Samantha Brady-Aguilar⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedToday I was seen around 10 am. The staff was completely amazing from start to finish. Very kind and compassionate. They even have a very simple registration process that uses a tablet and you communicate with the clerk via video call. Talk about high tech. Getting back to the Doctor Mesri; she did not hesitate to make a great assessment and diagnosis. She was so understanding and compassionate. Nurse Joan and the rest of the was amazing. Thank you for helping me with the immense pain I was in. You all were wonderful and efficient. Best ER in town.R Mc⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER Recommendedour family has been here twice over the past year. wonderful staff, quick attention, clear directions. highly recommend.Alex Nunez⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I’m always in and out of this place within an hour to an hour and a half. That’s the quickest I’ve ever been out of an ER. The staff is always friendly and welcoming too. The only issue I’ve ran into with this place is one doctor prescribed me antibiotics that another doctor, a few days later at the same location, told me I should have never been prescribed that in the first place. Other than that, great location and I always rely on them when I need to go to an ER!Avalon Exchange⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI came here tonight with my toddler because he had a deep cut that I thought may require stitches. Each and every staff member was incredibly polite, considerate, experienced, and accommodating. We were taken care of quickly and they communicated well with us throughout our visit. Very friendly and professional atmosphere. Thank you everyone for helping us. I highly recommend this facility.Anna McIntoshI’m pleased to say that my first visit to this emergency room with Dr Knowles was very pleasant. I returned after a few days because I was still in pain and did not have such a pleasant experience.. Dr Shaw advised me to follow up with their Brandon Outreach Clinic and left the room with no examination of my injury, further direction, or willingness to assist. I walked out of the emergency room only to find that the clinic had closed half an hour prior and wouldn’t open again until 1pm the next day. To me it feels as though this is information she should have been aware of, especially if she’s referring patients out of the ER without even questioning the patients visit.SRB 2FL⭐️⭐️If you have no choice – go here but don’t expect much except the bare minimum. At the end of the day what plagues this place is a microcosm of the American Healthcare System. There’s better places in Tampa Bay Area to get proper care at reasonable prices with more qualified care. 1 – Billing Practices Shady they don’t notify you that you will be billed separately (one for facility and one for physician) think of it as being carjacked 2 – for the skill level and amount of work provided, prices are outrageous. Imagine doctor making unprofessional comments such as (we are a small place I’m not sure if we have all the supplies let me see what we have that can help you, this is not FDA approved for use in the mouth but we don’t have anything else so it should be fine) (Nurse doesn’t know how to operate their mobile screen that you get to talk to to provide your info) 3 – They are more concerned with getting your health insurance, address, etc then they are in providing you care (aka I could barely talk and they still trotted out the computer and kept asking me questions – they could have just taken a scan of my cards) lack of compassionK HaynesI was truly disappointed with the Doctor’s recommended “treatment” for a simple issue. He did nothing but prescribed me expensive medicine hat did nothing. I had to go another Urgent Care doctor who resolved my issue in 30 minutes. I would not suggest going to this ER 24/7 clinic. It was a complete waste of money.Mayleen Spncr GervaisFor a medical professional to come out to the patient waiting room and ask your 10 yr old daughter if shes ready to go to the back with them without any patient verification or anything like that. I specifically wrote down my daughter’s name on a piece of paper and hand it over to them and they still got it wrong, and comes out to ask her if she’s ready to go to the back with them, patient verification should be very fatal, . This was some Chinese or Japanese Registered nurse I cannot remember her name. This place sure is a medical practice professionals cuz they will professionally most definitely be PRACTICING on you. Go to the reall Emergency Rooms do not come to this oneDavid SotoWent there for Memorial Day Due to a choking situation. staff was inconsiderate of the situation and did not vocalize the things that need to get done in order to make sure that we were doing OK and then treated us like the issues were insignificant. we ended up walking out poor compassion and understanding. Also security that was working thought they were gangsters instead of security officers. If you have a true Emergency this would be the last place to go too.Hernan MaldonadoSCAM WARNING: AWFUL service!!! BEWARE, avoid at all cost. These people are exploiting the consumers and the medical system. Be aware folks, this ER is a price jacking scam. Went for a broken ankle left us waiting for three hours never offered any care. Took three Xrays and billed us $$$$8000. That is right folks: $$$$8000 for three xrays and that is exactly what the bill says. This shouldn’t have been more than $1000. We ended up leaving because they never gave us any treatment, ended up at St. Josephs which is categorized as expensive locally. St. Josephs took more Xrays than them, casted the leg and gave us crutches for less than $5000 and all this within 2 hours. Called them back after receiving their bill and confronted them with the bill comparison to show that they are thieves. They gave us the run around and stuck with their SCAM pricing. Luckily we went to the NEWS and they are running a special on these price jacking company. Next stops are the better business bureau, Medicare and Medicaid as they are surely price jacking them as well. Which means they are taking your taxes and mine… Scams like this are what makes healthcare so expensive in the USA. These folks are shameless bloodsucking beasts that steal your money away giving nothing in return.Yajaira Cid⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedGreat experience! Very friendly staff and Doctors!Diana MitwalliDr. Allen (main ER dr) was amazing! But we had a very bad experience! My son dislocated and broke his elbow this past weekend . Dr. Benjamin Lindbloom was the orthopedic physician on call. Dr. Allen expressed to him how uncomfortable she was performing the reduction. He was nasty on the phone with her, as she even expressed to her staff how rude he was. She attempted to do the reduction herself 2 times but was unsure whether it was successful. By then my son was in so much pain from all the movement and the constant x rays she had to do. The 3rd time, she had to put him under anesthesia and ketamine because the pain was so great. She was successful, however because Dr. Lazy didn’t want to leave his bed, my son was in agonizing pain for an additional 3 hours! Shame on him, he wants to get paid for being on call but doesn’t want to show up when needed. Horrible doctor. Stay away from him!!!No NameI would honestly have given this place negative stars if possible. The only reason the one star is selected is due to the fact that despite the doctors condescending and arrogant mannerisms, the nurses were SO kind and compassionate and even if they didn’t actually care because that’s their job, they still made me feel comfortable. MIND YOU, I came in with a folder of every printed out urgent care, free clinic, etc (which I mention now because I was also belittled for my “lack of being able to put things in chronological order” according to the doctor) that I had been to in the past month all referring me to an ER if symptoms were persistent or worsened. My blood pressure was over 145, certain cell counts abnormally high, pretty abnormal urine dip, etc. etc. (all signs of infection not just anxiety due to longevity…which I also only know because of patient portal nor because the doctor discussed my results with me). Yet when asked questions about how long I’d be feeling symptoms I would respond with things like “a few weeks” or “about a month ago” and when you become aggressive and almost patronizing pertaining to my answers IN NO WAY as a doctor should your responses include things like “um excuse me around here we use finite numbers” or “well I’ve actually had to cross out half of the stuff you’ve said because you’re all over the place ok”, when 30 min prior I had just had a panic attack that everyone there witnessed happening! I have honestly never left a review before like this but I’ve been vomiting on top of a number of other things for over a month now and even waited an extra week past other doctors advisory ON TOP OF the fact that I’m paying 300$+ Monday out of pocket for a specialist appt which they knew of and yet I’m still treated with absolutely no respect. Then because that spiked up my anxiety again I chose to leave to go somewhere else and as I’m leaving I hear the actual doctor gossiping to the staff about the situation. Completely unprofessional. I left with no answers, no solutions, and even more self doubt and anxiety regarding the entire situation which is now going to cost me even more. One last thing to keep in mind yes I am currently dealing with psychiatric assistance so this should not have been the sole focus regardless of anything else, it’s simply just your usual doctors power trip I presume. Please if you truly need peace of mind or actual care more so than a primary care or urgent care physicians, I suggest looking elsewhere.Angyl Moreau⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThis place was amazing. I have never had an ER experience this pleasant or quick. I was taken to a room right away, which was very important to me since it was my neck/shoulder/arm that were in horrible pain and sititng up caused it to hurt worse. The nurses came and took care of me, not making me sit up to get my vitals and were very kind and gentle. The Doc came in a little while later, checked me out, and got me what I needed to get on my way to feeling better. The checkout process was even done in the room. She came with a cart, filled out all of my information right there in the room on her computer, without me having to get up from the laying down position. Total time from check in to check out was MAYBE an hour. Everything is super clean, efficient and overall wonderful. I would highly recommend this ER for any emergency! Thanks so much to everyone there. I am feeling MUCH better!!QueenThe worst place I ever been to as far as health care. Came in with a lump on my temple he looks at it and says it fine. No scans no anything. Even though my blood pressure was 149/90. He straight walked off on me and Left as I was still talking to him. Telling me that I’m fine. How do you know ? When you haven’t perform one single test. This is insane im s diabetic didn’t even test my sugar.shady mustafaThey tried to kill me they prescribed me medicine that doesn’t mix well with my other medicine horrible service you got a better chance getting checked up at a McDonald’sFallon Muse⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThey took me right back, very professional an very caring! Will definitely go back if need be!Sara PiazzaAbsolutely horrible! Rude staff and very cocky! This is an ER you’re supposed to care for your patients. I felt like none of the staff even wanted to be hereK5Design⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedAlways in and out! Nurse Becky was amazing with my 5’4, 200lbs 12yr. old when he darn near cut off 3 of his fingers. I had to step out because of the blood and graphics & the complete staff was so reassuring. Nurse Becky stayed with my son the whole with the best bedside manner! My always Go To when my doctor is closed.allie tunstallNormally I don’t take the time to make reviews. Despite all the nurses being wonderful the doctor on the other hand (which I wish I could remember the gentleman’s name) had the worst bedside manner I have ever experienced. Very scarcastic, short and rude. By the way this was not the first time having a bad experience with this same doctor.Briana DifedericoGo to a real ER. Not here. I have been sick for 3 weeks, congestion coughing and achey. I finally went in last night and had enough of not being able to breathe. They did a strep culture, x Ray, and flu test. I was there for 2 hours. There were 2 other people there. I gave them a list of my medications. They said everything came back clean and he prescribed me one of the medications I was on. When I said that he said oh well you can get a refill (I have a primary physician). I left knowing I just wasted money. I got to my car and read my charts that they gave me and he said I have bronchitis. Not once did he say I had bronchitis. They were not good at all. Now I am going to another urgent care.Caitlin Powell⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedGreat friendly fast staff super compassionate… And honest very happy with time and care would defintly return…Nicholas CarbonellI have been to this ER 3 times twice for myself and right now for my buddy who has a fractured hand. I don’t usually write reviews on anything but i feel that people should know that 90% of the staff is completely rude and condescending. I’m a fairy friendly and talkative person and is extremely polite yes ma’am no ma’am, yes sir no sir. I attempted numerous times to engage in conversation mostly about the issues I was there for because I know that have better things to do then engage in small talk. Every time I asked a question I was talked down to like I was ignorant for even asking a question. I had a scare that I may have had a STD which it turned out not to be but before the test results came in I was told by the doctor “Mayne you shouldn’t sleep with people that you would even have to worry about this.” Now what she said is 100% true but from a professional standpoint that was a uncalled for opinion which was said in front of my wife who is the only person I sleep with going on 5 years but some STD’S can be dormant your entire life and may not ever get a symptom so I was worried that I may have picked something up during my drunkin college days. Nonetheless it was a comment that was unprofessional and uncalled for. When the registration lady came in I explained my situation to her and asked her how do I file a complaint see looked at me with a look of disgust and completely ignored my question. That was just the first visit. No notable situations about the second and 3rd other then when i arrived i asked the front desk if it was busy today she responded condescending like “its A hospital what do you think” just rude, sarcastic and condescending for absolutely no reason. Just be prepared because it’s honesty mind boggling.Eikeshia Rosenberg⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI loved Daniel the registration Clerk.. He was awesome.. Very nice and wise guy.. Things that my nurse forgot or didn’t offer me Daniel took care of.. Thank you bunchesStephen Motroni⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI went in tonight for a migraine headache, I was taken right back to a room, had my medicine within 20 mins and out after about 2 hours. Tammie, and Jasmine my nurses where incredible. Amazing experiance for being in terrible pain. Thank you guys for everything.Michelle maurin⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedSome of the information on the website is not accurate, ultrasound service is not 24 hours a day, the wait was minimal however for what I needed they were not able to help me. I wanted to update this because of the nature of my concern, the Dr asked me to wait until the US tech was available, this was not a tremendous wait, in the end my experience was actually very pleasant, both the Dr and her team were really nice.Nicole Black⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThe best experience that I received from the hospital in 18 years great staff awesome doctors if you’re sick that’s the place to goTrevor Woodham⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedJust got home from a visit to this facility. I went in there earlier with severe abdominal pain, walked in and as soon as I signed in, was brought back into a room and was triaged by two very nice nurses. Doctor was in my room before I was finished being triaged and was very pleasant. About 10 minutes later, I already had an IV in and was given very powerful pain meds that took most of the pain away within 10 minutes. Was taken to CT 5 minutes later and had results back 30 minutes later that confirmed kidney stones, doctor gave me an oral dose of pain medication and made sure I was not in pain before discharging me. The entire experience was around 1 1/2 hours, in and out. Everyone was very passionate and caring toward me and I genuinely felt cared for throughout my visit. I have been to a few ERs in my life due to kidney stones, but I have NEVER experienced an ER visit that was as amazing as this. I dont normally write reviews, but I was so blown away by the level of care that I recieved that I had to share it. Surrounding ERs need to take notes from this facility, because they can learn a thing or two from ER 24/7. They have really set the standard on what an emergency department should be.Jerome NataleThought this was a walk in clinic with an ER. This is ONLY and ER. Be careful! Got billed $2100 and I went in for a sore throat. If your not dying go to CentraCare or your regular doctor. Original bill was around $6k btw. Go here if you wanna get ripped off.Sherif Mageed⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedVery little wait time and great service! Caring and knowledgeable staff.Noel Cantrell⭐️⭐️⭐️When using Google Maps to navigate to the Urgent Care Center, I ended up going to the ER. Since the locations are very close (1 min away), I went to the ER with the expectation that it was the Urgent Care Center. The doctor said this has happened before with Google Maps and has confused multiple people. Since this is a brand new stand-alone ER center that is the size of an Urgent Care Center, a suggested improvement would be to verbally notify future patients upon entry that they are at the ER and not the Urgent Care Center (1 min away). Thank you for your consideration, as the locations are very close and can be confusing on Google Maps. Besides the misunderstanding, the service was good.desmond anders⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedVery friendly staff very quick wish my hometown er was efficient as themOcean Navigator⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedWent in at 5am choking on phlem to the point I could barely breathe. Felt like I was drowning. Bad allergy attack while I was sleeping. Terrible I’m forgetting what the male nurse on duty’s name was (bad memory) but he was working Sun, April 22 at 5am. The guy was awesome. Really cares about what he’s doing, answered my questions (I was really nervous) very nicely and thoughtfully. Made me feel relaxed and at ease while administering the meds that allowed me to breathe again. The doctor was great too. Answered everything, provided helpful, personalized care specific to my health problem. Had a meaningful and caring problem solving discussion with him. The check in was instant, the billing instant and by the time the meds were working to help me breathe normally again, they were able to check me out of the ER. Whole experience took like an hour. Not bad for 5am. Seriously good and caring medical facility. If you had any problem with these people, it was probably you. Lol. They were fantastic.Marvina Newtonzd01Worst experience ever!!! Took my 13 year old for a allergic reaction outbreak to be told he was bitten by mosquitoes!!!! Wrong diagnosis… Let’s just say thank God for Florida hospital… I will not be returning here….Rich Becraft⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedVery friendly staff, great service! Very clean facility. No AC in rooms… Save your time and never come here! The Reeves FamilyBecky the charge nurse is very rough not child friendly at all. She is extremely rude and has no compassion or sympathy to injured patients. She made my child’s experience horribleSamuel WardI don’t know who these other people are giving away 5’s, but this place is a fraudulent scam that will upcode you for every single penny you own.
