Samuel Otano⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedExcellent services and very professional. I’m very happy with the way I was treated last night, Doctors/Nurse were able to cure my pain, made me feel comfortable in the way the manage the situation and more important made me feel they care about patians. Thank you very much to the team in the emergency room working over night yesterday. I really appreciate it.Henry Mestre⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedFirst time at this ER in many years, and found it to be excellent by all standards. The care provided by each and every individual, from reception to nurses, to technicians, to ER doctor, was highly attentive and professional. Clean and state of the art facilities. Highly recommend.Vanessa TrujilloI wish I could give 0 stars! Please no one waste your time here! The feeling that something is wrong with your health or that of a family member is unbearable. The ER should be a place where you will feel taken care of. I felt very unsafe and was treated horribly (especially by the front desk nurse). I ended up leaving Mercy hospital and went to Doctor’s hospital ER where I was treated 5 stars even though they had more patients, I was very well taken care of. The entire staff of Doctor’s Hospital was incredible! As a nursing student I know what it’s like to be in the hustle and bustle of multiple patient’s at once but you need to have a calm head and not uses phrases that I was told at Mercy Hospital such as, “i need to take your vitals very quick and you can sit here in the hallway bed because i don’t think what you have is that serious”. I cannot wait to finish nursing school to enter the field and treat people how they deserve. I’ve also been taught that if your having a personal day, DO NOT GO TO WORK. These are people’s lives in your hand and that nurse was taking it very lightly. That front desk nurse should not have been working there, let alone have a nursing license.CDV PowerI’ll never recommend this E.R. to no one. First the nurse on the front desk couldn’t be more rude and with nonsense how to deal with people that need emergency and first aid. Also he was disrespectful and I need to force myself to leave this place. Resuming unpleasant. This is again showing that big and fancy place means nothing we it comes to have a good service. I highly don’t recommend.Maria Elie⭐️⭐️⭐️I’m giving it 3 stars because the staff that helped once we were admitted were SO kind, professional and helpful. Otherwise at most 1 star. When we arrived at the ER at 3am Saturday there was NO ONE there (my 89 year old father had fallen and hit his head). NO security and no staff to help. I had to get a wheelchair and get my dad out of the car by myself. I had to knock very loud on the door and it was 10 minutes before anyone came out to help. VERY SAD! The place was FILTHY – wrappers and papers all over the floor (apparently left over from previous patients) in the room we were in – all 3 bathrooms were disgusting and paper towels, wrappers and toilet paper all over the floor. At 5 am or so, a cleaning person was cleaning the bathrooms. Apparently there is no security, front desk staff or cleaning staff overnight.
