Before you go to Mat-Su Regional Medical Center, you may want to know what the people who have already gone to this Palmer emergency room think.
Annie Wrobleski⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI cannot say enough good things about the birthing center and birthing center staff at Mat-Su Regional. We just moved here in August from Arizona where I had a great experience with the birth of my 1 1/2 year old. I was very worried I was not going to find a doctor and a place here where I would have even close to the same experience. I couldn’t have been more wrong. The nurses were so caring and compassionate. We don’t have family here so we had our 8 year old and 1 1/2 year old with us when I showed up in labor. They made sure our kids were cared for so my husband could be with me while our son was being born. They took exceptional care of me and my newborn during our entire stay. Everyone was so very sweet and I am so thankful for everyone that was involved in bringing our son into the world. My delivery didn’t go as planned but they made it as wonderful as possible and were very encouraging and supportive. They even went out of their way to send ME a thank you card for having the baby there and allowing them to care for us! Who does that!?! They are AMAZING!Ken Donaldson⭐️⭐️⭐️The room itself was maintained nicely and comfortable. The food surpassed the level of brutal. Even the residing dumpster chickens out back that hang around the dumpster turn their beaks up at it. The bed’s electric up/down switch didn’t work much of the time and it surpassed uncomfortable. The television’s sound would go out for hours at a time, and on my final day, it quit altogether. However, Dr. Brady, the nurses, and the staff were more than professional towards a crotchetty old man. They were respectful, accomplished, and brought about the most important aspect of my stay–they got me well enough to go home. In a nutshell, I’m highly thankful that this facility resides in our valley because, in a nutshell, they saved my leg and perhaps my life.Brianna flanigan⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThe entire Health Care team at the birthing center is amazing. They took such good care of me during my entire experience and stay. I would recommend them to anyone. You don’t feel like they are just doing their job because they have too but instead because they care. Everyone has their own area of expertise and fills it well. I feel lucky to have been under their care.Robb Robbert⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedMy wife had to spend the night last night and her nurse Jessica is awesome!!! All of the personnel are very friendly!! Thank you for being such a nice home away from home for my wife.Colleen Scott⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Thankful for how fast the Dr Gallant’s team worked to find out if I was having a heart attack, they found a 95%blockage in one of my arteries. Went in and unblocked artery with a stent. Thanks to the emergency technicians for their work too.Danny Noland⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedHad to go in to the emergency room last night walked in and from the get go even though I couldn’t speak (allergic reaction) the staff was extremely courteous and professional, the nurses were awesome and the doctor who looked too young or I’m getting to old (lol) probably the latter was very knowledgeable, hit me with some lifesaving drugs and out of there 3.5 hours later. Crazy… just wanted to say thanks To all there experience was almost fun! Woke up with quite a hangover though without the party??thebob1960⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI have had to go to this ER three times. I have had very professional and caring experiences in my two personal visits and one for my wife. I have had to visit other hospitals and this one ranks as one of the best I was taken care of at.Isaac GilesOne of the worst experiences in my ENTIRE life. I dont know what it’s called, but it’s like a sect only for mental people. I wanted to leave after the first few minutes being there. I ended up spending three days there on suicide prevention. With really nothing doctors and nurses can do. Staff complained about having to watch me while I was asking to leave. (didnt event wanna be there to begin with.) They said we cant let you do that. Even had a lawyer call me out of nowhere which I should’ve worked with her.. They had security and their head nurse or doctor watching me like a gang. Same doctor walked in looked right at me and sneezed without covering his mouth. I’ll never forget that bs man even if I want to.Janeen Cole⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI’m from out of state, was having back issues. The staff there took the time to diagnosed my case. And carefully explained my situation.. They were very compassionate and explained all my options.. Would highly recommend Mat-Su Regional Medical center.Mike Fritz⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI am so happy with Dr Mina and the group,You are all the best, you guys and gals are top of the line. My wife and I are very very proud of you guys!!!!CJ B⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI delivered at Mat Su Oct. 2019 and had a great experience. I was seeing Dr. Cook (From Mat Su Womens Health Specialists) for each prenatal visit throughout the year and was fortunate enough to have her deliver our son as well. This was our second child but first experience at Mat Su Labor and Delivery. Dr. Cook was positive and informative at each prenatal visit and delivery was very calming and one of the best experiences I’ve had and I attribute that to her respect and compassion towards families regarding their birth plans and her knowledge standpoint on birthing practices. Dr. Cook truly loves her profession and I would do the whole experience over again if I had her as a doctor!chris beasleyAfter meeting with reception we decided not to have a test ran because it wasn’t covered by insurance. So they said they wouldn’t run it and I left. I then get a bill for the test they shouldn’t have run and we’re not authorized to run. I disputed the bill and have been trying to get it resolved for 2 months now. They keep saying they will call me and never do. I’ve called over 10 times.Lanny Merritt⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI was very well taken care of by all the nurses and other staff. They were all proffesional .Hospital is not always a pleasant experience but my stay was very good.Tell all the cardio nurses they have a fanJeanny Alexander⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Patient Lindsey Gregory was very happy with this hospitals response to most of my needs thank uwarren sharp⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedGreat care you nurses and Doctors but you would think they would have basic cable or Satilite tv and the menu they give you means nothing to the kitchen I never once got what I ordered and the WiFi suckedLinda Hendrickson⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedVery professional and knowledgeable staff. Very friendly and comforting.Alaska gear review and stuff⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Mat su regional hospital did a great job and took care of me after hip replacement surgery. I had three things for improvement and what would have earned them 5 stars. 1.I asked for new ice for my ice packs, the nurses constantly across all shifts, would take the pack and not return it. They seemed distracted or maybe too busy 2.the toilet paper rolls are metered to dispense i E. Theĺone-two sheets sheet at a time. Not a great benefit while you are on the toilet after a major surgery and you are trying to wipe after a bowel movement and not contaminate yourself. 3.Nurses were all great! They did seemed like they were understaffed which caused them some distraction.Dan BlytheThis hospital has me listed as a addiction. Have ZERO drug history weather it’s law enforcement or medical history. The doctors are extremely rude and arrogant.Robin Minard⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThe team at Mat-Su Regional Medical Center is really dedicated to serving our community. It’s pretty special knowing you can get high-quality health care delivered by people who are literally your neighbors. The hospital has grown so much that there really is no reason to have to go to Anchorage anymore. We’re lucky to have this asset in our community!molliedee1986⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI had a scheduled induction and birth at Matsu birthing center on 9/16/19 and had an outstanding experience. The facility is up to date and comfortable and staff was amazing in every way. My experience giving birth at Matsu was 100% better than past experiences at other hospitals. We’ve had 3 ER visits and my infant son had surgery performed at Matsu in 2016 and we’ve had a great experience every time. I highly recommend!Court Ponte⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedWithout a doubt, I was taken care of with tenderness and the upmost of care.Diane Louise Jardel⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedGreat staff, very caring people. Very impressed with my entire experience.Jarom Schmidt⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedSpent the evening in the ER getting my little girl stitches from a fall. Staff we so caring, checking on us frequently, the doctors (Zink and Lindstrom) were amazing with her, and the other patients kept checking on her. It was an amazing experience I won’t forget because of the compassion from the hospital and other patients. Thanks for being there when we needed you!Jennifer Bryant⭐️⭐️Friendly staff but slow to help out with anything. Getting meds or going to the bathroom can litteraly take hoursRon Nordquist⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedGreat Doctors and nurses, plus great care.James Proctor⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedWell taken care of! all the staff were pleasant and courteous, professional.Petra Johnson⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI had hip surgery here a few months ago and the whole experience was incredibly good. All the nurses, doctors and other staff members worked together as a team and were helpful with anything I might need. Shout out to my pre op nurse Renee and my post op nurse Nancy who were both great.Brian Baugh⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedFirst off let me tell you that they saved my wife’s life. I have seen some of the negative reviews and let me tell you this. My wife had been to two other ED departments before going to Matsu. My wife would not be here today if it wasn’t for their amazing staff and doctors. Their ED department and ICU are top notch , the nursing staff are amazing. I have spent the last 17 years of my life traveling all over the world and this is the best hospital I have ever had my family treated at and I will forever be in their debt.Klye Boots⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI went to Mat-Su Regional after I crash landed on some ice and fractured my wrist. It only took a few minutes to check in and I was taken to a treatment room immediately. The doctor, nurses and x-ray tech were great. The facility was super clean. The support staff was also very helpful and friendly. It was a terrific hospital experience–and my wrist is doing great now.Ben ParkerDrive the hour to Anchorage to go to Providence!!!! Took our 3 year old son here for stitches. Had to wait for hours to give him the stitches. They kept saying they would return in 20 minutes then it would be over an hour. Dr had no one to help him so we had to hand him tools and hold something near our sons eye so he wouldn’t poke it. Very poor service. Also had troubles with billing which we are still dealing with. Will never go back we’ve had too many bad experiences here!T T⭐️⭐️⭐️Edit: after the birth of our child, I can say the Birthing Center and Maternal Medicine section of this hospital might as well be an entirely separate organization. Very pleasant experience with them. Raised my review a whole star, and they’re only a small percentage of the hospital. The nursing staff overall are pretty pleasant. The bureaucratic trickle down effect however, is obnoxious. My wife was in the ER for a relatively simple check to make sure she wasn’t having any life threatening symptoms after a scare; also to make sure her baby (8.5 months) did not have any problems. They did not. I should preface by saying we had already spent 4 hours in what was supposed to be a 30 min visit due to understaffing. Anyways, the doctor requested a room to keep us overnight, and after a 5 hour progression of “we have a room”, to “we think we have a room”, to “we have rooms, but they’re being assigned still”, to “i don’t know when we’ll get you a room, we have been stuck in a corner secluded only by cloth curtains, and surrounded by loud staff and patients. It is no surprise our patience for the other patients at 3 in the morning after being up for 23 hours was at a minimum. But to have to sit in the area we were in for 5-6 hours when rooms were available, all because someone couldn’t pick up a phone or print a piece of paper, (and for what I’m sure was $2000.00 billed), is absolutely asinine. So far, only impressed by about 3 of the staff at this establishment. Sad.Cee Jay⭐️⭐️⭐️ER is great, I’ve never had an issue, and never had to wait longer than a few minutes to be seen. Check-in/Billing is tedious, especially when nothing had changed in years that needed to be reported. They still had to ask the same questions over and over. I utilized their lab during off hours, and check-in is in the ER after hours (5pm!). This worked well for a while, but the ER is very obviously not helpful with checking in with the lab draws. I waited 2 hours one time for just a lab draw because of ER triage and the ungodly long check-in process. I must say though, they are fast….it’s just a long process. I stopped using their lab when I found out I can have the same tests done in 10 minutes at Quest. Sadly though, my midnight blood draws are over. I had surgery here! It turned out well. The doctor was a total jerk, but if you bring someone with you, they turn into saints. (Just a helpful tip). Being closest to me, I go there in an emergency, but generally, their doctors are rude, with bedside manner issues. Ortho? Forget it! They’re complete #$&holes. I don’t know why? I think that they think they are God or something. I had a terrible experience with a urologist there, he was SO rude I almost walked out. He obviously didn’t like anyone that was “un-pure”. I was chastised for decisions I made in my life 25 YEARS AGO! Completely and utterly rude. Ears Nose Throat doc was awesome though! It’s hit or miss there… Glad to see they partnered with Mayo tho! The clinic, not the condiment. d;-)James Bunch⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedMy wife went in to the OR for a procedure and it was very stressful. The staff there were so empathetic and caring. We couldn’t have asked for better care. I would trust them with my family any time.Catherine Babuscio⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedAwesome service! Physicians, staff and volunteers are the best I have ever experienced. Would trust this facility with all of my family medical needsJennifer Moore⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedWorking in healthcare for over 20 years and having worked all over the country, this hospital does want to care for it’s community and provide great care.arctic lifeIf I could give less than one star I would! Horrible treatment and services. The technician that checked me in had a bad attitude- asking me rhetorical questions instead of kindly informing me of useful health information based on her experience and knowledge. Was complaining to me about how many patients were coming in because they were almost closed. The doctor was no different- Dr Scott Peterson was pompous and disrespectful. Spoke to me rudely and sarcastically instead of professionally providing me with medical services and information. Spoke to me like I was an idiot- as if medical treatment and injuries are common knowledge. I refused their services after the way I was treated and decided to walk out, to which Dr Peterson rudely responded “Okay- we’re closed anyways.” Unbelievable and uncalled for lack of professionalism.Michelle Pylant⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI had to go to the Matsu Regional ER 3 days ago & was pleasantly surprised with the spectacular care I received. All of the staff were diligent & kind. Dr. Delduca was thorough when it came to examining what was wrong with me & did necessary tests until we got to the root of the problem. Thank you Matsu Regional! I feel alive again! Tosha Stewart⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedMy husband went to the urgent care last weekend, and he was seen within minutes! Quick to get x-rays, follow-up from the provider, and discharged promptly. Thanks Matsu!Jamie Schmidt⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedHaving experienced multiple urgent care and ER visits for my kids, I’ve been impressed with their nice facilities, great providers, and caring staff. I also delivered at Mat-Su Regional in 2016 and had the greatest experience because of the caring staff.JustDanAH⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedAn excellent team of healthcare professionals are the spirit of Mat-Su Regional Medical Center. My family and I appreciate the great care the team provided to us during our time of need and all of the staff had such an awesome attitude that made us comfortable and an overall great experience.Kerri Gillum⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI delivered two babies at Mat Su Regional and it was a fantastic experience!! Thank you to all of the exceptional staff that cared for us from the nurses, house keepers, lab, imaging, admissions, food service and more! Also a huge thank you to my midwife, Meg, from Mat Su Womens Health.John Vencill⭐️⭐️Hospital is great the people running it not so muchMichella SwansonWorst place ever!!! Every provider in that ER is a joke!! They misdiagnosed and attempted to give me several doses of amoxicillin when I am HIGHLY ALLERGIC TO IT ANS HAVE BEEN FOR years!! This place is a joke.. if you feel like dying then this is the place for you. Megan Lindstrom is one of the worst providers there… ear bleeding for a week now and she didn’t even look inside my ear she just wanted to send me on my way!Vern Neddeau⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Duty of care awesomeDustin Bartel⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI thank all the nurse and the doctors who helped I came thinking it was a minor problem turned out not to be so and they took care of me and got me on a path to getting better I thank them so much.Brandie AKNovember 29th 2018 I had just finished my dinner and suddenly I felt the most excruciating pain in my abdomen. I ran for the bathroom sicked up and fell to the floor. My daughter called an ambulance and I was rushed to the ER. I was given a CT scan and told that my pain was likely a number of ailments. Then told I was a coke addict because my urinalysis came back positive. I told Dr. Thomas Quimby to run it again because the results were false. He sniped “not in my experience”. Unreal! After we got home the earthquake hit and it was now Saturday so despite still feeling awful I waited till Monday trying the recommended doctors offices and everyone was closed. Tuesday I lost control of my bowels and bladder. My husband took me back to the ER. I was rushed into emergency surgery for a ruptured appendix with complications. My stay was 10 days 4 of which I was in a coma. I had 2 surgeries. My husband and 3 kids were so scared. Appendicitis wasn’t even considered by a doctor that was too busy witch hunting for addicts.Kira Sanarov⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedLove this hospital, had 3 babies here and would go back again. The care is great, everyone cares about you,I felt like at home. Thank you to all the doctors, nurses and all staff who works here.Deena Straub⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedLove our ER, great care for a scary symptom. Dr Lindstrom was awesome.EarthExplorerHorrible hospital. Nursing staff doesnt seem to care about doing thier job. It took 20 min for someone to come in after we pushed the call button every single time. Saw lots of nurses standing around and playing on thier phones. Unprofessional. The only people doing thier jobs where the room service staff who brought my dad his meals. I hope we never have to come here againSweet Ti⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedMy husband recently had emergency surgery (appendicitis) and this has been the best hospital experience we’ve ever had. Much better than Anchorage’s Regional and Providence hospitals. Mat-Su’s nursing & CNA staff are top notch and even the housekeeping and cafeteria workers were pleasant and friendly.Paul⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedSaturday 5/12/18 our 11 month old daughter came down with an ear infection. By Sunday morning it had spread to both ears so we decided she needed to go in to the ER. We left home at 9:30am and were seen at this Emergency Room. By 11am we were back home. The doctor was a bit brief but the nurses were amazing! This hospital has really stepped up their game and we appreciate it. We are also self pay and don’t carry normal insurance. We got a 65% discount off the bill for paying same day and for not having insurance. Thank you!Nina J Gress⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedJust wonderful staff, especially the nurses. Thank youCindy Allen Judd⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI spent a week in the hospital after a trip to the emergency room. I received great care from the whole staff. Everyone was very caring and professional. Kudos to all and my deepest gratitude. Nancy NephewKristin Elieff⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedMy dad had surgery here last week and the staff was amazing! They answered all our questions, kept us informed on progress every hour and basically made us feel like he was the only one in the hospital. He was in the hospital 3.5 days and was treated with respect and kindness, in addition to receiving excellent care. I am so grateful that we have this calliber of care in the Valley. Thank you Lisa, Marilyn, and Dawn!! <3WIlliam BriscoeAbsolutely awful experience which is obviously designed to maximize how much they can cheat you out of rather than providing the care which you need. Seriously, these people will stall and delay as much as they can to ensure that you stay in the emergency room long enough to hit their highest tier of charges, bill your insurance, then send you to collections for the rest (I went in with something which should have only taken an hour, they stalled me to 4 hours, and billed me 8 grand); worst part of it? they didn’t actually resolve ANYTHING!!!! When I received my bill, I called an explained this to their billing department who had me speak to one of the doctors. By his own admission, in his opinion, I did not recieve the “quality of care” which I should have received and in his opinion, my bill should have been adjusted accordingly. I told the billing department this, they told me the person who handles this is on vacation and will call me back when they get back, and next thing I know, I get a letter threatening to send me to collections. In order to protect my credit, I reluctantly agreed to pay installments on the full absurd amount (prior to the deadline that their nastygram gave me). Immediately following payment of the installment (agreed to by matsu), on time, they sent me to collections anyways. All this trouble and overbilling for an issue which their staff was too incompetent to deal with, both on the care and the billing side. I would strongly suggest that anyone suffering a health issue go into Anchorage rather than Matsu. Seriously, if you are not critical , seek other care providers nearby (and if you are critical, I’m sorry, but you’re probably SOL).Danae Kringle⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I have had many negative experiences here but this last time we got the most caring er doctor I’ve ever had. Dr Coomes was really caring and sensitive to my needs. He was quick and efficient and discharged me immediately after the problem was resolved. I would go back just because of him!Don MckeownIt’s nick name is appropriate. Death valley!!! Do not go their any complaints go unanswered.. If I could give it a 0 that’s what they would get.Adrian Hull – Mountain Zoon⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI never thought I would find myself in the emergency room at Mat-Su Regional, but when a small bone chip lodged itself in my left knee and I was in excruciating pain, not knowing why, my husband drove the almost 2 hour trek in the middle of the night to find an answer and relief for my pain. The entire staff was outstanding along two lines, friendliness and professionalism. The doctor I saw was Anne Zink who was prompt, concerned and quickly discovered my trouble. She provided outstanding care complete with written, detailed instructions and referrals for further help I needed. The x-ray techs were super professional and again, quite personable. The woman who checked us out as we were leaving was of great help to us also. I do not wish to go into details about that but will say she had our best interest in mind and provided a great service for us in both a professional and friendly manner. This is not to mention others who registered our arrival, helped with crutches, explained medications, everyone was exceptional. Thank you Mat-Su Regional ED.Alaska Bear⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedGreat facility and caring people!Gregory GiauqueI don’t do reviews, I’m only doing this to hope these complaints are addressed. We walked up to the checkin at 7:45pn with one other patient waiting in the waiting area. We waited 15 min and watched three other patients that checked in after us get taken back. The entire time I saw three different staff look at us from around a corner window to the left of the checkin desk. This made me feel that night staff were both unprofessional and uncaring. Their looks were perceived as gawking, leering and I definitely saw head shakes. A nurse or staff came out looked at us turned to the receptionist and said something, the receptionist then snickered. The staff walked back into the receiving area. I think there were assumptions made about what was happening. I walked to the receptionist and told her we were going to providence, she said “yeah OK”. I had enough & went to Providence, a more caring and professional ER intake staff. It’s 40 minutes away driving the speed limit. We spent 2 minutes checking in at Prov and were taken back immediately. Read the reviews, this hospital used to be a great hospital that served the community. It would appear the leadership is lacking, the training in compassion and customer service is lacking and professionalism is not necessary. I’ve seen this attitude in other businesses that have no competition and will go elsewhere if at all possible.Pamela PorterI HAVE BEEN IN THIS HOSPITAL 3 TIMES AND THEY DAMN NEAR KILLED ME!!! I HAVE A 4″ PLATE IN MY LOWER BACK AND PINS IN MY NECK BECAUSE OF A FALL IN THIS HOSPITAL!! THE NURSE WAS TOLD BY MY DOCTOR NOT TO LEAVE ME ALONE BECAUSE I HAD NO MUSCLE CONTROL! THE NURSE LEFT ME ALONE AFTER TAKING ME TO THE RESTROOM, AND I FELL ON MY LOWER BACK AND HIT MY HEAD ON THE WALL!! I RUPTURED ONE DISK AND HERNIATED ANOTHER DISK WHICH CAUSED ME TO HAVE TO HAVE 2 MORE SURGERIES!! THEY CHANGED THEIR RECORDS AS NOT TO BE HELD RESPONSIBLE OR SUED FOR IT!!!!! THEY NEVER FOUND OUT THAT I WAS ALLERGIC TO LYRICA!!! I DID!!!! IT TOOK THEM 17 TRIES TO GET AN IV IN MY ARM!!!!!! THE HOSPITAL IS BEAUTIFUL BUT RAN BY A BUNCH OF IGNORANT IDIOTS!!!!!!!!!!!! IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE I WOULD NOT GO THERE!! I MADE THE AMBULANCE TAKE ME TO ALASKA REGIONAL FROM THEN ON! I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN MATSU REGIONAL HOSPITAL AKA AS “”DEATH VALLEY”” EVEN TO TAKE A DUMP!!!!Christina Rackard⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedOut of 4 stays in this hospital I finally felt like some one.I was on MED-SURG and everyone there was wonderful, I didn’t have to wait over an hour to go to bathroom like on the other floors. Every nurse and down to the people that cleaned and ones
