Danni ParanormalIf I could give no stars, I would. I was experiencing HORRIBLE cramps, not anything normal at all, and I have been experiencing cramps similar to these since my IUD was placed a year ago, so I knew that was the cause. I asked the receptionist if they removed IUDs in the ER because this thing had to go. She said “Ummmm… I don’t know. ” How do you have someone work at the front desk and not know what the doctors can do? To add insult to injury, she wouldn’t ask a doctor, and insisted I had to be admitted to find out. I was desperate, so I agreed if there was any chance of getting it out, I was taking it. I waited about 15 mins, I was called back quickly, but instead of being taken to a room, I was pointed in the direction of the room and left to figure out where I was going on my own. The Attendant came back a few mins later to tell me to change into a gown. I did. The doctor came in and was EXTREMELY rude, disrespectful and condescending. The first words out of her mouth were “I’m telling you right now we’re NOT removing your IUD.” I was shocked. It’s one thing if you’re unable, it’s completely another to refuse a service in such a rude manner. She asked me why I wanted it out, and as I tried explaining, she interrupted me MULTIPLE times. She told me they are not trained to take them out, ‘go to an OBGYN.’ If it had been explained BEFORE getting admitted, BEFORE having to put on a gown I would’ve been disappointed and in pain, but I would have left, simple as that without having to be treated like an idiot and embarrassed. I would have understood at least. Furthermore, she refused to perform an ultrasound to at least give me piece of mind, claiming she doesn’t have an ultrasound machine. I SAW ONE OUTSIDE THE ROOM NEXT TO MINE WHEN I WALKED IN. She blatantly lied. She didn’t check me, didn’t perform any type of exam, didn’t weigh me or ask me anything else. She told me it was in my head, and if I ‘really wanted it out that badly’ I’d make an appointment for an OB. I was IN TEARS due to the pain, and left crying even more, embarrassed and feeling completely screwed over and helpless. I was taken back to the ‘exam room’ – if you can can call it that – at 10:20 and I was discharged at 10:35. Only 5 of those minutes did I spend actually talking to that awful woman who calls herself a Doctor. She’s an ABSOLUTE DISGRACE to all medical personnel. (I’ll add that I did finally get my IUD removed today, no thanks to this hospital. )brian allen⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThey are so much faster than mercy er, took me back right away and we’re very professional and helpful.Cherry H⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI waited at mercy for over an hour behind 3 people. Northwest took me back and had a doctor see me within 5 minutes of arriving.Kara Brooke AtteburyI had a Pilonidal Cyst. It was huge, painful, and in an awkward location. I was seen multiple times by these clowns. Only one worth seeing was a practitioner name Daniel, and the kind male nurse in triage. They drained and packed the three inch wide cyst, and sent me home WITHOUT PAIN MEDS. I returned in two days for packing removal and replacement. They placed me in a tiny room that had spackle all over the walls, felt like a cell. It had a window in the door. There I am pants down having a cyst on my bum looked at IN A ROOM WITH A LARGE WINDOW. The young practitioner came in I’ll prepared to even repack, had to go get supplies, and tried to repack it without numbing it first, AND REMEMBER ID BEEN GIVEN NOTHING FOR PAIN. NOT EVEN AN NSAID. It was tremendously painful, and I was worried the whole time as to whether the common folk were passing window looking in at me half dressed. When he began to pack it, I was kicking from the pain. I told him to stop. He reffered me to a surgeon, Dr Phillip Cedano who thank God had a good bedside manner, numbed there area, and addressed my pain. I suffered senselessly and left feeling my modesty had been violated. That good nurse in triage (middle aged handsome male) was the ONLY ONE WHO HAD A DECENT BEDSIDE MANNER. I wouldn’t recommend going here for anything where you have to disrobe. As they find it okay to have you do so in front of a large windowed door for God and country to see. Not a good experience at all.
