Jade LeC⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedWhat a great experience with an ER! We waited almost no time to be seen, the doctors and nurses were courteous and reassuring. Some problem with a heart rate machine which caused a bit of a false alarm, but all good. Been to many ERs in many places in the world but this one was Worth writing a review for. I’m really impressed!Elizabeth BaguerI came in by ambulance after being involved in A car accident. They were ordering a lot of unnecessary imaging studies which i declined. I was left in my room. I guess they thought i was being non compliant vs a patient wanting to be involved in my own treatment. Car insurance pays good so i get why they would order all these things but i want to be involved in my treatment not receive all this radiation for things that Were not pain of the impact. Calling the nurse manager.stacia Pencz⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedProbably the best ER visit I’ve ever had. I always dread making the decision to go to ER or wait it out. Their team was prompt and efficient. Staff was friendly and good spirited. One nurse have me and my baby a warm blanket without us having to ask. They had to call in a specialist and he was there within an hour. I think it’s a new building but the room were spacious and clean. Two thumbs up!Michele Sara Khatmor⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedDuring the week we were expecting Hurricane Dorian, I was having trouble breathing, lost my ability to speak, and severely coughing. I decided that in the midst of this storm approaching Florida, I needed to go to the Emergency Room. When I arrived at the ER, I was immediately given medication to help relieve my symptoms. Then after the x-ray of my lungs, I was diagnosed with an upper respiratory infection. The ER doctors and nurses, were compassionate and kind to me, they were extremely professional and I was released to go home. Truly an amazing team of individuals working together. Thank you!Ryan Cassidy⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI got to experience the Mount Sinai Emergency Department medical team for the first time last night. I have to say that it was truly the best hospital experience I’ve ever had. I suffered a head injury which needed multiple staples and the team was quick, responsive, friendly, and extremely professional! Would highly recommend!Nickole Krupa⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI recently had to take my mother who is on her 60’s to the ER at Mount Sinai after she fell on the steps of our home. Everyone involved in her care from the front desk to get her admitted to the nurses and other staff were extremely helpful, kind and attentive. She received xrays and cat scan and was out in less than 2 hours! The newly constructed ER wing is also very impressive and modern.Sandilya SNever seen a care this bad anywhere in the US. If Kostoroski is your attending doctor, just run. He’s the worst, very unprofessional and doesn’t seem very knowledgeable and gave appallingly wrong medical advise.A R⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedNo wait time, Was immediately triaged. ER rooms are spacious, organized, and clean. Frequent checks by staff and good communication. Tests begun right away. Best ER experience I’ve had.Dee2you Backer⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThere’s nothing fun about going to the ER, but if you must go to one Mount Sinai is the best. I was seen within 10 minutes of me sitting down. It’s very beautiful, clean and there was not one negative encounter or experience. They ran test, an ultrasound and some other stuff and I didn’t have to wait 5 hours for results. And surprisingly, the bill wasn’t as crazy as I thought it would be.Teresa Rios⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedGreat doctors very Proffessional staff.Melissa Atwood⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedSuper nice staff. Easy intake experience, basically no wait. Plus the place was super clean and organized! Pharmacy even in the hospital!Jessica MillerThe doctors are nice but the nurse are very mediocre, there is a bit of disorder in how they handle the attention for the patients, for example I came to take out stitches from my knee and to check my hand that needs surgery, first they removed the stitches and then they let me waiting almost 3 hours just to tell me, that I need to see a surgery doctor for the hand (which I already knew) and later they just give me my chart without covering me my wound and so I actually HAD to ask them to do it, and they just put this (please see the picture) actually It is not a cheap hospital to receive a treatment like this….REALLY DISAPPOINTED!!!Evan Mechanic⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER Recommendedi went in to the ER for stepping on something on the beach that could have been toxic. the waiting room was empty and ultra modern, and i was seen by my doctor within 15 mins. they were extremely professional and clean and the facility was extremely modern . i highly recommend this place and i would come back for a fact if i had any problems. the best.Tom McLarenAbsolutely the worst ER in South Florida. Fiona Azubuke was my doctor – not only did she misdiagnosed me but also has the worst bedside manner. I cannot believe place like Mt Sinai allows her to practice there. She is rude, inpatient, and frankly sounds uneducated. Looked her up and her NY ratings are just as bad. No wonder why msmc is losing its reputation. It starts w doctors like her.Daniel MeloI was seen today at the Mount Sinai Medical Center ER by Dr. Quiros. I was in excruciating pain with an abscess in a very private part that he diagnosed as simply fissure due to diarrhea. After spending about 2 minutes with me he sent me home with a prescription for a cream and Tylenol. The nurses were also awful, cold and careless. I am not a doctor but I could tell there was something very wrong so I called a colorectal surgeon in the same hospital right there still in the ER. I begged for an appointment and was able to get one for two hours later. After being discharged from the ER I went to the surgeon who looked at it and said right away that this needs to be operated on or this will keep happening over and over and the pain will get worse. I’m getting surgery tomorrow. I am appalled by the lack of professionalism of Dr. Quiros who totally misdiagnosed me and sent me home to suffer with this unbearable pain. He is cold hearted, unprofessional, a bad doctor and has no business being in this business. I’ll be reporting him to every single board as things like this need to stop happening. We are people and deserve to be treated with respect!!Kelyn Gutierrez⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Very clean, the nurses/doctors are very nice and friendly. Better than jackson!!!!!!!Alvaro Nizama⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThe best nurses, doctors excellent servicesBoris Terekidi⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedPleasantly surprised with the service. The registration, admission + x-rays, insurance claim forms – all took less than 1.5 hour. In Canada it would take 3 times that and I doubt you’d get the same level of service. The staff was extremely helpful and nice.Beverly Hanks⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedVery nice ER.. visit ! Very professional, hardly any waiting time …Test, blood work , etc Results immediately Jeff CI live in aventura, love the er in aventura but tired of the over priced Uber called an ambulance to main campus on the beach. This time I decided to save myself $700 + and drive direct to main campus er… the experience was a real let down… the nurse Maria was arrogant and not attentive! Any question of her seemed like it was a bother! See never once asked if she could help or how I was feeling, took hours! What a difference in quality of service and professionalism… I was very surprised and felt let down, especially due to the expense! Never a problem billing you! So disappointing and this time I will be more than happy to take the survey to express my concerns and experience.Mike F⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedAfter being sent home to die from Aventura hospital i went to the ER here and they saved my life. When the Doctor came up to see me the next morning he told me i was lucky to be alive and aventura hospital sent me home to die.Zev⭐️⭐️⭐️Courteous and caring doctors, nurses, and support staff: thank you.Luiis RomeroReally they are so unpolite they take to much time tooRan Cohen⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedQuick service, pleasant and professional personelسناب كويتي فلوقر⭐️⭐️Emergency sucks, they are really slow and disrespectful.hay bee⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER Recommendedi was born at this hospital : )Carlos Acosta⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER Recommended(Translated by Google) Very grateful for the professionalism of all and the human warmth I received.
