Sam Hembree⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedRated #1 Hospital in LA. This place was packed. Like other reviews, many patients were waiting over 2 hours to get treatment, based on severity of their condition. The staff were very friendly and checked me in. Then shortly after saw a nurse in the waiting room to see what I needed. I had a bad cut that needed stitches. Everyone was very professional and did a great job. But they just have a very busy location. (Cedars Sinai nearby is ranked #2 in LA).tommy damascusHours and hours of waiting!! Terrible customer service. Miserable employees.hayaThis is not hospital or emergency. Everyone was unfriendly and not care about the patients and get mad when I asked. Unfortunately they keep the patient like a prisoner and leave them 6 hour wait for the doctor. Also the patient wait for disgorged outside alone with the wheel chair no one helps the patient to take him to the car. They just play with the patient emotion and give bad feelings. They give very bad experience. I hope someone can do something.bad bad bad experience. Hope from God close this hospital soon. They just need money without help the patient even the patient pay $1250. DO NOT GO TO THIS EMERGENCY, YOU WILL DIE FOR SURE. Yesterday my mom had pain in her eye and after visit this bad emergency my mom get more sick.213MzSANCHEZ :.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedTHE 5* ARE FOR JESSIE HE’S A VOLUNTEER HERE. He was so nice and asked if we needed blanket and even brought some socks because it was freezing in here! Other than that we are still waiting to be called innHector JuarezUCLA has taken more than 3hours to take my gf having problems with her pregnancy and possibly having a miscarriage bad hospital to come tooB6 hour wait. at midnight on a monday. empty waiting room. do they have 2 rooms in the whole hospital? avoid. this. place.Lorena RuditisAvoid this ER at all cost if you can! I had to wait 2 hours just to see a nurse. After she finally came in she swore someone would be right in. Fast forward another hour. The doctor finally comes in. After talking to me they swear all sorts of test will be done to figure out what’s wrong. They draw a vile of blood and I don’t see anyone again for about 30 minutes. Someone I hadn’t seen comes in and tells me I’ll have to go back out and wait in a hallway. I was confused as I could barely even walk. I sat in this hallway for 2 hours before I even saw my nurse again and this only because I sent my husband to go get her. She comes back with claims that they had been trying to get a hold of my doctor and that he wouldn’t respond. So I figured I would give him another 10 minutes before I called him myself since he is never hard to reach. I finally, very fed up decided to call his office myself I tell them what’s going on and 5 minutes later I’m talking to him myself. He tells me that he never once got a call from any hospital about me and that the ER on their online portal was claiming all my symptoms were because my medications weren’t working which wasn’t at all the case. So after disccusing everything with him I ask my husband to get the nurse again. She comes back before I am even done talking to him so I say goodbye and hang up. I couldn’t believe that she comes up to me and says that they had paged my doctor 2 more times and he wouldn’t call back. I was literally on the phone with him!!!! When I told her this shocked she asked what he had told me. I demanded to be discharged and will never be returning to this ER again. Honestly the horrible service and the lack of people skills these so called doctors and nurses have is ridiculous. I thought Saint Jude was terrible oh no this hell hole takes the cake.John Diamond⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedPhenomenal !! BEST in the WORLD!! Saved my life from GBM Brain Tumor/CancerPete Helling⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedBest emergency department in the city. Say all you want about Cedars, which is great and has great docs (Scott Braunstein, Sam Torbati, Brian Jeffords Rachel Pearl etc) and great Hospital the culture at UCLA is friendlier , more compassionate, operates with a higher index of suspicion, and is an entirely different experience. Only place I want to be taken is Ronald Reagan UCLA. Always a good experience.A DI came to this UCLA emergency center because it’s the closest to me, but the service was terrible. The rooms are old, moldy, outdated, unclean, worn, no running water in the room, etc is this a third world facility? Also, they have you wait an average of 2 hours before you see someone, and most doctors, or better say medical interns, here are not interested in seeing you or helping you. They rush you to go, and some are not careful. Avoid this place if you can.Ana FBeing discriminated by your doctors in the emergency department. Your emergency room has been horrible tonight. The resident and doctor that has been seeing my 11 year old nephew seem like they dont want to take care of him or treat him because he his Kaiser insurance. Your resident even said we should just go to Kaiser, when I told her no he needs to be treated, we would pay out of pocket, she said well it could cost over 100k. I told her I know the law and my patient rights. Then I complained to billing who agreed with me and said she would let her boss know and that when the head doctor comes in i should let him know. The head doctor came in and i told him about the resident, his name is Dr.Grahm, he brushed it off like it no big deal and even had the nerve to say that a ct scan would not be a good idea, and an MRI would not happen because they dont have the capabilities in the emergency dept. As this point I was really feed up so I wanted to speak to the director of the emergency department. They called the charge nurse I advised her that I know the law and that I also work for the media and would hate to open up a lawsuit and get the media involved. She was nice enough to listen and agreed with me. Come on UCLA Ronald Reagan get your act together I have never had an issue with the hospital or staff and have always came here because I thought they were the best. I even have my mom come here for her cancer treatment. I am extremely disappointed with the emergency dept , the doctors, and the staff. I have never been treated like this in my life. My nephew is only 11 years old and they need to take care of him. I may just change all my doctors from here and never come back. I may also seek legal action If they continue to treat us this way and not take care of my nephew. UCLA RONALD REAGAN EMGERGENCY DEPARTMENT GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER IF ANYTHING HAPPENS TO MY NEPHEW I WILL NOT STOP TAKING THIS AS FAR AS I CAN. I KNOW THE LAW AND MY RIGHT!Steven Baldwin⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThe staff here is exceptional. I actually delayed coming in because of how dreadful the ER can be, but honestly I wish I had come sooner because I really turned a corner under their care. Everyone is cooperative and at least enthusiastic enough to get you what you need quickly and make the experience as comforting and seamless as possible. We understand it’s a high stress and sometimes joyless place to work but damn do these people do a good job pushing through it! Doctors and nurses answered questions in an easy to understand manner and actively listened to every one of my concerns. I especially want to thank Dr. Bailey. You’re positive attitude and calm presence really eased my anxiety in the middle of an extremely uncomfortable illness. Thank you all!Tomas PeireLong wait, porr attention, lack of explanations to the patient, and inapropriate procedure over a non sterilized surface. Not an option next time.Ali Mahmoudi⭐️⭐️Six hours for result of ct scan and still waiting.Hassan MasoomiThis is called emergency room and we waited about 2 hours to see the doctor while there was not many patients there.Avertid VisionsHorrible service. TeodrosThe evaluation and treatment was terribleMarke Pulido⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThe best in the west.JOSE LUIS ZAVALAJust heard a conversation between the trauma nurse and another RN saying that one of the patients is just here for pain medication that they will leave him at the ER I don’t think its so profecional of them to do this only a DR can diagnose something like this and if something happens to the patient Is very bad practice >:(
