Maricopa Integrated Health System Reviews

Before you go to Maricopa Integrated Health System, you may want to know what the people who have already gone to this Phoenix emergency room think.

Matthew Wheaton The providers were great. Friendly and caring. Their billing practices are literally criminal. They have been trying to overbill me by 10X. My insurance has been doing battle with them for 6+ months. They are attempting to “balance bill” for the amount OVER what they are allowed to bill for the services rendered. Problem is they are the ONLY burn center in AZ. It’s not like you have a choice, but do NOT pay what they bill because they bill WAY over what they are legally allowed to.Tanman19az Warning! They will charge you and your insurance as an Emergency Room visit even for the multiple follow-up visits that they try to set up with you. We thought it was considered a specialty care provider, and was not even told it would be charged as a hospital visit. The level of care was definitely not worth a hospital visit.j Gutierrez I was in the burn unit for 72hours and I was fully neglected of food options and water. Extremely unprofessional and absolutely no compassion. The day shift nurses Myra was extremely rude and unprofessional if you don’t like your job please find another profession I hope this find the correct person. Natalie almost bursted my vein because she’s would not listen when I told her she was implementing a great deal of pain thank god the physical therapist was near by to stop her as my vein had already created a bubble as she continued to put pain medication into my veins. People never leave young children alone they could have very much killed me.wOnDeR wOmAn WiLsOn Antepartum clinic has a mix of a few great people with a bunch of insulting, uncaring “professionals”. After having weeks of problems getting my prescriptions to be filled, I returned to tell the nurse (because coming here means you don’t have a doctor… ever) and was told it’s in the system and not her problem. When I kept explaining and asked her not to be rude to me, I was then told I talk to fast and asked if I’m using. Making patients feel attacked, not coming through on their responsibilities, and never getting questions answered about your care is a constant concern coming here. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy and will be searching for a new provider immediately. They seem to prefer numbers more than relationships with their patients.c g⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️County trauma center with attentive professional staff who are friendly and knowledgeable not a fancy hospital but clean and does a good job taking care of patientsJulia Mirowski⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedTook husband here last night. Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable. I was amazed on how fast we got out of there!! With the x-rays included we were out of there in 2 hours!I’m used to la where every trip the the hospital in a minimum of 6 hours. Great job!Anahi Rodriguez Very unprofessionalCindy Puralewski⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI can’t say enough about my experience on Sunday – I burnt my face with hair dye and was taken care of immediately..the nurses couldn’t have been more professional and caring. The walked and talked me thru the whole process and the doctor was great…I was told it is the onl;y burn unit in AZ – so don’t go to the emergency room if you have a serious burn go here and get the help you need. What a life saver……Selena C. I had a really bad experience here. Upon leaving I was disrespected by a rude, unprofessional “nurse.” DONT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!
