Tiffanie Robinson⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedFor my experience tonight, I am giving 5 stars and heres why: When I walked into the Clare ER, I was expecting at least a 2 hour wait before discharge. I was very adamant about bringing things to occupy my 2yr old that had split this head open awaiting stitches. I also made sure to bring his health insurance card, my ID and so on. I wanted to be prepared! Walking in with my arms full, explain to the registration desk what had happened and that he could use a couple of stitches. Less than 5 minutes a triage nurse came to get vitals and take us back to a room. The PA on call came to us quickly and within 10 minutes we were prepared to numb my child’s wound for stitches! With all said and done, it had been approximately 35 minutes and we were in car headed home!!! My only suggestion was to wait a few more minutes longer for the numbing agent to work since it seems my kiddo could feel the stitches being done. This service tonight had surpassed my expectations. They all were very calm, cool, knowledgeable, willing to help and answer any questions I had. I will also mention how well they kept my kiddo calm and engaged! Yes, they needed to talk to me for his care.. they made a point to ask him what happened and continued to keep his attention. I know ER staff can change frequently…we were very lucky to have a calm night to get us in quick and great staff to get us taken care of! Thank you Calli, Pete and Lauren for your great care!!!Skyler SchaeferWaiting hours on end to get into a room. Terrible service. Wish I could give it a one star review.Tiffany Murray-Dickinson⭐️⭐️⭐️I’ve been in and out of here more than I’d like to. To be completely honest every time you go, even if it is dead in there it takes HOURS to get you out of there. If you go in for an antbiotic change or something plan on spending at least 3 hours on a SLOW day. The nurses are incredible, the PA (Calli) is awesome, Jeanie at the front desk is awesome. However, Dr. Eaton was very unapproachable & rude. If you’re in there for a severe case of strep you obviously aren’t feeling so hot and as a doctor you need to be sensitive to that. I think Dr. Eaton spent more time outside on his phone than actually doing anything else. It’s okay for him to text on the job but it’s not okay for someone who hasn’t been able to leave bed for 5 days because they’re so sick to have a shake in his room. *eye roll*. I am appreciative for the help, again, nurses are fantastic but get some Doctors who care please.Lisa jansenIf I could, I would give this ER zero stars. A couple years ago, I sat in Clare, Michigan’s emergency room, throwing up blood into a waste basket in front of me. I sat there for almost 2 hours and they still didn’t feel that my symptoms warrantied taking me back to a room, so my husband cut my band off and told them (pretty much where to shove it) and took me to Midland, where I was given first rate service from the doctors and nurses. Now presently, today to be exact, my sister fell down some stairs and hurt her knee and back. Again, we sat in that ER in Clare for 3 damn hours and people were being called back before her that came in a long time after we did. I hate to say it, but the ratings Clare gets, has to be fraudulent because in the many years I have lived here, it certainly hasn’t changed for the better.Jason PotterI had to wait more than 3hrs with a whole in my leg before a doctor would even see me. This place is a joke. You would be better off treating yourself. Its to bad I couldn’t give this place 0 starsjaynavlivenow i just got out of there and i have to say the young doctors in the er are great but there is an older man and he is a death sentence i got there at 5:00 am flu deathly ill they took all the tests they could rape my insurance for and the terrible nursing staff just said you have to go no cloth’s no coat or shoes they said go lay in the waiting room we need the bed, there was none there , nurses are so important in hospitols and those suck bad warning stay away far away, they will let you die and could care less just read we all cant be wrongGary NortonNot the place to go your labelled a drug addict as soon as you walk inJeff Heaven⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️There when you need them.
