Marissa Nichols⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI just got home from the ER and when I say best professional experience I could’ve ever had, I mean that. I want to thank everyone that helped me today at Memorial ER. To help them, you have to tell them exactly what you are experiencing, the truth, so they can get to the bottom of what is wrong and how to help. I have always hated going to the ER (I’m from MD so my wait time just in the waiting room is typically 3-4 hours without vitals even being taken). I was there for about 4 hours total and have no complaints whatsoever! Thanks again Memorial ER!Shannon HallFirst let me say it takes a whole lot for me to actually go to the hospital for myself. I had been running a high fever that got to 102.4 and I couldn’t get it down so I basically had no choice, this place didn’t even give me a tylenol, NOTHING!! no antibiotics, no blood work, they did a urine test and that’s it ,told me they were going to give me prescriptions for an upper respiratory infection and gave a a prescription for over the counter ibuprofen and over the counter prescription for robitussin!! Unbelievable!! They charged my insurance a few thousand dollars for nothing. This was horrible service and I think the worst is the way I was treated. I’m embarrassed and ashamed of how I was treated. Something should be done to mean lady that is checks people in.Vonnie CieslaIf you see the tall sandy blonde euro trash dr. Come your way ask for another dr immediately. I get bronchitis twice a year since moving from Richmond hill I had cane here. He didn’t look in my ears, I left without any treatment and feel worse today. Memorial health is the WORST HOSPITAL ON THE PLANET. THAT EURO TRASH MALE DR, SHOULD BE REMOVED. DISGUSTINGB⭐️⭐️⭐️Dr. Pope has excellent bedside manner and was extremely friendly and helpful; Tyler the RN was very nice as well. I was triaged quickly but was stuck sitting on a gurney in the middle of all of the rooms and hallways for the entirety of my stay (three or four hours) when there were at least four rooms open and I was being tested for a contagious illness, while coughing, so that was weird. The female RNs were loudly discussing people dropping dead in front of me and what was going on in the other rooms in a gossipy way which made me very uncomfortable.Jinnie alvarado Family over everything God 1st⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThe ER peds is the best… very good doctors and nurses. Very caring and understanding and patient. I thank them for taking care of my son. The children’s hospital gowns were clean and the bed was clean .. a little wear and tear on the walls from the paint but other wise was in good shape. The peds doctors and nurses are very sufficient. When I had gotten home they even answered my question about the medication I had. Very polite nice and took time to make sure all was on point. Thank you.Coty Knox⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThis was the most friendly, fast, helpful, concerned, thoughtful and promising hospital I’ve been to staff were on their a game with me and my problem they deserve more than what stars their rated by far!Karan Fowler⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedEveryone was nice and made me feel comfortable during the scary situationSamantha DavisTransported here and left in a hallway of this ER for over 2 hours. No care was given. Hippa was broken. I was not brought a sip of water, no meds, and the staff just complain.abby whydoihavetoThe nursing staff is very unfriendly in the emergency, especially since they are caring of very ill people.Jillian Christensen⭐️⭐️⭐️The doctor himself was amazing, as well as their lead rn, the patient care technicians need HIPPA training.Destiny BakerDo not go here. We came here at about 1 today and we are leaving now at 7. The doctors didn’t see me once besides to get vitals. They said they were going to get us a room “soon” at around 1:30 after asking numerous times how much longer it would take they continued to say that there was no way they could say. Several people were brought back a few times and soon after returned to the waiting area. They said they would call be back for tests “in a little bit” at 2 but about 4 hours later I realized they had lied about that too. The treatment or lack thereof here was awful, don’t waste your time.Brittany Na’ShayBrought my one year old in… The doctor came to see us, he was very nice . However, We never knew who his nurse was UNTIL he was getting discharged ( not to mention we didn’t even know he was getting discharged until she finally showed up) ! She never took vitals , she never poked her head in the room to ask if we wanted water !Brandon HuffmanWhat’s the point of going to the emergency room with no sense of emergency, wife is throwing up blood an no one even cares, I’m going to file as many complaints as possible. It’s not even busy, an they can’t take care of one person, because they haven’t even had their coffee yet! About to take her to another hospital that will take care of her!Patricia DunnThis place is full of it my mom was here they didn’t even care about her health get some more workers who want to work!!!I should move her to Emory In Atlanta Galatonya lark⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedGreat staffJoyce CarterTerrible… trash cans always over flowing with trash..
