Tony SharkIt took them 3 hours to give me prescriptions for antibiotics, as was suggested by a CVS pharmacist after asking me 3-4 questions. What did they do within those 3 hours? They used 10 min to ask for all kinds of personal information. Then let me wait for 1.5 hour. Then came back to take sample from my throat. Then kept me waiting for 1.5 hours to confirm the infection. The worse thing is that they sold my phone number to medical insurance companies. I don’t live in NJ, I just got sick on my trip. But I still get phone calls from NJ numbers who try to sell me medical insurance. I have only been to NJ once, and this is the only time I got sick and went to hospital. Who sold my number? It’s so obvious.Jennifer Cregar⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI am eternally grateful to the entire team of Nurses, Nurses Aides and team on the ACE floor. They were truly the most caring and professional team. They were wonderful to my grandmother and our entire family during an extremely difficult time. I wish that I could do more for them when they did so much to make my grandmother comfortable in her last few days. Thank you all so much. Thank you.Sarah ShermanTerrible service at this hospital. This is in no way reflective of their doctors. Rather it’s reflective of their billing. I’ve spent over 10 hours dealing with bills. Firstly, despite me giving my insurance information twice, they decide to not to process it. I had to make 4 phone calls in order to remedy this (because of course there are 4 separate bills associated with my one visit….. this isn’t the hospital’s fault but rather the horrendous medical system’s fault). Then once I get this fixed… there were 3 separate problems with me paying it. This last one, I’ve called the billing office repetitively to fix this. My insurance says they are billing me less, and the hospital disagrees with them. My insurance won’t spend the time to fight with the hospital and therefore I have to pay the difference. Meanwhile hours I can call these guys are in the middle of the day. Since I work and it costs me money to spend time on the phone, it’s wasting my time and money in more ways than one. Please stay away from this hospital and billing system, it’s inefficient with workers who are either incompetent, who just don’t care or aren’t paid enough to care. But as a consumer we can’t really do anything about it, who can shop around when you have a medical emergency… even if it’s an in network hospital.Jeannie Geraldine Mixco-PintoI was having a lot of pain in my arm at night, couldn’t sleep and I called just to ask if they worked with my insurance and the woman that picked up the phone was very rude and said to me she couldn’t help me and that she wouldn’t provide any information over the phone. So rude Rudy MoralesThe worst hospital in the worldHarold RuizI have to give a star. But this place is a -5star location. Doctor did not introduce himself. Didnt meet my nurse til she was giving me my discharge papers. I know her name only bc the nurse and doctor’s names are on the discharge papers. Doctor was rude, arrogant and not polite or professional. I complained of having severe pain and was never offered anything for pain. The ER tech talked with fitting me with a brace and crutches was rude and very unprofessional. There was no way I would allow her to do anything for me. Being a nurse, the care rendered by this ER I can call atrocious. I’m taking this to the top.Ken McQueenWhy you should not go here: communication is atrocious. I was lied to by a nurse about my condition. Nurses wouldn’t visit for 3-4 hours and then come in and fill out their round logs anyway. Opted to stay for observation after an ER visit. Huge mistake. Was told that I would be discharged later that day by two doctors. One doctor even said that the insurance company won’t pay for a second day if the doctors can’t find anything wrong. At 5 pm the doctor said “let’s get you out of here.” No doctor comes to my room again for 21 hours. Nurses have no discharge orders. Next morning I can’t get any information. In the afternoon I try to get information only to be told that I am being discharged after my nurse is done with lunch. Then the nurse comes in and says that she doesn’t know where the discharge orders came from. And I was lost back into the system. Nurse came in 30 minutes later and said that I should have been discharged the day before. No doctor ever visits me again before I left. Unbelievable.SkidForced me to sign all sorts of papers under duress and landed me in massive debt. They didn’t even help me. They sent me to another, better hospital. Don’t come here if you have any other options.Eric KorthWhat an awful emergency room. I understand waiting especially flu season but when we were seen the doctor didn’t even tell us her name. Then we couldn’t find her again after a very brief conversation. No wonder the hospital has such a low rating.Christian Columbia⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER Recommendedhad great care and was diagnosed immediately. couldn’t have asked for more.Izayana Ramirez OteroI called to get information on my disabled uncle who was in the emergency room. A gentlemen by the name of John Bimaculangan answered and from the very beginning was extremely rude and disrespectful. My family is completely outraged and we will be taking this further.Hui XiaoBad placecanelita barcelonaThe doctors sue you if you do not pay the bill and one applies for the insurance and the Cuban lady is worse than if the money goes out of the bag and she never gives the insurance Ahmed Al hbsiVery slow in procedures and decision-making and lack of interest in the situation quickly
