PurpleGram7 Khakes⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThe absolute best emergency room experience I have ever had in my life.staff was friendly and knowledgeable helpful the facilities were clean there was no waiting took me right back talk to me walk me through what was going on that me my prescriptions and I left total 45-minute does it absolutely a great place. Staff followed up with me a few days later to make sure that I was doing okay.Cynthia Carrigg⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI was so sick and with a headache that I couldn’t think straight! Dr. Farr and RN Paris were so quick to help and get me out the door back to my girls and without a headache! Thank you guys in helping this single mama out!L MGlad to have an Emergency room in the neighborhood. But sadly I have to give it 1 star. But my rating is solely based on one woman. A short kinda heavy dark skinned African American woman with blonde coloring in her hair. When I was there on Tuesday she was wearing green scrubs. She was EXTREMELY RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL! I hope if I ever have to go back she won’t be there. Hopefully her supervisor can find out who she is and remind her that without the patients she wouldn’t have a job.sandi perkins⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedGreat! Best ever ER experience. Husband is dehydrated from vomiting and diarrhea. IV meds and fluids and we should be home in under 3 hours. Very nice staff.Jacob Mulder⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThis has been the best emergency room experience that I have ever encountered. Dr. Swanson was very thorough and such a caring doctor. I don’t have any insurance he took time to print me out a prescription discount card and also located a surgeon that would be able to assist me with low cost surgery. He went over and above. I definitely have high recommendations for this placeHolly HouseTerrible my husband went in 01/02/2020 with a fever, chills, headache and severe lower back pain he was seen by Dr Terrell Swanson and diagnosed with a strained lower back. We ended up in the Middleburg St Vincents ER late that night and he had a kidney infection and the flu. Dr. Swanson only did a physical exam he did no lab work AT ALL!! He did not check his urine, kidneys, CAT scan, blood work not even a flu swab. Which was all done at The Middleburg St Vincent’s Emergency Room. And they charged a full $350. for his deductible for a Doctor that didn’t bother to do his job! DO NOT GO TO THIS ER!!!!!Chell duBignon⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedGreat team! The wait time was impeccable! A. Belcon, APRN & Amy were excellent with our care. Even the housekeeping staff work as vital team players to make sure diligent patient care is facilitated. Thank you all for an outstanding day of service!wayne fosterMy wife and I went to the Normandy Park ER, my wife was having chest pains on 9/21/19, we arrived to the ER about 3:55AM, she was seen right away, the staff was very nice with the services they provided. I was informed that she needed to be admitted to the orange park main hospital and they were going to run a series of test, now its 5:30AM and they said that they were going to give her the first available bed, around 7AM we were told they would know the availability of beds by 9 or 9:30AM. I sad to say that this ER trip turned out to be an all day event with no transfer to the main hospital. My wife,s chest pains went away around 7AM and early test results didn’t find anything wrong, the staff said that she could be there for awhile when she got admitted, but after 9:30AM there still nothing available and now frustration has set in and my wife really wants to go home. The staff convinced her that the best thing to do is to stay and wait for a bed to become available, that’s what we did and time continues to go by with no bed, now its 12PM and enough was enough, my wife want to leave and at that point who blame her, our ER trip is now in its eight hour of stay and frustration. The Normandy Park ER did a great job, but outside out that, there was nothing to feel good about, something has to change, waiting eight hours to be admitted is ridiculous and painful in it self, I hope this process gets a complete make over because something really needs to change.michael pruitt⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThe nurse Mrs. Michelle was the nicest and best nurse I have ever had in my 34 years of living. She had a great attitude while treating me and seemed to go above and beyond the normal care I have ever had at hospital. She will be the main reason I will return to this hospital if I ever need service.Julie ZacharyI haven’t been to the back to see a doctor yet, but I walked in to tell them the reason for my visit. There are 3 people sitting there and they look at me and look right back down. I stand there and no one ever tells me that I need to sign myself in at a kiosk. I have never encountered such rude staff at a hospital of all places! Compassion or even fake that you care, you don’t know what people are coming for. Just for this I will not be back.Christenson Scopoli⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThey treated my mother like a human being. From top to bottom everyone was courteous and professional. People were genuinely compassionate which is a rare quality in our healthcare system. Safe to say I’ll never go to St Vincent’s again even though they are only a block from my house. Simply exceptional.Sandra Sikes⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedWe were pleasantly surprised with the friendliness and efficiency of the Normandy Park ER. The wait time was minimal before going back to the Exam Room. Everything was handled in one room (x-rays, exam); the doctor and nurses took time to listen and keep us appraised on what the next step would be. I really liked the in-room monitor that also kept us informed on doctor’s name and status of upcoming test.Sotero L. R.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedMy nurse Amy was very professional, caring and helpful, she surely love her job, she was very informative and was patience explaining everything step by step. Dr Swanson was very straight to the point, he wasted no time, and we leave after not even an hour of being there. Best service in Jax.Frankie D⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI had to seek emergency care due to cutting the tip of my finger. The Doctor and nurses were truly professional. They had me fixed up in a very short time. I would highly recommend this emergency room.Brandy Smith⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThe nurse and Dr was very friendly. Service was fast. Thank you so much for helping me out this morning!Marti AckermanWent in with extreme back pain after a trip to urgent care didnt help. Nurse said “I hate to tell you this, but we wont really be able to help you.” She was right! I left immediately & went to Baptist and they were amazing.Jazmine Ferguson⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI had the most pleasant experience that you could possibly have while in pain. Everyone was so nice and understanding the wait wasn’t as long as the doctor initially said I was out in under 2 hours with a diagnosis and doctor to follow up with. I recommend this place to all who seek emergency servicesPatrice Dillard⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedIt is good to have an emergency room close to my home. Great service and Dr. Davis did a good job. The experience could have been better if they had more doctors on staff to attend to the patient’s need. I arrived at 5:41 pm and left two hours later. Great staff. Took great care of me.ALysa Gordon⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedCurrently still in the building. No wait time to be seen. The Dr was VERY nice sweet polite and professional. He explained what was going on and examined me n told me what course of treatment he would be taking. Front desk staff friendly. I highly recommend this Dr. Not sure of his name it starts with a P I believe I will update when I get my discharge papers in a few.Kira Hill⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedAmazing customer service. I was in and out in exactly a hour. Staff was friendly, quick and efficient. Every doctor and nurse had the most pleasant bed side manner I have ever had at a medical setting. Thank you!Murlena Williams⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedIts great to finally have an ER so close to my home. From the front desk staff upon entering, to the nurse, and doctors, care is excellent!! Staff is friendly, caring, and helpful. I hope I won’t need to but if I ever have another emergency I will be back.MIKAYLA SMITH⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedALL STAFF IS GREAT. ALL THE PEOPLE WHO COMPLAIN ARE DRUG SEEKERS AND HOSPITAL SHOPPERS. THIS PLACE IS BETTER THAN ANY OTHER HOSPITAL. DON’T LISTEN TO THE HATERS.Rebecca Grave⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER Recommendedvery clean and quick to be called back from the waiting area. all the staff is super friendly and helpful.Amber Roger’s⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Nice clean little place Travis CartmelIf I could give this a -5 I would this place is completely useless they will not help you they need you to put all your information yourself while you’re feeling like a peace 0f crap.one of the worst experiences while having chest Pain.I left because they wouldn’t assist me when I ask for there help several times. They just wanted to sit there and having conversation with medical and JSO officials. laughing and having good old time.Teonnie Moore⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThey were awesome both times I went and they are less than 2 miles from my home Very professional and fun The nurses and other staff are greatApril Johnson⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThanks for your service. I wasn’t here a whole hour this morning. Everyone was professional and courteous.Desserea Colchiski⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedUpdate: I was called within a day of my post. I recieved an apology and assured this was not the norm for this new facility. They are still collecting data to ensure that they are staffed according to their need and I promised I would visit again. I’m here now, so far they are going above and beyond. Even assisting me with getting my toddler out of his car seat, in the rain because his arm was hurt and I was holding my other toddler. Also, less important but worth noting the cable is working. Thank you staff! A nurse even went outside to find Woody’s hat that we dropped on the way in! My heart is soooooo full. Worst hospital visit in Jacksonville thus far. Waited 2 hours with 2 screaming toddlers who were ready for bed. Still have not been seen. Everyone heard my screaming tired children. Never once came in to offer water, juice, or crackers. Something! I had to leave without my child being seen because of how restless they were. Seems there was no sense of urgency and 1 nurse.Luciara Shannahan⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThis place great. You ain’t be waitin long n Dey take good care of you. My baby daddy was in her with chest pains and dey made him feel great.Duainya LewisI can’t honestly say I would come back to this ER. I came in this morning for a sore throat. First thing I hear after I checked in is the staff members and JSO saying some about segregation. I was immediately alarmed. This is not a conversation I was expecting walking in there. They treated my sore throat, but I was very uncomfortable there after hearing that conversation. Please be mindful of what is talked about in the workplace.Robert Walker⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedEveryone was very professional, nice and very helpful not to mention it was pretty quick. I was in and outJoseph Resnik⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedFantastic and fast service with compassionate and kind professionalsTonya Rose⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedMy help aka nursing was Paris and Kandace wow they are the best!!!! Great customer service skills and very personalized thank you guys !!!!!!!!!!Tammy Burt⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I would have given 5 stars, however, the doctor today was so awful with her bedside manner and lack of empathy I can’t do 5 stars. Dr. Tintinalli was absolutely disinterested in being my doctor. This is my first time going to this facility and my nurse Stevee was so compassionate and caring. Stevee is a 6 star employee! The doctor however was just going through the motions and taking care of my problem was a nuisance. I was having severe muscle spasms and couldn’t control my body movement. While she was examining me she told me to “stop it”, she couldn’t do her tests! Then I was trying to describe what I was feeling and her response was “Nope!”. I didn’t ask if she had experienced what I was describing I was telling her what I was experiencing. Shirley came to do an ultrasound and again she is a 6 star employee! I can’t tell you how wonderful Stevee and Shirley are! Finally Dr. Tintinalli came to give me the results, she walked in gave me details and walked out! She was there 30 seconds tops, never asked how I was feeling now or anything! The saving grace is that the doctor is a traveling doctor and not there all the time.Alecia CartmelI RATE THIS PLACE A. – 10 thought the letters ER means Emergency Room. This placeI is very unprofessional.took my son there having chest pain and having hard time breathing.was told to sign in on computer.ask several time for assistance with this and was told no,they were sitting around chatting with JSO and the sad thing was there was not anyone in the place other than them.would not take a stray dog there to get help. P.S. my son has PneumoniaJoseph Schroeder⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThis is all from my wife: So grateful for this location and amazing staff. My nurse pushed for me to get a CT scan and because of that we learned I have a 4mm cerebral aneurysm. I am not even 30 years old, I have 3 under 3. Steveey saved my life that day. I will never forget it and will always be so grateful for you being there and my nurse that day! Thank you so much for have staffed such good, knowledgeable, friendly and professional nurse such as Steveey. I hope more medical professionals can learn from her. She is truly amazing. Also Dr. Euwema helped diagnosis my siatiac nerve damage, treat me for my migraine and recommend a neurologist for me as well as an orthopedic specialist. He was so efficient, respectful, curiosity and polite. He helped me in ways that continue in my health care journey today. If you ever have to go to an ER, I HIGHLY recommend this location, it’s clean, staffed with fantastic, knowledgeable, friendly doctors and nurses (which is not always the case).Anthony J. Grippa, Sr.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedService by Dr. Tintinelli and supporting staff was prompt, assuring, friendly and effective.Tina TisbyI have sickle cell an there not giving me nothing for pain an the nurse kandic is so meanLovely Smidge⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedSmall, not many people, quiet, and very clean. They did have to transfer to the Orange Park ER, but they were very professional about everything.Lady5kids D⭐️⭐️⭐️I only gave a 3 because they took my blood and gave me water…I still felt horrible I told the nurse something is wrong they didn’t test to see any infection or bacterial infection I complained about my stomach and being dehydrated they only make sure your not dying at the moment then they release you ..I have H pylori and they didn’t check if I had bad ulcers or anythingJamie NorrisThree times now me and my family members have went to this hospital sick and have been told there’s nothing wrong with us when we where sick being told were drug addicts when we don’t do any drugs except what is prescribed to us by are doctor’s not everyone in this city is a drug addict but let them tell it everyone isSean Edwards⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER Recommended(Translated by Google) Never busy full service ER (Original) Never busy full service ER
