SlothBroth⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedSuper sweet staff and extremely helpful! I had to wait for a bit due to a bunch of people being here but that’s not anyone’s fault. They were patient and through in explaining what was going on and how they were going to help me.Sandy ManaleI would actually rate Ochsner Hospital ER in Baton Rouge an absolute ZERO if I could. My husband was in a rear end collision today while stopped for traffic when the second driver going the speed limit of 45 in a curve slammed into him. Acadian ambulance brought him to Ochsner at our request bc it was the closest to Denham Springs with a severe headache, neck and back pain, pain in chest & was hard for him to deep breathe. Upon his arrival not one nursing staff member looked or spoke to him while they sat behind the nurses station. A woman signed him in for treatment and the paramedics took him off the stretcher and put him in a wheelchair in the ER waiting room!! He wasn’t thinking clearly to tell them no. Within minutes upon my arrival that’s where I found him!! After a stern conversation all the Director of Admittance could tell me was that they had many more people ahead of him in the waiting. I called 911 to send another ambulance to pick him back up to bring him to BR General Bluebonnet but was told they couldn’t bc of policy. Our son arrived so we put him in his vehicle and drove him there. Hopefully he didn’t incur any more injuries from being moved without first taking X-rays! BE WARNED..if this non life threatening incident can occur…You could be taking your life into your own hands if you bring anyone to Ochsner ER !!john’s groceryBeen here for 2 hours with a child in and out of consciousness and still haven’t seen anyonebeau bordelonbeen waiting 2 hours due to Extreme spinal pain. some lady fake Falls so comically it was almost a cartoon. guess who get in called back when i was Next in lineWendy DurantI’ve used Ochsner services for years because they always make the best effort to provide quality, efficient, and timely care. Unfortunately I am utilizing the ER services today 10/7/18. I arrived at 915PM, had to wait to be checked in, was checked in, had to wait to be seen by the nurse, saw the nurse had to wait to be seen by the MD, then was seen by the MD, had to wait for over an hour in a Fast ER Treatment room for next steps. I inquired of a nurse what was the status of my continued care as I’m sitting here in pain (at this point for over an hour- this msg is being written at 1131PM) and still no medication, update or anything. I’m very disappointed in the quality of service being provided at this location. However, I know I will get a timely bill to pay for my care this evening and will be expected to pay on time… this compliant needs to be investigated and immediately addressed by your QIP team. I will also post this complaint on a public forum so other consumers will be aware. Lastly while sitting here waiting to be seen in a waiting room, a nurse comes and discusses another persons health history and post treatment history in my presence, what about patient privacy and HIPAA????!Buddy JesusDad lost his leg here during construction while in a “temporary” ICU. Place is awful.Winter BassDirtiest Hospital I’ve ever been in.Karen BarrancoFilthy and poor service!
