Amanda Coalter⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThe last 2 times I’ve gotten in a room within approx 15 min of arriving. They get me whatever pain meds I need much sooner than other emergency room hospitals.Don BrownI have taken my mother approximately 6 times over the past year, my daughter twice in the past year, my Grandson twice in the past year, a friend of mine and his daughter I have encouraged and drove them to Missouri Baptist ER. Today? I have never been more upset with the service received in my life. Staff did not care at all. Whatever attitude. Disgusting. Wont ever reccomend again. Mercy is right down the road. Much better service and care.Terry MotonI arrived there at 930, was told it was a 30 min wait to be seen, after 3 hours of waiting with my daughter who was unable to swallow and the staff didnt seem to care. They were having converson about shopping and needing a babysitter. We finally got a room were the nurse was okay but the Dr had a attuide, came in and didnt close the door, I believe he said his name but im not sure. He was in the room all of 7 mins. Mind you the only reason we came is because my wife works here. This is not customers and I now see why so many of the patients that were in there left.Mehmed IbrahimovicIt’s not en emergency it’s a jock! Huge hospital and no one cares about you Had to go 3 time to the front seat before they got me checked in! She asked me unnecessary questions I my mouth was all swollen And then waited 4 h to get a room Like I said not an emergency it’s a jockeLiz RDoctors don’t read reports from other hospitals. Just want to get you out regardless of issue.Mark Andrew⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI am always impressed with the nurses and doctors at Missouri Baptist Hospital! My parents are older and have been there multiple times, many for serious medical issues and by far MOBap has the best nursing staff in St. Louis. Thank you for what you do!AngelaWent in at around 8pm waited a half an hour and was put in the overflow area which was the pediatric department. Had my basic stuff done by the nurse and then waited almost 3 hours still no doctor came in then another nurse moved me to the regular adult er department and 5 hours in and I’m still waiting to be seen by someone. I fee like they just forgot about me and everyone who came in behind me already had been here and left. This is ridiculous I probably could of went to Barnes and been in and out by now!Rosemary Anderson⭐️⭐️My husband was in the ER twice on sunday. The first time we waited 3 hours before getting a room. The secondtime was atleast 4 hours before a room. I know on Sunday the ER is always busy but they need more room and more nurse and doctor . The nurse and doctor was very nice . We where back yo the ER on Monday night again waited a long time them also . When we did get a room I had to change my husband into the gown myself . I was not happy about that i said something to nurse . I asked her if i as going to get pay for her job. She was not happy with me after the question I asked her about getting pay. She did help my husband get dress to go home that morning. .DR JONES WAS GREAT. Very helpful and nice. Answer questions we had .Bruno Carneiro FerreiraI waited for 2h and then left. I also saw two other people leaving because they were waiting for so long.Iris AlcantarWas in the waiting room for about an hour even though it was early in the morning and the waiting room was literally empty. Had a nurse called Dina or Deana in the ER and made the ugliest faces at us, although she thought I hadn’t seen her. Got there around seven in the morning and didn’t leave till 730 pm. How sad ! Doctors don’t care and will sit and just make you wait even if they arent doing anything. Dont recommend unless you’re up for waiting a lot of hours and not being diagnosed with anything.sam manzellaI used to think this was a great hospital. Hell it mighy be. But i went in in horrible pain in my appendix area. Couldn’t even stand straight and was in a lot of pain. But that was no priority over someone here with flu like symptoms. Those people should gonto urgent care. Im still sittinf here 2 hours after i got here. Appendicitis that could potentially be very very bad is no priority. Then i eas told i was signed to a room and then thst it was a mistake. Wow.toefireLong wait and not helpful.
