Aaron Sanchez⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedPleasantly surprised how nice and attentative the staff were. Everyone was very busy but all staff still treated us with respect and kindness.Alison Carter⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedCame here when I fell and fractured my wrist. Had as good of an experience as one could have at an ER. I was checked in and treated quickly. Every member of the staff was kind, helpful, courteous, and had a good sense of humor, which helped make a painful injury and horrible experience so much better. My boyfriend brought me and the staff kept him included in my care, which was a big comfort. Dr. Silka gave me his card and even called me the next day to see how I was doing and to make sure I had made the necessary appointments to further my healing (I needed surgery). I really appreciate how attentive and caring everyone was. Thank you.Adriana Cuts⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI drive Pass up Centinela Hospital to come here, they are Extremely attentive. Had surgery today and leaving feeling relieved Aaron Zander⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedMy Wife and I were on a flight going home. We had a layover in LAX. My Wife started having chest pain. We were taking to the Cedars-Sinai Hospital. We were there for 4 days. They did a Wonderful Job on taking care of my Wife. They took care of her like she was family. We are very Thankful for all the Doctors, Staff and Everybody else that works in Unit 1 North. And I ended up going to the Emergency Room myself. Everybody in the Emergency Room where Very Professional, and Nice. I don’t think that I have ever been in a Hospital and Emergency Room in the same Facility where there where so many Kind, Caring, and Professional employees in my life!!! Thank You Cedars-Sinai Hospital and Emergency Room in Marina Del Rey for been out right AWESOME!!!!Brian SI went here today for a painful and infected spider bite, and I had terrible service. It took about two hours to be fully checked in. I then waited for service… another two hours. I was assured I would be seen quickly because of the severity on my situation, but i was completely ignored! I’m disappointed i wasted 4 hours trying to get medical attention! I do not reccomend going here unless it’s a last resort!!Sekari WallerTrash customer service , dont even waste your timeSamantha HuWould refuse to give me my paper work!!! Had to fight insurance company about it for over a year (since I couldn’t get the diagnosis codes necessary to the claim.) Also separated the billing into parts and didn’t tell me when I clearly asked for all bills associated with my visit. Found out I had an outstanding bill that went to collections without informing me for over a year!! It apparently really hurt my credit! I had to complain and discuss with the collections agency for a very long time to finally get a deletion to rectify the situation, no thanks to the hospital!!!! How unprofessional for a hospital!!Sterling Henderson⭐️⭐️⭐️Great staff. Very competent and understanding. Unfortunately, this relatively small facility does not have the staff or resources to treat a high volume of patients in a reasonable amount of time. Most of the time that won’t be a problem, but on a busy night it could mean a couple hours of wait time.Erica Schenk⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThis place is so efficient! My husband got a small laceration on his face on Memorial Day. We were able to get in to the ER get antibiotics, butterfly stitch and great advice on how to care for it within 40 min! Won’t hesitate to come back (but hopefully won’t need to!)Mu-hsiang SuZero customer service! If you don’t want to get angry, don’t come here!Ena LaVan⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Had an emergency with my young daughter and brought her here. They took her in and began treatment immediately. DUKE (RN) is amazing! Kind, attentive, and phenomenal with children.general mailNot a minority friendly facility. I have never seen such a racially selective facility in terms of whom they choose to provide care to. If you’re a minority no matter how premium your insurance may be, (I have AnthemPPO ) DO NOT expect to be treated humanely. With a pain level of 12 on a 1-10 scale, and a history of trauma, my husband remained in agony for over 2 hours with only 5 people in the waiting room. We saw several patients discharged and in the duration, we were not seen. It dawned on us that after watching Fox News in the waiting room, and after noticing no minorities were being cared for, that the message was clear. They didn’t want us there. I’m never a race card person. I believe in a global view of society as an Angelino and UCLA alumnus, I had no reason to think racism is a problem for the most vulnerable. But It was a sore lesson to learn and experience. I’m deeply saddened and disappointed that the level of care has reached the lowest levels in a facility that used to be highly responsible and respected.Michael Foley⭐️⭐️I would never go back to This hospital ever againWillmar RuizThis is what they did to me…Jen and Jess⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedVery nice and patient with meElvira Shepherd-OppenheimNightmare, horrible, disgusting, feeling like one sadyugi work here !!! I came here when my husband terribly sick stomach. Sick for five days and suddenly had an attack of acute pain right up to tears, barely able to walk and was sick all the time … come to the emergency room, I filled out all the papers and put us to wait in line … we waited an hour !!!! And this despite the acute pain !!! Among all those who waited for anyone with a pang how her husband was not observed even close !!! It’s terrible when the hospital does not distinguish between patients in need of urgent hospitalization !!! I did not expect that the US is at all possible in the provision of health services !!! A shame!!!
