Doug Dorpat⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedA marvelous medical center. I have been there 3X in the last 10 years. Everyone is highly professional and extremely qualified. Great care. The ER has a great staff. Dr. Burkett and ER nurse Erica are wonderful and great providers. This is a very efficient operation.Ebrahim AlhamdyI always came to the hospital and I loved coming till last night and this morning. Just because I didn’t have insurance and I fractured my backbone T7 I wasn’t given good care. I was sent without back support or anything and I’m in so much pain and was given very low MG in pain. This is not how you let people off from your hospital. And in top of it everyone acted like I was faking it when I was in pain and didn’t offer to help expect the X-ray guyC Hammill⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedOver all very good experience they were pretty busy in the ER there were 7-8 people ahead of me. Trieage got me checked in within 10mins and I had to wait in waiting room for about 75-90mins which is to be expected with that many leoo ahead of me and me being here for a relatively minor skin infection so I’m more then satisfied with the service time, once in a room which was very clean by the way doc was in and examining me with in Another 5-10 I was dressed and had scripts in hand shortly after was discharged was here for less the 4hrs can’t really hope for anything better then that staff was very friendly and acomadating I have no complaints for this Visit would happily recommend to visit this hospital I would like to that the staff that seen me it was a much more pleasant experience then some I’ve had at other placesElysa ThompsonAbsolutely livid, been sitting in the waiting room for 3 hours. Nobody in front of me has been seen since getting here. Hire more staff. Hire more staff. HIRE MORE STAFF.Hack Man⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️You hope you never have to go to the Emergency Room. When I got there, there were about 50 people in the waiting area, so I was surprised that they got to me right away. Very professional. Rating would have been 5 stars, but I took off a half star for each of: communication (they had narrowed it down to 2 things it could have been but didn’t think they should tell me the 2nd) and the automated blood pressure cuff that caused intense pain every 15 minutesJason kealyNice staff. Pump you full of drugs don’t fix you and send you home full of morphine! This place should be shut down now I’m back in the hospital a week later for the same thingNitiya PhromngamTook my child to the ER wait for almost 7 hrs they give her medicine for vomiting which didn’t help her at all. Also was suggested to go back again when I called today. Like why would I go back if you can’t figure it out the first time? So you can prescribe a medicine that doesn’t help my child???Meghan Ryan⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI was in with my boyfriend this week for a head injury. We walked in and the waiting room was packed. Even though we went in at a very busy time and the wait was long (understandable), every single person we came across was so kind and thorough. We really appreciate Dr. Kristin Schaefer and all the staff that took such good care of him!Brandi PoolerI’d give this hospital a negative review if I could. I have a partial thickness wound the size of a nickel (almost through my mouth and very painful) that is severely infected. I went in and they gave me bandaids and told me they don’t help with wounds. Are you kidding me? I went in because it was bad enough to justify the cost of an ER visit. But, I have never been treated so poorly in my life. Please think twice about this hospital. They have absolutely no bedside manner at all and they see to care more about money than they do patient care.Lexii PratleyMy daughter is a little over 2 weeks old and was born at maple grove hospital. She had blood in her poop since Thursday and after we spoke to her pediatrician she said to wait until Monday to go in unless it got worse. Well, Saturday my boyfriend was changing her diaper and watched my daughter poop out straight blood, so we decided to bring her to the maple grove emergency room. When we saw the doctor, he pretty much just brushed off all of our concerns and said the bleeding was due to her diaper rash. He didn’t run any tests or look into her bloody poop at all. All he did was tell us to come back if it got worse..He did mention that it COULD be an infection but did nothing to ensure that it wasn’t. WELL it did get worse and that’s why we were there. Against my better judgement as her mother, I decided to listen to this MORON of a doctor and bring her home. Fast forward to Monday morning, I watched my daughter poop out straight blood AGAIN. My boyfriend and I decided to bring her to children’s hospital in St. Paul this time. After they drew blood, did an x Ray, and tested her poop we found out that that she does in fact have an infection of her large intestine in addition to the right side of her colon being inflamed and being allergic to dairy and soy. I am truly disgusted by the disregard and neglect this doctor showed and will NEVER be bringing my children to this hospital again.Stefanie Lucking⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedWent in around one in the morning. My toddler was having trouble breathing. Went right in .Reception got my information and was seen right away . Dr came in and was very nice. Wasn’t just trying to get us out right away. Needed xrays. Woman who took the xrays was very patience with my two year old. Over all experience was quick and everyone was nice to me and my toddler .Farmaajo TvThe worst hospital in Minnesota and don’t go emergency they will keep 5 hours to get more money from insuranceCassandra De MercedesThe staff is super nice and friendly not that does not help when you cannot breathe. Having severe difficulty breathing we waited quite a while before being seen and treated. Normally if you are unable to breathe you are treated right away. They did not seem to think not being able to breathe was serious to be treated right away.terry pernsteiner⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI had an event with my heart that cause me to go to the hospital which then I was directed to emergency. The efficiency and timing of medical help was remarkably quick. The people were absolutely wonderful and I couldn’t recommend the better place for any health situation. Also, my son had a accident or a brick wall collapsed on him and he required quite a few stitches it’s summer and he had a similar experience.C PWent to the emergency room this past Thanksgiving holiday, and it was a horrible experience. Not only did they not diagnose our child they refused to listen and to run a simple strep throat test we asked for, (even thought we have great private insurance from our employers). They seemed more interested in the transactions aka billing money wise, then the actual patient care. We got sent home with children’s Tylenol at a premium hospital cost. When we traveled back home the same day, we took our son to urgent care (not emergency) and they ran the simple strep throat test we asked Maple Grove Hospital ( but Maple Grove Hospital refused to listen), to find out our son was really sick from strep throat from the original ER visit. If I could give it this Hospital negative stars I would. Oh! And it’s mid April 2018 and we are still just receiving residual billing from this horrible hospital which tells you the inefficient speed and pace that they move at. Just don’t go to this hospital drive to another one avoid it like it has the plague, the plague of not listening or caring for patients they just want to bill you and your insurance and not care for anything else especially the patients. I definitely do not recommend this hospital not the ER, pediatric care, or anything for the matter.Joshua HottThis place is the slowest hospital. Before our Dr even came in to the room the nurse arrived only to say she would be giving care for the next 20 minutes and she was going home. The Nurse also said that she would put an IV in for a “Migraine” when we do not know if it is even an migraine because the Dr has not entered the room one time. Shortness of breath, numb hands, head pain and all they do is leave us in a back room for over an hour before doing what they did. I hate to say it but Robbinsdale is better.Tina FloydThis place is the worst, I’m sitting in urgent care where they have 4 clinics in one. I been waiting 40 minutes already and I just heard a nurse tell a patient there’s a hour and a half wait. I remember coming here before to the emergency room, and I was refused service for sciatica pain and was told to go where I been going for care. I only came here because it’s closer to home but after this visit if I wait any longer, I will have to find a hospital who cares and listen to patients. They will just keep telling you your next and wait continues!!!! So very disappointed with Maple Grove hospital, and I’m still waiting!!! And what I don’t understand is why would a hospital have so many clinics in one when this is a hospital that should have space for each clinic!!!! PISSED!!!!Moriba SannohTerrible customer service, waited almost 3 plus hours and wasn’t informed we were going to be waiting that longMarlena MillerI felt like I wasn’t being listened to or had any say in my health care plan..
