CP F⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER Recommendedwent here at 2 am after a nasty fall on my head. i was seen promptly and quickly, including the scans and the results. all of the staff i interacted with were friendly, caring, and professional. I was in and out within about an hour with results in hand (could have helped that I was there at 2 am but still). They had more than enough staff members to make the process go quickly, efficiently, and smoothly. glad they were not far from where i was! it was a nice atmosphere and not super large and crazy like some hospital ERs.Lisa Litchkowski⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedEnded up bringing myself to the ER after having some pains under my rib cage and stomach issues. The staff was amazing and very thorough. Irene was my nurse and she was so passionate and amazing at what she does. I was seen by Robert Mulry, NP and honestly I wish he could be my regular physician. Definitely felt like the level of care I received there went above and beyond.Alicia Pientek I never throw the race card but if you have any melanin in your skin BEWARE YOU WILL BE MISTREATED. Dr. Michael K (can’t remember his last name) was lackadaisical and impersonal. Nurse Sherry was dismissive, abrasive, and rude. She even berated the patient: “you need to remember what we tell you and what medicines we give you and do a better job communicating to your family”. Woah… such an inappropriate demand of a patient, especially of a patient who is confused, in crisis, and experiencing low blood sugar! Nurse in charge, Germaine, aka GG is more concern about protecting her nurse staff than she is caring about the patient. She did not care to address appropriate patient and patient family’s concerns. GG even went as far to punish the family by moving the patient into a different room (one where family was not allowed to visit) without providing explanation as to why she was moving the patient! And then when asked if we could see the patient before being transferred she said NO and walked away without any explanation. On top of poor nurse support, disrespect, and lack of communication… One of the security guards, John or Michael had the audacity to tell my mother “You should be in the crisis unit”. How dare he say something so harsh to the wife of a crisis patient! So distasteful, rude, and downright mean. Fortunately the security manager, Chris Duncan listened to our complaints and said he would speak to his staff member. The staff member needs to be reprimanded and retrained. So if you are DYING and have no where else to go, then sure go to Bayshore. BUT if you can go anywhere else I highly recommend it. Please note not all the staff at Bayshore are rotten. There were some kind nurses and doctors such as a Nurse Lauren, who was caring and compassionate. Nurse Stephanie ( I believe that was her name) who was very helpful! And Dr. Wu who truly did seem sorry when he apologise for some of the staffs behaviour and the terrible long wait.Iam HIS⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI went in for a surgical procedure Tuesday the 28th of May. From the time I arrived, until today when I left- everyone was so nice, and caring. The nurses Victoria, Ngovi, and Samantha were so thorough and thoughtful. The PCT’s Donti, cliff, and Jesus also another young lady- they were all caring. I could tell they loved their job. I didn’t see anyone angry and no one acted as if they didn’t want to be there. It seemed like they all worked really well together. Everyone was amazing. I met a patient care advocate, whose name is Mark. Mark went beyond his job duties. He had the same surgery I had. He was so empathetic and personable. He came to talk with me and honestly he helped me to look pass the pain to how I will feel in a couple of weeks. I’m gratful to have met him. He has a big heart towards everyone I’m thankful for my experience at bayshore hospital. I forgot to mention Suzanne( the R.N. in the bariatric center) she was amazing. Also, I can’t forget Dr. Richard Greco. If anyone is getting bariatric surgery I recommend him, or dr. Silva fresco. Their team works with excellence. I’m gratful for all of them. Thank all of you. I hope you all get a raise, or something that shows you that you’re appreciated. One last thing- I want to thank the transportation people, they were awesome too. I was in room 211A west wing. Thanks to you all and the people who helped me with the swallow test. Everyone was so nice. Thank you all.Karen K My Dad died because the staff didnt admit the treatment for my Dad’s broken back was beyond their capability.
