Diana⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedSuper impressed with the promptness of service. The moment we walked in we were greeted and nursing staff took us to the back immediately. We were then greeted by Doctor and two nurses. This has been my experience the last few times that we have had to come here. I highly recommend this location. Thank you for a great experience…Megan Madden⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedWe have been here a few times for different reasons, and today my mom got stitches from cutting her hand, and everyone was great! Greg took really good care of my mom and helped calm her down and kept the tension to a minimum. Ashlee was also wonderful on helping my mom out and tried her best to keep my mom comfortable with the IV and such. Dr Swan made sure to be quick about the suture and kept us informed the whole time. We have had some other pretty great experiences here as well. Really fast and efficient. This is the ER we plan to go to for any medical emergency! Thanks guys!!!Lindsey S⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedEveryone was so nice and took amazing care of me.Ana Carrillo“Doctor” David Kruger is the absolute worst so-called doctor…..never again will i go there………Medic Justin tho was awsome 5 stars for that guy its to bad you work with a doctor who treats his patients with absolute no respectCrystal PadillaEMERGENCY ROOM REVIEW: My daughter was brought here and when I went to discharge her I waited patiently. Once I was attended the nurse I had to deal with was unnecessarily rude. She was chit chatting on the phone about personal matters and asked me to wait in the room while she finished because I shouldn’t hear her personal conversation. Horrible experience. If you hate your job just quit instead of making others around you as miserable as you.Cynthia SarmientoIf you want the most expensive care around this is the place. The price is ridiculous.Anna Aguero⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI went on 9/15 with a broken wrist/hand. I was taken back immediately and seen right away. The xray tech was nothing but extraordinary!! Very careful with my whole right arm, as I was in a lot of pain. The nurses/emt were excellent and knowledgeable. Dr. Christopher Schultz was beyond great and helpful. Other than having to have surgery 9/25, and find my own surgeon, I am grateful to all that took care of me. The “oncall” surgeons Dr.Ryan Carr and Kelley Wear are completely worthless. I was told to follow up with either of them, and neither Would help me, they played games sending me back and forth to eachother. Arrogant and not too concerned with my injury that needed immediate surgery. I ended up going to my PCP Jeremy Wilson and he and his wonderful staff found an amazing surgeon Dr Tanya Oswald. She and her staff treated me great and I am well on my way to recovery.Arielle Rippley⭐️⭐️Nurses there aren’t great. They totally forgot about me while I was in pain post op and no empathy. I will go further to get to an er that isn’t this one.Tony Watson⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedGreg and the entire staff are always amazing. I’ve never had a long wait or bad experience.Mr GuyAbsolutely worst place to be seen my wife was pregnant and had a miscarriage the doctor who was also pregnant was playing football with the other workers my wife was in the ER for four hours and they send her no info to what to do next it was so awful worst experience ever I will never return here, the women doctor who was pregnant was just laughing at my wife saying it’s ok you will get pregnant again your still young, that broke me to pieces who would say that especially your pregnant yourself. I felt so horrible someone saying such thing to my wife.Natasha VDr. David Kruger was the worst doctor I have ever encountered. He was extremely rude from the second he walked in. I was trying to explain my symptoms to him and he kept cutting me off with rude remarks or answers. He was very condescending. When I told him I have trouble walking because I feel like I’m going to faint, he told me “I saw you walking in just fine” I also told him I feel dehydrated because I’m pregnant and can’t keep anything down he told me “we’ll then drink some more fluids, that’s common sense” I have never felt so belittled. Worst experience ever. I will never return here and I will make sure my friends and family never come here again.Laury Biesemeier⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedAbsolutely love this ER! Have taken my daughter there a couple times. Staff is always very friendly and Dr. Kruger is amazing. I really wish he was a Famliy doc in a office. Never have to wait more then 5 minutes before taken back. Always in and out with in 45 Mins. Thank you all for making an ER visit as pleasant as an ER visit can be.David Hernandez⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedGreat staff only complaint was the nurses perfumeRatna G.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER Recommendedwe love this pediatric ER, the staff, and the pediatric ER doc. We have been here twice with pediatric emergencies and were treated with care and respect. My daughter has better care here than even her own pediatrician!!! I am most impressed with the level of competence of the docs and ER staff. Thanks for taking great care of our kiddos!!!Jessica Williams⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedFastest wait time and discharge time I’ve ever experienced! In and out in less than 45 minutes. It was a late-night (11ish) emergency, but was still very surprised at how quick it was. I saw ONE other patient there the entire time I was there. Incredibly competent and compassionate staff. I read the reviews of the South Thornton NSMC and wanted to make clear that THIS location is top notch. Our new go-to for all emergency/ after-hours needs. Such a pleasant surprise.Mike Gloden⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Our family has only needed to visit here once. It went good overall. The service was friendly and helpful. We had some problems on billing. Keep an eye on it.Randy Knutson⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI had an emergency and they took excellent care of me. The staff was friendly and polite. Jason was a paramedic there and he was great. The nurses and doctors were as well. It’s nice to have an ER near you that you can trust. Also the name of the place is Northeast ER, I don’t know how one could confuse this with an urgent care. The moment I walked in I was notified that this was an ER. Food for thought.mlschumacher⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThey Gave me the best care I have received in a long time…. Friendly, fast, Caring and Nonjudgmental! I Have to say the best Staff I have encountered! Made me feel welcomed and cared for from the time I walked in the door till I walked out! The friendly security man that helped me check in, the Nurse who made me feel comfortable. The Doctor who listened to me and helped me! To the EMT guy who placed my IV and discharged me! All friendly helpful and Just way awesome! This is not my first time in last time was a few years ago and I received excellent care then as well! I highly recommend this place!!Jennie Harms⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThe staff was amazing. Very kind, fast and compassionate. Dr. was very knowledgeable and caring. The nurses had just the right amount of humor and attention to detail. I recommend this E.R. to everyone.Cindy LowWhat a horrible experience. After looking up urgent care facilities decided to take my husband here who had been having a migraine for 3 days. After 3 hours of iv’s and there special cocktail no relief they sent us on our way with an additional prescription and told us to follow up with our PCP. To our surprise days later a $27,000 visit for a migraine wow….now keep in mind we did have insurance however our portion was a little over $7000.00. After contacting the billing department and doing some additional research this was a full blown ER visit not your traditional Urgent Care Center. So I caution all of those looking for an Urgent Care Center, stay away from the North Surburban logo otherwise you too will be paying those large medical bills.NOR44⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedDr. Morgan was outstanding on my severely ingrown toenail. He used care and his expertise to finally rid me of it. His Asst. Medic Aaron was super friendly and also a true Professional. I cannot praise either of them enough! Thank you Gentleman.A G⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedDr. Bradley was helpful and the nurse. Very cautious and attentive. Was seen for lower back pain that I had in the previous year from a injury at the gym since then my lower back gives out, I understand the awareness of prescribing narcotics as too so we’re they also aware and prescribed me the right dosage. I recommend being seen at this ER for any emergenciesHolly Anderson⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThe staff is amazing. They make you feel comfortable in every way. Quick. Gets you in and out with proper medical help. Great friendly people.Liz Ponce⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedMade me feel comfortable when I felt at my worst.Sonya Penaflor⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedAmazing! I’ve recommended this place to many people. I had recently had a terrible experience at St. Anthony Norths new ER on 144th and when my son needed to be taken to an ER for an arm injury I took him here. Their staff are some of the nicest, caring and genuine people! They made us feel so comfortable! From the nurses to the Dr.’s these people truly care about their patients. Thank you! I will never go anywhere else. 🙂clint ross⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedAll staff was very helpful. They took great care of me. I was in and out within an hour. I would highly recommend this ER to anyoneBree SierraI wish I could give 0 stars but unfortunately 1 is needed to make a review. Worst. ER. Ever. I have never been treated so poorly in my life. I saw Dr. Ryan Bradley for pain and he did nothing but make me feel like a drug addict. I never asked for any narcotic pain relief i even told him that and he made fun of me saying that what I’ve been taking (ibuprofen, tylenol) is the only non narcotic he knows of for pain relief. So he told me he’s not going to do anything and told me to go home. I was literally sent home in the same excruciating pain that I arrived in. So much for patient care right? He acted like it wasn’t even his problem. I called the supervisor and I’m awaiting a call from his boss. I am here to tell everyone this place started out as an excellent ER but now that it has new Dr’s it is the absolute worst. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE WANTING ACTUAL TREATMENT. This wasn’t my first bad experience here so I know it’s not just him. It’s the whole new staff of Dr’s they’ve recently gotten. DON’T GO TO NORTHEAST ER. I never want anyone to be treated like I was.. Ever.Blue Ridge Coffee Crafters TV⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedMy name is Chris A. Curtis. We were visiting from Virginia during the 4th of July 2015. I had to go to the ER. The name of my ER Physician fails me, but he had long hair. He and the staff were AWESOME. You see, as a diabetic it was a very difficult diagnosis to find my issue was my gallbladder. Once it was determined the gallbladder needed to be removed, I was transported to the hospital quickly. I was assigned a room and was prepared for surgery at the hospital. At the hospital the staff was equally as AWESOME as the staff at the ER. Dr. Georgescu was my surgeon and he literally saved my life. After three serious incidents during surgery they were able to remove the gallbladder. I spent three days afterwords in the hospital recovering. I commend the North Suburban Dr’s, Nurses and staff for their exceptional care. I am alive and enjoying life thanks to these genuine and very caring professionals. If I had a complaint it would be how the surgeon’s bill was handled. It was billed to my insurance company as if he was out of network. The end result is I may never get his bill paid since only 10% was covered under our insurance. But that is the insurance companies not covering medical procedures. It most assuredly was not the Dr’s, Nurses and Staff’s error. This lies solely on our fraudulently Obamacare system. I am grateful and Thankful to North Suburban for being there and saving my life. Thank You!Landon Treber⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI have been here for both myself and my children several times and have always found the staff to be very thoughtful and patient with the kids.Living Life⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedPeople there were very nice. Highly recommended. ThanksJacqui McDonald⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedWhen ever I go, migraine, internet convicted death sentence… What ever I need the staff, nurses, doctors, techs, paramedics are always friendly, fast and professional. Always putting me at ease right off the bat. I am so thankful it opened.Raven⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Being an EMT I know how ERs tend to work. However I have a high expectation of how I treat patients and so hold others in my field to that same standard. I have almost always had a really great experience at this ER. So my expectations for how myself and my family are treated is pretty high. Sadly Dr.Krueger fell short of those expectations. He was abrupt and sarcastic and rude. I had brought my daughter on the recommendation of her doctor because of a concern about dehydration after vomiting so much. He made her feel bad for being sick. Everyone else was very nice. Had it not been for the way Dr. Krueger had treated us I would have given 5 stars. I hope someone can tell him that he should change how he is with people who are usually experiencing one the worst days, sometimes in their life.Ill AveryFirst let me say that we have been to this ER many times since we’ve lived here and actually loved it!! Until now…My wife a disabled veteran, Black (I Strongly believe race to be a factor), and 94lbs!!! She went to this ER after a suicide attempt. This visit was a nightmare that got worse once we received a knock on the door 2 months later.. local police were there to arrest her on a warrant because of that visit (2 Felony charges)! I mean for someone to never have any law issues, honorably discharged veteran, thats steep in the context of why not just let her killer herself, because I’m sure prison just made her feel sooo much better!! This is Truely disgusting and scary as a Veteran myself. Did she kill or mangle someone for life!!?? No Not even Close but I can suspect that with those charges and being black she will never be able to use what she went to school for.. Guess I Should have checked BBB(see Photo)Sheri ChapmanI would never recommend this hospital to anyone! I went to the hospital with an allergic reation to my prescription meds about 2 am. The first thing I was told by the nurse assigned to me was she never heard of my disease and then didn’t ask me questions about it, only talked about her mom’s auto immune disease instead. Then soon after the IV meds knocked me out, the doctor woke me up and said I’d probably prefer to sleep at home and asked if I had a ride home. I told her I drove and it would take about 30 minutes for my husband to walk there. She then asked if I was okay to drive. I was loopy, sleepy and slurring my speech. My IV’s were removed, I was told to get dressed and then I could leave. I stood up, alone in the room and was dizzy, walked out of the room and then outside, without them knowing if I was going to unsafely drive or if I got a hold of my husband. I sat in the truck for 30 min while waiting for him. I believe was at the ER for approximately 1 hour. Not nearly enough time to recover enough to go home. I was given 3 prescriptions, all of which I was told by my physician’s assistant that I didn’t have to take. The doctor said I should take the morning to sleep and them I could go to my afternoon shift at work. She would write a work note for me, which she forgot to do. I called the ER and asked for the note to pick up on my way to work. I got to my job in transportation and saw that it was written to take the full day off, not just the morning by someone other than the doctor. I called in at the request of my supervisor and the lady, I don’t have her name (I called into the ER at 1:35 pm on 8/21) was very rude to me, even hanging up on me. Again at the suggestion of my supervisor who heard the conversation, I called her back and talked to her about her poor customer service. She wasn’t any better. I called back and asked her for a supervisor, no luck. I then called and asked Deb for a supervisor, no luck. I called the operator and asked for the charge nurse and was told I would receive a call in 30 minutes. I didn’t receive a call. I felt very uneasy about my care and the competency of the staff. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!Gun Collector⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedGreat place and professional competent staff! Will always be my go to place if anyone in my family is illCorrie Anne Mitchell⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI love this center. They take extreme care. Fast service. Nice nurses and drs.Christina DempewolfHad to give one star just so I could review. This place transported my minor daughter to another facility over an hour away without even notifying me, much less obtaining my consent. The only way I found out that she had been transferred was when the new facility contacted me to clarify her medication. When I called to confront them she told me that she was sorry but got busy and “forgot”. When asked if that was their standard of care and protocol she merely stammered out another apology. Ridiculous…..Melissa ShelbyI went in because of SEVERE pain that needed to be addressed. The minute I was in the examing room Dr Andrew Klutman basically accussed me and calling me a pain pill abuser and laughed in my face telling me I was not in pain and to go home. ( and this was just from me explaining where the pain was and my concerens of why I was hurting ) This Dr didnt even give me 5 min of his time. . I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO INSULTED EVER. He was not even the least bit concerned about finding out why I was hurting or even trying to give me relief or make sure that I was comfortable. He actually made my pain even worse than it was before I went in. This place use to be so caring about their patients. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE WELL BEING OF ANYONE. Dr Andrew Klutman is a quack not a MDDelilah Nethken⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedGet care for my son. Dr. Klutman was very professional an fast. Zari was amazing nurse. I would return for superior care again.BreHorrible place very rudeSu-Muru Redmond⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedEvery time I have went to this ER they are fast, friendly, helpful and clean. The only sad part is no cell phone service inside really, but then again to some that could be good.holly wolters⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedStaff was super nice and I was in and out fast too!nikki russelldo not bring your loved ones here they absolutely dont care….my 19 month old granddaughter went here and had fluid in her ear….when they tried to get the prescription her medicaid was messed up…called them back and the doctor and nurses told us they could not do anything for her …..i suggest north suburban on 91st and grant ….they genuinely care….when my friend couldnt get his medication they wrote him a voucher so he could they didnt just send him on his way and say good luck and turn away…….definitely not what healthcare should be…..BEWARET. BaderStaff was a joke. Took blood from my son and blood was everywhere. It looked like a circus in our room. 9k bill for 2 hrs and north suburban is beyond difficult to get a hold of to set up psyment options. Avoid this place!!!Matthew SeehaferOnline say urgent care facility. When I walked in I asked if this was urgent care and they said yes. I went in with a sinus infection they checked blood pressure and listened to my chest and sent me on my way with prescriptions. 15 minute total visit. They billed me over $2300.00 . What a scam. Normally for urgent care I only pay a 40.00 deductable. I added the screenshot to the photos on here to show they falsely advertise as an urgent care facilityIsaac Dominguez⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedFast, friendly, & clean.
