adolf paterson⭐️⭐️⭐️When my 99 year-old father fell for the first time, I had him taken here as his primary doctor is in the Geriatric Institute here. My father is totally incontinent and when he wet his gown and pants they readily responded and got him and the bed changed but left him totally uncovered. When no one came back, I ended up putting his blankets back on. At one point, he thought he needed to defecate so I told someone nearby and they said they would get someone to bring a bedpan. After 5 minutes, I told someone else and they said they would get someone. Waiting another 15 minutes, I had to exclaim loudly to the main desk to finally get a response. Poor communications and too much time spent waiting. My father was checked in overnight for observation and they had no incontinence supplies. As they couldn’t put a Texas catheter on him, he was left with nothing on although I gave them a pair of Depends. And so he awoke in the night with bed and robe soaked. I then put the Depends on him myself and kept him changed. During the night, they wanted to take another blood sample for blood typing. I asked didn’t they do that in the ER and they said it was to double check in case he needed blood. I said no blood would be needed as they wouldn’t t do any surgery on someone his age anyway and refused it as they were just padding the bill. They also put on these special booties to prevent bed sores but he was only staying one night. Sadly, I didn’t catch it in time to refuse and he kicked them off anyway. No wonder our medical costs are astronomical. The patient is not in the loop and hospitals assume insurance with handle everything.Margaret Newnom⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI highly recommend this hospital. I was first here in the emergency department on June 27 on my birthday at 1:30am. Was supposed to be at another hospital that day at 11:00am for a test. But was in a lot of distress and husband called 911. Ambulance took me here. So happy they did. Emergency room doctor did test and CT scan and I was admitted. First thing in the morning Dr Gorechlad meet with me. I knew I was going to need surgery and he was great going over everything. Good and bad. Had the surgery the next morning. Besides his great ability and knowledge, Dr Gorechlad was so compassionate getting me through it all. The staff on the 5th Floor were fantastic. Was in hospital for 11 days. Then rehab facility for 2 weeks. I had to heal and get stronger to have a second surgery that Dr Gorechlad told me he would do. That surgery was done on November 19th. Again Dr Gorechlad was fantastic. So was the nursing staff and aides and cleaning crew and food workers. Was in hospital 1 week. Can not say enough how caring they all are. I highly recommend this hospital and Dr. Gorechlad. Also the rooms are private which helps you get the rest you need to heal faster.AvrohomWent for a simple outpatient test, very rude receptionist, waited for hours while everyone nonjewish went first. The facts speak for themselvesAbe NathanDon’t go thereTheresa BurnsThe emergency room has really gone down in the last few years! they down play your illness and you go to another because they did not help and find out you did have a issues that was causing pain or illness I had Pneumonia and the Nurse Practitioner Told me she had a cough all week too go home and take cold med then there was the time I was on Narcolepsy meds and I had been down to the emergency numerous time for falls sleep walking and doings things did remember and they advised me to continue taking one night I had a very bad reaction and my husband was gonna call ambulance but a neighbor had called because I was screaming well the police came first and because I refusing to be touched and fighting them they took me to hospital to have my blood sugar checked AND THE HOSPITAL knew DAMN well I was on that med and the possible side effects my husband was there with my med trying to explain but the Doctor let them take me to jail When I went to court the JUDGE Said he was so sorry that the hospital and police failed me The Judge said soooooooooo sorry I should have sued PK and the police a lawyer told so NO I will never go down there again Nor my familyVincent BianchiWord to the wise – if your family member is in bad shape, do not bring him/her here. This hospital cannot do much except basic medical issues – if it’s serious then they will ship them out to RWJ in new brunswick. It would be better to drive up the parkway to Jersey Shore.Fabienne CShady practices!!! I went here for an ER check up following an accident. I was told later by my employer that workmans comp would take care of the bill. After workmans comp covered $900 (which is what I understand the hospital’s agreed rate for ER services with this particular insurer) they are still sending me a bill every month for over $1,000 which is ILLEGAL! Its called balance billing and its illegal but stressful nonetheless. I’m about to send a cease and desist letter. Stay away!! They will constantly hound you for money, legal or not!!!Richard Gardella⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedWe have been to this hospital on numerous occasions, but Ive never thought of providing them with a review. About a year ago we were in there for a cut on my sons neck and chin from a surfing accident. I was thrilled with the care that he recieved, fortunately we didnt even have to wait to be seen, and we werent even there long, the injury wasnt so severe but glad we had him checked. Fast forward to last night once again my son was injured this time at wrestling practice, so back to Paul Kimball for us (which it will always be to me), sure enough right in we went, and were seen just as quickly. Went for Xrays within a few minutes, to find out he had a broken collar bone. After discussing some options with the Dr, we were packing up before we knew it, I couldnt believe how amazing the service was, nobody enjoys heading to an emergency room, but at least they made the pain, the weight, and the anxiety, as bearable as possible. Thank you once again for providing such amazing care, and from a highly concerned parent, THANK YOU!zackary fernandez⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedGreat hospital, my Dr was amazing, the staff was amazing.. She received the best care both in the ER and CCU. The nurses, EMTs and techs were wonderful. My Mother was frightened because of her condition and I could not ask for better treatment. Kim and Sarah were two of the ER RNs who were exceptional. They really helped to make my Mom’s difficult night in the ER so much better. Thank you to all of the RNs, EMTs and techs at Monmouth Medical for all that you do and for helping my Mom feel comfortable during a very difficult time.Erika Quiles⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedNo me gusta el te Verde and the touching base with you guys that’s why we have to wait another day I don’t want to touch more than me know if he goes to go to the other side t hat is going to the new school and I know right that’s why we are at work always have a Las Vegas for me please let me finish up a la la la ksa de marisol and I know what I am 1p to the office is a Las chicks the one I saw you really grumpy want to touch more that that I’m
