Alla ShasExperienced Theresa Whittlesey public relations, on behalf of my family, not exactly person to be in charge for.Ebone WillisI would never recommend this hospital they are so against hippa it’s not even funny patients don’t even have doors registration comes and asks all your personal info right in front of other patients I had to keep screaming in pain for a nurse while they looked at me and walked by took 4 hours to take my vitals I can tell you all the clients information that was next to me very empathetic and uneducated just a disgrace to the medical fieldRonald FortgangDr. Bryan Tran ER Dr. (review) My wife and I went to Forest Hills hospital a couple of days ago, my wife having severe chest pain, dr Tran just ran us around in circles telling us what might be wrong, and kept adding new things he found out, he was so insecure and made my wife and I very uncomfortable and changed his diagnosis 3 times and finally we had to leave AMA as he kept cutting us off, he wouldn’t even let us ask questions. Awful exp that no one should ever have to go through when they are crying in tears from pain. All he wanted to do was admit my wife w/o even knowing what was wrong. So we left and went to Weil Cornell the next day and in less then an hour after much more comprehensive tests were done and a very competent empathetic brilliant dr saw my wife- a diagnosis of, Costochondritis was given which was completely accurate and we were happy and out with a treatment protocol in no time.Maria del Carmen Acosta⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedTHE BEST EXPERIENCE EVER. VERY HUMAN TEAM HELPFULL AND HARDWORKERS. LABOR AND DELIVERY IS JUST AMAZING, THEY REALLY TAKE AN EXCELLENT CARE OF YOU AND YOURS. DEFINITELY 5 STARS AND UP.Davie NalA lot of improvement needs to be done in the ER. During my visit here , I ended up just leaving because they took extremely long to even take my vitals. I used to come here before, a few years back , and have never had a poor experience like this before. Won’t be coming here again in an emergency.James Jarrell⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI was in New York for work and had my first ever bout with a Kidney Stone. I had no idea at the time why I was in so much pain. I am sure I was not very easy to get information from or deal with during my tortured screams. (My wife had to speak to Registration over my cell phone as I did not even have my insurance card with me. But this was no problem either). Every person from the Admissions Desk through the ER was attentive and showed real concern. They all moved quickly to find reason and make me comfortable. Even when I elected not to continue treatment at this facility and instead return to my home state for treatment, the staff continued to treat me with the same level care and compassion. The Urologist even made recommendation as to where to find treatment in my home city. They gave me all of my records, test results and necessary information to assure I would make my 7 hour drive home as safely as possible. This was the best treatment I have every received at any ER I have ever been.Taj BaichanAbsolutely disgraceful ER nurses who blatantly show that they are there only to collect a paycheck. Patients sitting for 5 hours waiting just to get an X-ray while listening to the nurses laugh and chit chat. Came in at 12:30am with a broken foot. At 3:00am I asked when someone would take me for the X-ray and only then did the charge nurse instruct someone to take me for the X-ray. At 4:45am, still had not seen a doctor but someone from accounting came over to tell me I had a $100 copay and ask if I could pay it today. I said I’ll be happy to pay AFTER I see a doctor. They have more people walking around asking the patients to pay their bill and no doctors to treat the patients. It’s really disgusting. 5am and suddenly they start seeing everyone in the ER. It’s as if they’ve been asleep the entire night and have their alarms set to get people out right before the shift change.Lorenzo AlatorreWorst place ever never ever come here for an emergency. I was discharged at 1 and they never spoke to me rarely saw a doctor. Until i asked my results they said I’ve been discharged when i just notice at 330am!!! I got to this emergency hospital at 5pm and got out almost 4am !!!Kris SNot a very good experience. Went in for my mother’s HTN and was told she needs to see her PCP. They didn’t even think to double check her blood pressure before discharging her, I had to demand that it be taken again. Coreen the PCA was great! Caring, friendly and didn’t hesitate to help. Dr Tan was rude. Very abrupt, not empathetic. My mother was explaining her issues and he started talking and she started saying something else to add in and he said “let me talk!”. Left the ER confused as to how to deal with this if the values skyrocket again… our only direction was to see her PCP because he was not equipped to treat at that moment and “that’s not his specialty, he only deals with acute issues”. In a nutshell went to the ED with high BP, left with no direction on what to do if it happens again and had to demand that the BP be taken before walking out of the hospital. Don’t go here, just don’t…Brandon MolignaroIncompetence, lack of patient care, and no regard to even try to hide it.Tami GallianceEven if doctors and stuff at these hospital worrying about anything it must be filling out the papers. Came at 11 PM and stay waiting with intravenous tubing for 5 hours and left by 7 AM. Literally heartless.donna belchikovVery bad ER will definitely not go back
