Kathryn Lafrinere2 hours 45 minutes and counting for wait time . Place is a joke in terms of professionalism and patient flow. The woman taking my blood “in the hall way” literally had blood flowing all over my clothes. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!Sol TaranoPlace is a joke 3+ hours for er waiting room with staff that jus goes through the motionsPaula BassTerrible lack of communication with patients.Eric PeddyGo to a different er if you can. This place is terrible.Christine welshDoctor in training could not stop looking at himself in the mirror then when wrapping my foot , shoved his thumb into my stiches, almost made me cry . Maybe pay attention to the patient more and not your newest hair cutBonnie FerrenceNo such thing as fasttrack here…. 2 hours and counting.. still in waiting roomDaniel F EvanMy gf had a arguement with her family. They called police. She had scratches from itching dry skin. Her mom was like shes been scratching her arm. Police and EMts agreed she doesnt need to go after her mom insisted she went to this hospital to be seen by a social worker. 16 hours my gf has been under observation. Still hasn’t scene by 1 social worker. Ive been waiting 10 hour with her sitting alone in a hallway. Hasn’t even got food on time… plus her breakfast was cold. This hospital should be firing employees at this point. I said police and emts should make a quick report so she can be released since she never even needed to be under observation Either way this hospital is horrible. Lucky if someone doesnt die from low to not enough careUniqua CWaited 8.5 hours before getting a room. They did NOT give the IV meds doctor on call prescribed, causing an extra day’s stay. HORRID service! Once upstairs in a room, however, I was very well taken care of by great nurses!A BearDO NOT GO TO THIS EMERGENCY DEPT. I rushed my wife here for extreme pain in her head. I told them when we arrived she had brain aneurysm in the past. After 3 hours in the waiting room in EXTREME PAIN I Had to. rush her to another hospital. They dont care at McClaren. They even took a drug addict going through withdrawls first.Crystal PenceI was treated in the worst way ever by a surgical resident today it literally broke my heart. I’ve been suffering for going on three weeks with throwing up, dizzy/fainting, can’t eat, abdominal pain, burning pain, blood in stool, with prior ulcer and many more symptoms and can’t eat which I know I have a stricture again also might I add passed out yesterday in the hospital in the Hall and was wheeled in to sit for five hours in the waiting room only to be told today we’ve viewed all your prior test from almost two weeks ago when I was admitted that they see no reason to keep me today even when I’m getting worse those test were two weeks ago not from today so god knows what’s changed with blood in my stool. I’ve been more than patient for almost a year suffering with abdominal pain and still I sit with no answers they think you just want their drugs in which of course when your in pain it helps, but I want answers as well. I’m scared and physically tired. Nobody understands what I’m going through and won’t unless it happens to you after two gastric bypass surgeries and for people to get treated the way I have is awful. I just wanted help I’m truly suffering and scared. I’m very disappointed in the surgical team and if something happens to me I hope you can live with the desission of sending me home today just because nothing shows in bloodwork doesn’t mean there’s nothing wrong. People walk out of hospitals everyday being told their fine and die, but I’m no doctor so I’m stupid. I made the mistake of trusting and being patient with the care I received under the surgical team here, but I do not anymore. I know my body and my body has been telling me somethings wrong and it’s only gotten worse. Doctors should listen to patients really listen because you can be making a mistake that can cause someone their life!lane deckerNight shift is full of wannabe doctors who act like they just left high school. Every night is another party, everything else is more important than what they’re supposed to be doing. Expect to wait while your bozo finishes flirting with the “twenty-something-bubble-headed-bleach-blond”DE E⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedWas seen and taken care of very quickly within 30 minutesAJR3 ExplicitI’m sitting in here right now its been 2 hours in the waiting room, they won’t give anything for pain, but last time they did apparently not allowed, I have appendicitis my doctor thinks he sent me here and called ahead, but if you got medicaid they will watch you be in pain and push everyone with paid insurance in while you are miserable and cold. Another hospital that lets patients with state insurance die or siffer, can’t believe this. Most the time there talking laughing and giggling in the end desks where there’s no patients. I hope this spreads y’all can’t find a better way to manage and help patient’s and stop talking about your personal lives and eating popcorn!!! Its Thursday 03/08/18 the time was 3:23pm it is now 5:30pm waiting room, only Courtesy I got was sitting away from every one.Kendra BurkeHORRIBLE. Waited 90 minutes to be seen by Dr. Was diagnosed without any testing and while sitting in a wheelchair in the hallway!
