Before you go to Hunter’s Creek, you may want to know what the people who have already gone to this Orlando emergency room think.
Erin Desmet⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI brought in my 2 year old daughter with a head wound after a nasty fall at the playground. The entire staff was absolutely amazing with her and made this experience so much more bearable. They took her right in and we saw a doc almost immediately. The nurses and intern paramedics, radiology (CT scan) and billing were also incredible to work with. They helped make this experience so much better than it could have been.Imelda Ortiz⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedFriendly and knowledgeable staff. They made us feel like they really care and I really liked that. My son went in for stomach aches and a fever. The NP was awesome! Literally the best I’ve ever spoke to. The doctor came in to explain everything. She was nice and answered all my questions. They even did a follow up call the next day to check on my son! Really great place to go in case of an emergency. I would give it a 10 star if I could Shanika M.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedEveryone was terrific. The wait time was less than 5 minutes and I was out within an hour after they treated me. Thank you.Karamel Klutz⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedMy experience at Hunter’s Creek ER was good. I was brought here after a motor vehicle accident and was given excellent care by the night shift. I had a CAT scan and the results came back very quickly. The nurses checked on me a lot to see how my pain was. The doctor kept me up to date on what was going on. I felt very cared for here and would definitely choose this ER to go to in the future if I ever got injured again.Jennifer Wotherspoon⭐️⭐️⭐️Short wait, no frills emergency room for minor emergencies. Nice staff, clean, but the will get you out the door quickly.Jose Vega-Vega⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedVery professional and attentive!! Went in for a painful ingrown toe nail, Paul (RN), Martina (PA) and the rest of the staff were very friendly, explain everything, answer my questions and they were somewhat excited to help take my pain away, lol. Ingrown to nail removed, pain is gone and everything is back to normal. Which in my opinion that’s how every ER should be, not just see the Dr. and hear: “take this pills or put this cream on or go get a referral from your primary care physician”. So again BIG THANKS to Paul RN, Martina PA and the rest of the staff, God bless you all!Katie Rankin⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI was at my annual conference in Orlando when I got extremely ill. I was concerned about appendicitis based on the location of my pain, so I decided to leave the conference and go seek medical help. The nurses, staff and doctors as Hunter’s Creek ER were kind, compassionate, thorough and worked as quickly as they could (I know that ERs are busy, but I had my CT scan and bloodwork results within 1-2 hours of entering the building). When it was clear that I would need surgery to remove an infected appendix, they facilitated ambulance service to the hospital. They helped to make a difficult situation much more manageable.Jeffrey Pringle⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedWonderful service today. Staff was fast, nice and attended to my every need and question.Tom Luscavage⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI had a good experience when I was a patient. I didn’t get much interaction with the day shift because of shift change but the night crew was phenomenal. They checked on me frequently to make sure my pain had improved. I was brought to a room right away, I didn’t even have to wait in the waiting room. I had a CAT scan and couldn’t believe how quickly the results came back. If God forbid I ever need to bring any of my family members to an emergency room, this is the one I would choose.Ana Paula BernardiMy husband was seen at this ER as recommended by the insurance as a “cheaper” option against hospital emergency room… He had a deep cut in his wrist that needed 14 stitches… The work done in his arm was very poor… the nurse doing the stitches looked like it was the first time she had to do something like that… and now my husband has a bad scar for life… she actually overlapped the skin and put a lot of pressure when suturing leaving a pretty bad scar that was totally preventable (not the scar itself but the appearance)… And what shocked us the most was their billing: $2189 for the doctor (who didn’t touch my husband) and $6785.50 for the hospital (for about 2 hours).. And when he had to remove the stitches, we called to check and they said that was not included, and they could not provide the price for the stitches… they would send the bill later… how come??? insane!! Void this place!Sunshine Donoway⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedExcellent patient care given. From the doctors, nurses, registration, security and radiology. Everyone was pt orientation and truly cared for me the patient and my family.Debbie Cardona⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedService here is GREAT!! Staff is professional and friendly. They’re just AWESOME!!Jean RosendoSo first my father was dying of the pain we go out an ask and they treat us so bad we been waiting more than 1:30 and they didn’t put any medicine so he like relax with the dolor so am so disappointed about and I will not come back as a first option they treat us so bad I would have prefer going to a real ER. Ok I now it’s a ER but then what would the people think when they see this.Colin FordBrought my wife in asking about the wait and was told there was “low volume” at the time. Waiting room was empty. One person came in after us and 45 minutes later we were still waiting. I asked if there was an ETA and was told they recently had a “surge” (which was never communicated and no one else came into the waiting room) and they couldn’t give us any information at all. After nearly an hour we decided to try a different ER about 10 minutes south and literally got in to see a doctor within about 2 minutes. No idea what their level of care is like because they wouldn’t see us, this place was a complete waste of time.Humberto Santiago⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedMy son injured his knee and i took him to the hunters creek er and RN Edgar and RN Sharlene were amazing, they took really good care of my son, made him feel comfortable quickly and took care of his pain immediately. I’m really greatful, and I’ll be sure to ask for them next time I have to visit the hunters creek er, fast, friendly, and courteous. Thank You!MD student⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedMD Ganti was amazing , was very attentive and willing to listen, beautiful person as well ajoice gonzalezThe worst hospital ever 1 hour waiting for a dr who never show up…Iva McTarsney⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI’ve been there twice. Once for my daughter and today for me. Both times everyone was great! From the receptionist, the billing, doctors and nurses! They were all very compassionate! Thank you!Fernando HerreraGoing to this ER was the biggest mistake I have ever done, I was billed $2,000 from Dr.Rubero when all he did was check my vitals, I went in because I had a sore throat and I was feeling very bad, he diagnosed me with faringitis which you can obviously see physically from the infection I had, I don’t need a doctor for that… and on top of that he diagnosed me wrong because I went to a primary care doctor afterwards and I had sinusitis, the service was horrible I was receiving more attention from the lady collecting payments than from the doctor itself, I paid $350 for the ER service after I paid cash the same night, because I had the cash on me they offered me an 80% discount for paying right away, but If I didn’t have the money on me that night I would have gotten a bill for $1,500 and that’s separately from the $2,000 bill that was later sent to my house from dr. Rubero that didn’t do anything, but check my vitals and prescribed me prednisone, please don’t make the same mistake as me and listen to all the bad reviews this place has, do not go even near this place.GriselleHorrible staff nurse very judgmental and uncaring and who needs that when you’re sickMark CulpanBe very careful entering. The reception is more interested in taking your money and not listening as to what insurance you have. Outcome… receiving a bill for out of network costs. Try to resolve, very difficult, they will not take responsibility for their actions and you may find yourself confronting a debt collection agency due to no fault of your owndavid gonzalez⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedBeen there 2 times.Short wait. Extremely caring Dr.s left with clear diagnosis. They did everything needed to give me a diagnosis for my 2yrold.Yeilenit’s FUN Adventures⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedPA Todd and RN Edgar were amazing today! I came in with a gallbladder pain got out with almost no pain. Not even 2 hrs of waiting!! Keep up the great job!!! Sonia MartosPlease drive to a hospital if you can! The front desk attendant was fantastic but Dr and Nurse? How unfortunate to have to deal not only with not feeling well but with individuals that forgot that their career deals with SICK people.Jenna McAlinn⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI was on vacation my son was screaming in pain this was the closest I almost didn’t go because of the reviews … sooooo glad I did exceptional staff and service all around !! My 3 year old was an awful patient as expected of a 3 year old it was his birthday and he was in soo much pain and they were amazing !!! Went above and beyond did everything they needed to and I cant say enough for how caring the doctor was and how he really made you feel like he truly cared which is hard to come by sometimes !! If I could give them 10 stars I would !Jen Bradley⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThis Emergency Room is amazing! The staff are incredibly nice and supportive, there was literally no wait, AT ALL! Jessica Dacosta, my Nurse Practitioner, she’s incredible! She helped me with all of my ailments within an hour and sent me home feeling confident and comfortable. Everyone here is amazing and I’ve never had an experience like this at a hospital. Thank you to the rest of the staff for helping me my vacation w okuld have been ruined if it weren’t for you all.Martin MorrisonI am BEYOND upset with this place! Went in there with my daughter and came out diagnosed with the wrong thing. Went back the next day with the same issue but worse and got this arrogant doctor who insisted that my daughter had to take an injection for pain after she refused several times. She was rude and very pushy. My daughter has several medication allergies and asked the doctor if that injection was okay with her allergies. The doctor waved her hands and said yes. (She didn’t even look) then insisted “Now take this medication.” She said then yelled at the nurse whose name was Jose to come in and give the injection. Luckily I was there and said NO because it turns out that my daughter was ALLERGIC to that medication! My daughter could have had a life threatening reaction to that medication! It takes a minute to just look it up and be sure it’s safe! I then called to speak to the office manager Elizabeth and she would not get on the phone. I own two businesses and this place is a complete joke. PLEASE STAY AWAY! It’s honestly sad how people do not care about other people’s lives. READ ALL OF THESE REVIEWS AND DO NOT GO! I am going to the higher ups and taking this as far as I can go. This needs to stop.Gary SaintPreux⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedVery Professional. Very Respectful.TigerLil McStu⭐️⭐️Techs and triage nurse were very pleasant. Estimated wait time was totally wrong. It said 4 minutes, it was almost an hour before we were seen.Rob MWrong diagnosis just scared me more turns out I didn’t have what they saidMARCEL TARDIUDo not go to this place, this people charge you the triple for a mediocre service and if you don’t have an excellent insurance don’t even think to enterJanet HubbsSomething is seriously wrong with this place. We told the front desk we didn’t have insurance and tried to explain the conversation we had with a nurse who gave us a quote over the phone. The more we asked about cost the quicker they moved us into a room. Never answering our questions. We didn’t even have an emergency! I kept telling the staff and the doctor we were at the wrong place! They kept moving forward until I yelled we were leaving. We never signed any papers or nothing. I stopped the doctor before he did anything and said we are leaving if our questions were not going to be addressed. This place should be shut down. I will not pay them anything if they bill me or my son!!emie orculloI was so shocked and almost had a heart attack its not because i am sick but because i stayed an hour or two and was billed over $5,000, i had a migraine and allergy attack and i equested for a flu test and come out negative, and the rest is just to let me sit on a chair while waiting for the result of my test, with a pain reliever for my headache and a glass of water, and maybe few seconds with an attending guy physician “i guess”, and the rest of the time was the wait for the paper works.. just wondrin if i was transported by an ambulance maybe i will be billed $10,000. Or more..who knows… please make sure you dont go to this place if u dont have tons of money in your bank account even if u have an insurance.Arlene Sunga$1400+ for a few minutes conversation only with the nurse practitioner plus more bills to come? Please next time kindly be honest or at least disclose the possible cost to be paid before you stick your patient. I’m sorry, I’ve never done a review before but this is really upsetting.y BarbosaHorrible service, I have been to this ER on several occasions. Whether i am a patient or not, they have the rudest/ most unprofessional staff memebers. Would highly recommend not going here for treatment of any kind, makes your emergency even more unpleasant.Mariam Sadat⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI was in and out in two hours for my broken hand. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful.shirong linI Went to there it’s no solution my neck and two month late I got about 1500 doctor billJoyce Jimenez-Matthews⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThis hospital and the staff are amazing. No waiting, no hassle and they staff really cares about you.Daniel PereiraThe worst place for you to go as far as service and billing because I was a self pay at this opportunity. Arrive with my son with a small cut in his forehead, I wasn’t going to go but I fear he needs an X-ray, when we got there they only took his temperature and blood pressure and said everything was okay .. that no X-ray is necessary and sent us home , a week later I received a bill for $ 2,600 for hospital and $ 650 for the doctor to tell me that I don’t need an X-ray. Don’t go to this place. How do i private message you to solve this situation ? I didn’t see no where to private message you to send my number .Jonathan ClarkeHungry? The doctor is not. She was nice and full…I know because we waiting for her to finish her sit down dinner. Only to come in the room and belittle my wife. If you are interested in begging for an antibiotic and being scoffed at for asking questions then I know a great hospital. If you want to be treated with respect and dignity then please for the love of all that is holy I beg of you to seek treatment elsewhere. I would suggest paying a homeless man to yell obscenities at you as a more comprehensive medical analysis in comparison to the hack job they are attempting to pass off as treatment.Jomarie RiveraCome here with severe abdomen pain. And they said will be like 1 hour to even see me. I see they dont care, so I just leave to a real Hospital Dr Phillips Hospital. Stay away from this place if you care about your life. They dont have a no one even to cover the front desk.Magdala Jean Baptiste⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedWow! There are no words to express how wonderful the staff are here. Dr. Laurent Dreyffus is absolutely amazing! Service is phenomenal from the front desk to cleaning crew.Crystal Wishes⭐️⭐️I had went in for a swollen foot, it took a while for the X-rays to be done and to come in. Then told me they didnt know what was wrong. Come to MY further research, i had pullen a muscle. At the ER i had waited 5 hours to be told that they didnt know whats wrong and to give me a boot.lexa sauri⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedIt’s crazy that this ER has so many bad reviews, I go there all the time because I’m literally always sick , anyways , the staff is so friendly, It’s very clean !! Like I said I’ve been there multiple times and I never had a bad experience, Thank you all for your hard work 🙂Sergio CastilloStay clear from this Hospital. Not only do they send you a bill from the office, but they also send you the additional bill from the physician that saw you. LITERALLY the doctor only came in to look at my face and talk to me FOR FIVE MINUTES and now I have a $3,000 medical fee ONLY FOR A DOCTOR CONSULTATION. I also felt pressured into getting labwork prior to the physician even looking at me, WHICH I DENIED. I’m definitely going to be disputing these costs, however be cautious of this facility !!!!!!!!Norberto Rivera⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER Recommendedexcellent sevice ! from begining to endJohn CondeThis place is the absolute worst! I brought wife their to look at a bite which we though might be a spider bite. The nurse saw her for 10 minutes [We didn’t even see a doctor!] She wrote her a script for antibiotics [and did nothing else] and charged us $2,300.00! I will never ever visit this place again. It’s a complete rip off, I’ll stick with urgent care. I’m surprised these people are still business judging by all the horrible reviewsjohn lI dont normally do google reviews but hopefully someone reads this and it saves their life. I came in with severe chest pain and after running an ekg and a ct scan and xrays the “dr” couldnt figure out what was wrong and it was to the point where she seemed to feel I was making it up. Her recommendation was that it was probably acid reflux and she wanted to admit me to the hospital at Osceola Regional. I insisted that they transfer me instead to the ER at Dr P Phillips and its a good thing I did, once I reached that ER it took them 5 minutes and an EKG to realize I had a complete arterial blockage and was experiencing a heart attack which they promptly treated. This “ER” needs to change its name to “Don’t come here if you are having a serious life threatening issue” or they should just shut it down. I literally could have died because of their incompetence and I am sure they will be billing an ungodly amount of money for the privilege of almost killing me.Ashley WheelerI don’t do reviews normally, but if you have the option to completely avoid this establishment, I suggest you do. Go to a real hospital. They are the absolute most unprofessional under qualified “doctors and nurses” I’ve ever come into contact with. I cannot stress enough to please go to a real hospital. They will not treat you for what’s actually going on.Rupesh Dharia⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I had to make a visit there while on vacation with family As a practicing Physician, I have to say that the whole process from start to finish was very efficient and smooth Dr Lambie was very professional and the nurses were so great and caring Thank you alltom holtBrought a family member here recently for what turned out to be a panic attack. While everyone was nice enough, the charges were outrageous for the service provide.Amanda Chu⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedMaybe I was lucky but I only waited about 10 mins for the lady in front of me to check in and then I was getting my son’s vitals taken. Once going to the exam room my son was seen instantly. The doc checked his ears and realized right away that the medicine he was on for his ear infection wasn’t working. They prescribed something else and even gave him some Tylenol while we waited. It was great how streamline it all was. Usually when I’ve gone to places like this I would be trying to take care of my kids while filling out paper after paper for admin/info purposes in the lobby but they do all the info and insurance stuff after the doctor leaves to write the prescription…it fills in the waiting time and it’s better than doing all that before the doctor sees you.ValMy husband took my 3 years old son to this ER because it’s close to our house. My son was dehydrated and Doctor order some blood work and and a IV. Well my son was scare and one of the nurses tried to tied him down and my son was terrified but thank God there was a male nurse that stopped her. When I got there, this other spanish nurse tried to give my son medicine and she squeeze his nose super hard, which it was irritated from all the congestion that he had, and she was yelling at him. My advise is that please don’t take young children here, they do not know how to treat children. This was a very traumatizing visit for my son. He gets very anxious when we pass by the ER. The worst experience ever. Nurses are supposed to be caring! If you don’t like to deal with people you should not be a nurse!!! This ER should hire better people. There’s a lot of good nurses out there!Oscar Vega⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedWe were visiting from out of town and showed up at midnight on a Sunday morning. The staff was friendly, efficient and attentive to our needs. Very good experience. Dr Ortiz was to the point, had an accurate diagnosis and transferred us to their affiliate hospital for surgery. You can’t ask for more. The facility was fairly clean and modern. And they have imaging capabilities, so they’re very prepared to handle most issues.Ingrid AcostaSlow staff and nurse! This will be the last time I come here! To start of there was no one at the front desk, the staff and nurse are just chatting the whole time instead of doing their job. There was a nurse name Anna that was rude and instead of her writing down my information she was slow and had an attitude. I was in extreme pain and wasn’t attended in a timely manner. Unbelievable! I immediately left.JACQUES MICHELCEI cannot understand why the health department does not close this place or fire all the staff, because they are very mediocre and rude with people, they are interested only about your money. The only person who is a real professional is Jason from the MRI department after that, all of the staff do not interested about your health. From the doctor to the simple employees.Miss Wild WestI went in with horrible stomach pains. This place tells me I’m perfectly fine and gives me a clear diagnosis. Come to find out, I was STILL experiencing this pain a week later, which was effecting my work and income. I went to a different doctor to see what she had to say, and sure enough (I know when something is wrong) she told me I have a severe stomach ulcer. Thanks Hunters Creek ER for wasting my time, charging me an outrageous amount of money, and for telling me I’m fine when I clearly I wasn’t.Joy ArmstrongMy husband came to this hospital and they prescribed him two different medications for two different purposes said it was ok to take them both at the same time thank god I looked it up turns out it’s not. Stay away from this placeAndrew Guzman⭐️⭐️I came here because the online estimated wait times were 5 minutes. It was terribly misquoted. It took 45 minutes to be seen and after care and payment we were forgotten for over an hour and a half. We are still here waiting for an outpatient release.Arlin Baligian⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedMy wife had to go to the Hunters Creek ER last night. I can’t tell you how impressed we are with this facility. The staff was friendly and helpful. The P.A. that initially examined my wife gave us an estimate of time that it would take, and he was right on the money. The facility is clean and bright and the people are efficient and thorough. We will definitely go there again, should the need arise.Brian SlusarzThey say it cost 10 million dollars to build. I guess they want to make that back every year off one building. Service is poor to say the least and the charges are a bit high in comparison to other ER facilities. I realize this is more than just a walkin but it also 5 times the price for a very rush rush attitude staff.Rebecca Ley⭐️⭐️⭐️I want to update my review. I cannot believe how efficient the Administration has been in trying to rectify the situation. After leaving the Hunters Creek ER I was taken by ambulance to Osceola Hospital. The very next day a director from the Hunters Creek ER showed up in my room, to gather information on my review, apologize and do whatever needed to do to make sure these things did not happen again. I work in customer service and truly appreciate it when something negative happens and they try so hard to make sure it is rectified. This tells me they truly care and work hard to make sure their patients are well cared for. Thank you Hunters Creek ER for working on this situation. When I first left the Hunters Creek ER I was sure that I would not return however, after this if I am ever in need I will give the Hunters Creek ER another try. Thank you.toni bee⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThey treated my daughter wonderful. This location is definitely an asset to our community and I feel blessed to have such a caring facility so close to home. Thank you for the amazing service!julissa Cordero⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedCame here for myself Saturday and loved the way I was treated by the staff from the moment I stepped in the door. I was seen quickly and evaluated, blood work and ultrasound. I brought my son for a minor injury on his foot the Next day and same experience. Waited a little bit longer but as we waited my son got his xrays done for his foot to speed things up while we waited! Great asset to this community
