Before you go to Kaiser Permanente Medical Offices, you may want to know what the people who have already gone to this San Francisco emergency room think.
Allan Miller⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedWe came here when UCSF Parnassus (with a relatively empty waiting room) skipped over us for 4 hours even though my wife was pretty sick. When I gave up and called Kaiser, the admitting nurse told me there were only a few people in the waiting room, so we took a chance and came here. The admitting nurse at UCSF got grumpy and said we would be “starting the wait all over again”. She was quite wrong; at Kaiser we were in a bed within 15 minutes and saw a doctor within 30. My wife was made super comfortable and is definitely on the mend now. The Kaiser ER is a pleasant environment and the staff was uniformly friendly, helpful, and smart – and I mean everyone, including admitting, security, nursing, doctors, and even billing. What a great experience from beginning to end; thank you everyone so much!Jim Stinnett⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedIn spite of ongoing construction in the building they are delivering top notch care to all members who need it. Big thanks from me to this important dept at KP SF.Pizzicatto PizzicattoI was there and waited for over one hour and nothing happened. “Wait until a bed is available.” The male-sleepy and yawning-Caucasian 30 something nurse said that to me. He took my BP and that’s it. Didn’t even take my temperature when the real reason I was there was I had very high temp for the last three days. After that, I was told to wait at the lobby. One hour later, I was still waiting to be admitted because no “bed was available.” I was feeling so sick. Had to use the rest room. I was nauseous. I was directed to use the ER restroom. Shortly, the more felt sicker. The revelation made my stomach churn. There were many empty beds in the ER, nurses were all in the station talking. The beds were empty and there I was at the lobby for over an hour waiting to be admitted! WTF is that? I was in the Kaiser ER a multitude of times in 2012 and 2013 and it was never like this. As I left the ER after using the bathroom, I decided to just go home, the front desk elephant mandated my spouse to bring the paperwork to the nurse inside the ER. WTF? I yelled and told her to go to hell! My adrenaline made me feel better and we went home. Kaiser is not a public hospital. My deductible is astronomical. I am self-employed. I deserve better. If they will charge me for taking my blood pressure and getting my name in the paper bracelet, I will surely dispute this. This rating of Kaiser deserves a negative one star and if there is even anything less than that, it surely is deserving that for UNPROFESSIONALISM!!!um bad at shuk nac tic⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Feeling sick and they’re helping me feel better thank you KaiserSholpan SmakovaAvoid this Kaiser location at all costs. You won’t get medical attention you need if you come here. Doctors are just thinking how to get you out ASAP instead of making sure you feel betterMarissa Beauvais⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI couldn’t have asked for a better experience at KP Emergency. Everyone was kind and caring from the minute I walked in the door. The front desk receptionist was quick and sweet and I only sat in the waiting area for about 5 minutes before being taken back to get my vitals and history and placed into a room. My doctor (Dr. Emblad) arrived quickly and was warm and patient as I explained what was going on. Lauren, my nurse, was also super attentive and you could tell that she is excellent at her job. Thanks to everyone at Kaiser for helping me out last night – I really hope I don’t see any of you soon but if I need you, I know you’ll be there.Beatriz BarbaCurrently I’m in waiting room of the ER with spouse who has a catheter with large amount of blood in it and is in pain and apparently this is not a priority type situation and have been waiting for 30 mins now. Oh and he’s recently been in here already with an infection. This place is ridiculous. I will be filling complaint directly to Ron GroepperElectronic Dance House Party DJ Mix Club Remix 2020I was in a car accident and I didn’t receive an MRI for my injury.Karen Aguilar⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I’ve been here a few times over the years because of my Crohn’s, they are always nice and I usually don’t wait more than 20 minutes to be seen and given a bed, while I wait for the Dr.Saba Lily⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedKaiser has nice staff they’re helpful in my need
