Cindi McGeeI went here to get checked for the flu. Walked right in as there were no other patients, that I saw. Asked to get checked for the flu. I was told within 10 minutes that their computers were down and they could not tell me what my insurance would cover. They proceeded to take blood and start me on an IV. Was checked over by the Dr. and then was sent for a chest x ray. Ended up with pneumonia. Little did I know, since not one person felt it necessary to inform me that they were going to run every blood test they could. Ended up with 16,000 in charges to my insurance just to be told I had pneumonia! I feel that I was completely taken advantage of. I was the only patient in there so they needed to make some $$ and conveniently their computers were “down”. I would 100% recommend going elsewhere. I have been fighting the charges as I feel they went completely overboard and took advantage of me. Of course, after calling several times, I still have not received a call back and continue to make payments on the $5100.00 bill that I received after insurance. This place should be ashamed of themselves….bunch of crooks.Emaile Quinn⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedVery rarely do I give 5 stars anywhere. And I certainly hate going to any hospital. But before even coming into the building, I was impressed. The nice lady at the front desk must’ve seen me struggling once I got out the car (I was doubled over with severe abdominal pain) and she came right out with a wheelchair to help me. A nurse, Jon, came out to get me in less than 5 mins to take me to the back. He quickly got things going and the head nurse Scott also came to help. These guys were great with excellent beside manner! I was in so much discomfort but they made me laugh and were quick and efficient. I was there for just over 2 hours total and that’s with getting lab work and a ct scan done. I was really impressed with how quickly they were able to diagnose and get me out of there. It’s certainly good to know that we have a nice, clean facility in the neighborhood with great staff. Great job guys!m vp⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedWe took our 5 year old there for a cut on his forehead that ended up needing 3 stitches. EVERYONE from beginning to end was AMAZING!!! Although I hope to never go back, I would definitely recommend Dr. Martinez and his staff and would definitely return for services if needed. They treated us very well but more importantly, they were fantastic with our son! A BIG thank you to each member! ❤️Mrs X⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedFeeling Grateful for the High Professionalism I Received In The ER. I came in with a complicated cut on my lip not thinking i could get it fixed and he sewed it up perfectly. Very comforting and nice! The rest of the staff was very accommodating and nice.Sonia ChrittonStaff is great, but the billing is outrageous! We just got a bill for $3,400 for a 6 minute strep test and a 10 minute visit. Nobody from billing or management will call back.Kim Eagan WoodsRussell Clark, MD had the worst bedside I have ever come across and I am 62 years old. He treated me like I was less than human. Gave me the “stink eye” and looked down at me over his glasses. I was in terrible pain. He refused to do anything for me. Therefore, I was discharged in what remained excruciating pain. Never returned to the room so much as to ask how I was doing. Don’t ever go to this ER when he’s the Doctor on duty. He’s pretty much a horrible human being. I mean this from the bottom of my heart. Stay away.Mike Bunker⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedFriendly competent staff. Relays information in an approachable way.Sara Roberts⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedFast and courteous! The staff and dr were amazing!Patricia Stoeckl⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedFrom NY. visiting my son. Needed an ER . They were excellent!!!!! Sometimes you need a lighthearted moment when you are feeling dumpy. Best service and care I have had in years where the We is concerned. Thank you all for caring and understanding. I’m grateful for this facility.Amber velasquez⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedClean, friendly and quick service.Stephanie Hinojosa⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedDidn’t gave to wait at all and everyone was so amazing.Roxann TorresMy daughter recently took in my 3 year old granddaughter in after giving her an epi injection after a severe allergic reaction. My granddaughter first started getting hives on her face and around her mouth. We gave her Benadryl. Then she started itching the rest of her body. Soon after this she started coughing more and more frequently then started wheezing and drooling. We gave her an epi injection. Of course being nervous and it being the first time I forgot to hold it in place for at least 3 seconds. Not wanting to chance the fact she may not have received any of the medication we gave her a 2nd injection and immediately took her to the ER. The triage nurse made my daughter feel like she was stupid, saying “ she looks fine, you don’t need to give an epi pen unless her lips are blue and having trouble breathing. And OMG! You gave her 2 epi pens, that’s too much.” Thank god the Dr told my daughter she did everything right. Maybe your triage nurses need a little more education.Sahib Zada⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI like the service because they have fast service and excellent staffH APrepare to wait. And wait. And wait some more. DO NOT base your visit off their B.S. approximate wait time on their website. They also wont tell you if they accept your insurance until after you’ve been checked in and brought back. Sketchy practice. Get ready to wait. Website states, “The ER wait time represents the time it takes to see a qualified medical professional, defined as a Doctor of Medicine (MD), Doctor of Osteopathy (DO), Physician Assistant (PA) or Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP).” Website stated 3 minutes to be seen by the DOC or other diagnosing wizard, so I decided to come to this location, but boy did I sit around and wait. Checked in at 7:31PM. Sat in a room until 8:50pm..just waiting. Dr. Zaharoff is absolutely amazing! After being seen it took another 50 minutes of waiting around to get discharged, prescription, etc. No pharmacy on location as website states. All pharmacy’s in local area close by 10pm, so it looks like I would wait some more Very Satisfied with the staff of this place but the waiting around is absolutely misleading and so ridiculously far fetched from the website wait time. Good lord did I sit around and wait. Should have used an urgent care of walk-in clinic. Lessons Learned. If you have time to waste time, come here. If not go anywhere else. But WAIT theres more (get it). The screen in the room is pretty sweet so you can see exactly how long you’ve been waiting for, while you wait.Mr. Martial⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedStaff was wonderful. Security lady checked me in immediately. My nurse Jonathan was very friendly. Funny. Doctor Z as well was helpful. Love they put a hospital in Aliante. Love the setup. Love they are affiliated with sunrise. Wonderful e.r.Patricia Krahwinkel⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Best ER I have ever been toPatrick Paul⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedHad to visit with my daughter, unfortunately. It’s only been open for three days and I think it’s great. Very friendly staff, quick service on a slow evening, ideal location, and perfect facility.Win KauschWent there thinking they had clinic services. Shame on me. They looked at my throat, told me there was nothing wrong other than pharygitis and presented me with a bill for $1600.00. They didn’t even give me an itemized bill so I could evaluate the charges. 10 days later I am still sick and have an ear infection so I will most likely have to see a different doctor.Lisa PearsonOver charging Me , when they do less than clinics works . Do not go here if you don’t want a bill of 3,000 or more.. This is what you will pay after your insurance!!!!larry piparoI asked if they took my insurance and they refused to answer my question or let me talk with registration till after I saw the doctor. What good is an ER if I can’t ask what insurance they take???Cyreneisha MoraMy nurses and an Dr.Z were amazing! Dr.Z let me know before she left that my pregnancy test was positive and congratulations. As for the Dr.Lovinger who came into my room tonight after shift change he was HORRIBLE! I was told by previous staff I had a UTI, WHEN this Dr. Lovinger told me your uti was only a +1 I will not give you medicine for that, and you haave small keytones in your urine but that should be fine? What Dr. says that?! I have all the symptoms and test so why not. Then this rude Dr. Lovinger Tells me your hcg count is 500, i thought ok that is fine I’m only 4-5 weeks and i came in for dehydration, I said. Dr.Lovinger Then states it’s probably just a miscarriage and walks out, My Fiance and I were very confused are we done? Is he coming back? We then asked the registration clerk if she could please send the nurse back in. This was a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!, Cyreneisha Mora.Jordan Napolitano⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedGreat staff clean facility
