B Smith⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI went to the Marlborough 24hr emergency care at about 3am because I was having problems breathing along with a viral issue and I cannot say enough about how wonderful the staff was at this facility. They were the nicest people I have ever met in the medical field. Dr. Janet Gordon explained everything so thoroughly and was so sweet and caring, she even took the time to research over the counter meds I took which made me worse. The nurse who I wish I had gotten her name was so sweet and caring as well, they both made me feel so comfortable and have exceptional bedside manner. Within 3 min of walking through the door the nurse was taking care of me. I cannot say enough about how wonderful this experience was for something that is usually very uncomfortable. I will never go anywhere else for urgent care and urge anyone that can make it to exit 13 off RT2 East to use this place.1NMOT1ONContinues to send me repeat bills for a walk in visit they charged me 1100 for. I paid the bill via an HSA and have documentation proving so. Here I am a year later and continue to get bi monthly bills sent to me for my visit showing I still owe 1100 in outstanding dues. P.s. the 1100 was for a doctors note after I called out sick with a cold. I was told they cannot disclose charges for visits until you are billed after your visit. Its a TRAP!!Crystal MundThis place is a joke … all they care if the money u walk in and cost u automatic 300 what my Drs told me… and they don’t do much for u … he said why didn’t u call us told him I did but u guys couldn’t see me till 1130 and I was in so much pain with a sinus infection which I know I had … had it for 3 weeks now and the doc at er said it’s just a viral antibiotics won’t work … and I said really ??? Avoid.Mary Claire MaederI recently visited this clinic with my 89 year old father after being directed to go there from by his doctor for cellulitis that was not improving. We checked in just before noon- by the time we walked out of there it was approaching 430 and we never saw the attending doctor just a PA- (who was pleasant but frazzled from what she said was a very busy day). My advice would be unless you have blood spouting profusely out –or like to sit around and wait for hours go someplace else.Gina Scelza⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThey had Life Star bring my brother in law to Hartford Hospital..definately assisted in saving his life today.Rose Hills⭐️⭐️⭐️This hospitals is wonderful as long as you don’t get thrown into fast track! I doctors in fast track her very rude, have no sense pain, of course not, it’s not their family that is suffering! if I ever have a problem I will wait till after they close at 9 o’clock to see a real doctor!Allison Margaret BigelowI recommend avoiding this hospital. While conducting research in CT, I noticed two bites with rings of approximately 3 cm diameter surrounding each mark. I went to what I was told was a clinic for a proper diagnosis. The doctor wasn’t sure whether the bites indicated Lyme disease or not, so she prescribed an antibiotic to treat two different varieties of tick bite. Our conversation was perhaps 8-9 minutes long, mostly because the data (bite marks) were inconclusive. Three weeks later, I received a bill for $700 because Middlesex Hospital bills as “outpatient facility” ($350 for the ER visit and $350 for the professional staffing of the hospital) rather than “outpatient clinic.” Below these two charges, there was a line-item charge for “insurance” for $206, followed by a credit showing that my insurance company had paid $206, thus leaving me with $700 in outstanding charges. I have a PhD and spend most of my days reading dense manuscripts from the 17th century, but I will admit to not following the logic of these billing practices. I called the billing department to ask for an explanation, but the response left me more confused than when I started. The customer service representative said that the hospital had followed it standard billing procedure, but I confirmed with a nurse in the area that not all patients are billed as “outpatient facility.” My insurance company is now looking into the charges. I hope that mine is an isolated case. But speaking only from my own experience, I would strongly encourage people to avoid this hospital. I have insurance, and I can only imagine how awful they are to sick people who don’t have medical coverage.Erik Hurlburt⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThe waiting room chairs are very comfortable
