Mathew Pin The DR and staff were fine. BUT they filed our emergency visit under an old inactive insurance (10 years old) even though we gave them our new one, which obviously caused a lot of problems. We were billed around 3 to 4 separate bills (adding up to thousands of dollars) and spent hours on hold with numerous places attempting to fix this. I understand that people make mistakes but this mistake cost hours for me and unnecessary financial stress. We are in the process of getting this fixed by calling each individual biller. A lot of it is fixed but like I said, at the cost of my time.Shayla B Davis⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI know Medical Center Enterprise (Enterprise Hospital) has a bad reputation, but I had to go there Saturday evening (around 6pm) because my 10mo baby had a fever we couldn’t get under control, and they were EXCELLENT. There was zero wait. They took me to the back before I could even finish filling out my emergency contact paperwork. The doctors and staff were SO NICE to my baby girl, and we’re super accommodating when we discovered she had a blow out en route to the hospital. I don’t think I was in there a full hour before she had been examined, tested for strep and flu (both negative), and I handed a prescription for her and for my husband and myself (we’ve had sore throats too). I’ve also gone to Flowers much later on a Saturday evening earlier this year for myself (I sliced off a portion of my finger), and the staff was not nearly as professional and I was in there for around 3 hrs.Kaylene Clark This is the rudest staff I’ve ever seen. Miss Dr Kelley has no bed side manners. Wish they would have a class on manners before they get their medical licenses. I’m thankful I don’t live in that town. When your family is upset about a family member heart. It’s not a laughing thing. They need to know everything’s going to be all right. They don’t need a bunch of smart mouths running off at them when they ask what is wrong.I will say I feel sorry for anybody that has to face Dr Kelley and her bunch when times are bad.cynthia clagg⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedCame in today after urgent care refused to treat me and received top notch and quick service. I’ve been here several times and have always been treated quickly and felt staff was knowledgeable and caring. Received a breathing treatment and was out in less than two hours (waited 3 hours at urgent care just to be seen).Nate Tuckness⭐️⭐️The staff were friendly, but the facility is very dirty and unorganized. Will not return.Casey Grace This place is a fing joke setting in here right now been 3+ hours hire some dam doctors or nurses or whatever you need to get these people through here..will not be back
