Chaunice Jumar 0 Stars 0 stars 0 stars. This David person who answered the phone is more unprofessional than someone who is making 2.00$ a hour and hates their job. I rather sit here in pain then to drive over there and get treated with No care. The way you speak to people on the phone is key. Nice tip David. Thank you for making my trip to New York terrible.wRen D’or! 0 star is what i give this place. My daughter and i were waiting in a room to see a doctor since 12:45 am and it is now 3:55 am and she has not yet seen a doctor. Would you give them a 5 star?J P If you really have an emergency please do not go to this place. The hospital workers themselves tell you to go to other places because there aren’t enough people working. I have tried them three times in the past 5 years because it is closest to me, with the hope it was just a one day issue, but have always ended up going somewhere else after waiting for hours. This hospital is a disgrace. On top of this, the floors are dirty, there is not enough waiting room, people come in throwing tantrums and get seen before people with real emergency issues, hospital workers said to me: “this hospital has two doctors for 100 people” go somewhere else. So I took my 4 year old daughter and went somewhere else, as should you.Diana I. Rivera-Guillen⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️This review if for outpatient surgery. Dr. Wu and ALL the nurses were professionals, nice and polite. They understand my worries and explained to me everything. But….as Type 1 Diabetic I has an appointment at 10 Am and they pick me up at 12:15 PM Apoorva P. 1. Dr. Chen was very rude and unprofessional in treatment of my family members. He was accusive, defensive, incompetent, and negligent, which caused a poor patient experience. We tried to tell him that he was rushing and dismissive, and that is when he became defensive and angry. 2. We requested not to have an IV placed because the providers did not anticipate us staying at the hospital. Regardless, we got multiple sticks on both arms, and when we requested on who ordered the unnecessary IV, we got no answer. 3. Dirty needle caps, gauze, and other instruments were all over the floor instead of being properly thrown out. See attached photo. 4. The ortho resident that read our lab report gave inaccurate results and was not aware of certain lab tests that were ordered. We questioned whether he even properly read all of the results, therefore we don’t believe he gave an appropriate treatment plan. Horrible experience- it’s very sad that these people call themselves healthcare providers.ann allen⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedTook me right away treated me very nicely all staff was great!Brianna Ciambra⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️There fast track area is amazing in the o.r if you need something speedyJessica Goveo⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThe staff is kind and efficient.
