.Ebony LaVette⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedLove the friendly staff, wait times are bearable and they always provide excellent care! This is my go to spot for care when I don’t want the hustle and bustle of a fast paced hospital!Joe ChiarellaWent with my GF to get cray of broken foot. Took hours even though nobody here. Do not go here if you want to be seen in reasonable amount of time!Godless⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️The incompetence of the phlebotomist was stagger but the short waiting time for the emergency room service was impressive.Tiffini Schurz⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedFrom the front desk to the nurse and doctor were all absolutely amazing. I have alot of health issues and have had a many bad experiences with hospitals but this one was caring and actually took the time to listen and called me next day just to check on me. I will recommend them to anyone I know that needs to go to er ! Finally a hospital in broward that caresErick Rivera⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedAwesome staff!Gio Zarate⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI had a great experience with West Boca Medical center!!!!Anthony MacchioneHidden costs all over the place. 450$ paid with visit and you think you’re done for 5 stitches. Nope another 250$ bill to them and 2000$ doctors bill shortly after. Avoid this and go down the street to Northwest medical
