This hospital is the number 1. Best voted in Orange County. Thank you very much.Spicy Street Convos -Carmen EstelThis hospital STEALS NEWBORN BABIES from new parents if they don’t like your decision to refuse optional procedures. It’s all about the money. They will call CPS on you to try to force you to do procedures that you do not want, even when your baby was born perfectly healthy. NEVER GO TO THIS HOSPITAL for a birth!Phuong Tu KimWorst service ever. Especially, the old tall thin security guy sitting at the front desk is always not happy when you ask for his help. He was super rude.Brandi CoreThis hospital kidnaps babies and calls CPS when parents refuse unnecessary medical procedures for their perfectly healthy newborns, deliberately damaging the crucial newborn and parental bonding phase. They only care about their money, not their patients.Nathan White⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Well, first Time to newly remodeled ER waiting room. Only say there literally a minute after checking in. From first person seen to the last, I have tiny complaints but overall a good, quick, well mannered staff. Ty much.Christ HendricksMisdiagnosed twice, Dr. Spent a whopping 30 seconds to ask questions he couldve gotten from my chart.Kim Graham⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedBest ER visit I’ve ever had. Bright atmosphere, friendly staff. Was just there for strep test (was from out of town and couldn’t go to urgent care). They took me back immediately and did all they could to get me in and out fast. Think the whole visit was 45 minutes.Kevin ElamIf I wanted the level of care fountain valley hospital gives, I would have just gone there. Will never let a family member inside that shitshow called an Er. Dr. twan Nguyen and staff were awful and made the entire place feel like a 3rd world clinic.Laura cendejas⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedDr. Dena Amr There aren’t words to express how grateful I am for your expertise, attention to detail, and perfection in my surgery. I am elated and overjoyed with my new bellybutton and hernia repair. I would recommend your services to anyone looking for a skilled surgeon. You’re amazing thank you so much. -Laura cendejasSamantha FridrichER is a unorganized JOKE.alyssa hatchThe Er nurses and dr was beyond horrible. My grandma was brought in by paramedics, the nurse Michelle was horrible she sat there and laughed at me when I was telling her my grandma was having a stroke and when I told her I wanted the charge nurse and a dr she started laughing and walking out telling me to go get one if I wanted one. When they finally transferred her to upstairs her nurse Jennifer was amazing! But because of how I was treated and my grandma was treated they get a one star. They didn’t take care of her pain at all.Bill Halley⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI have had 5 surgeries in the last 9 years, have stayed in 5 hospitals and I have never had better care then that at Orange.Coast Memorial .Hospital. Every single nurse and staff member was super sweet, kind and considerate. My experience there was so good I didn’t want to leave.Dan Smith⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedBrought my mom into the ER. Still under construction. With a bit of confusion where to go. We where greeted with a smile at check in. Les than 5 minutes. Placed in an ER draped room. Within 5 minutes she was able to talk to a real Dr. wow!! You will never see this at Los Alamitos. She had X-ray blood work and urinalysis done in the first 30 minutes. Staff is very friendly and showed an interest in her problems. Yes she was admitted and is presently still there. Comfortable self adjusting bed. So far the best hospital in the OC.Christina Lee⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedAbsolutely the best experiences, they were fast to see me. This Doctor Dark Hair went out of his way to do all kinds of tests, exams, etc. Thank you! You saved my life!!!!!! I LOVE YOU! I am so thankful for all the male nurses and doctors. Please do not ever mistreat a patient if they are having a panic attack. I have NEVER had a panic attack before. Please be compassionate. OC Memorial ER is the best. Please treat patients with respect when they come to you. Most do not know what you know. They do not know any better. I was treat extremely poorly by one doctor. He made several notes about me in the computer that were not true. YOU WILL BE REPORTED TO THE STATE MEDICAL BOARD.DawnDay ConnerIn emergency with a possible slipped disc, I cannot sit down, they have no beds, the admitting staff has been rude to my mother and this is where my insurance covers. Not happy, in excruciating pain. Don’t go here, fight to go to Hoag Newport Beach.sarah marzoukOne of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at an ER. Ever. The doctor’s bedside manner was HORRIBLE. They were going to discharge me without ever seeing the doctor. Utter chaos in the lobby. The right hand has no idea what the left hand is doing. Do yourself a favor and go to HOAG.daevildogStuck over 9 hrs in ER, waiting to be admitted. They need better nurses, I had to repeat important facts many, every time they came back.Peter Nee⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Horrible check-in process. THANKS NATE !Marco Collins⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedVery nice great atmosphere and the Nurse our really cool it’s, also the assistance nurse their cool as wellProtocol 37⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThis hospital is in a very nice location in Fountain Valley. There is excellent parking. I went in for a GallBladder removal and was very nervous as this was my first real Adult surgery. We checked in and registered in the front lobby. After the registration was finnished they called a shuttle for us which brought us to the other side of the Hospital which I though was a nice touch. We were met by a very nice Security Guard who took our information and let the people know we were there. He was straight old school, took his job seriously and was a gentleman. We then were taken up to the wards by Christopher, a young orderly, who was super nice. We then went into pre-op and was taken care of by Megan. Megan was just super warm and sweet, she chatted to us in such a down to earth way I felt very comfortable. She set me up to get ready for the Op and did it in a very professional way, double checking all my information. I was then met By Dr Cao and Dr Zaki(hope i spelled this right). Dr Cao is just very nice and instills confidence when you talk to him. Dr Zaki was super nice and warm and explained to me clearly what will be happneing. The procedure went perfect, they are both very skilled. I was taken care of by Two OR Nurses which I dont know the name of, but again were super sweet, I woke up to a nurses voice, a very kind an warm voice, Genie. Genie was excellent, fielded all the groggy questions I had and sat with me through all of the after care. She is one of those people that if they didn’t do what they did, we would all be at a loss. She even helped me with a little “extral mile” problems I had. All in all, everyone was so wonderfull that I feel blessed to be taken care by them. They meed me feel at home and they expertly helped me with my health issue. Thank you all so much. These things that you do really make a difference and thank you doesnt sound enough. Dr Cao, Dr Zaki, Megan and Genie. Thank you!!!! <3Phillip Mamouf-wifortsThe doctors are great but most of the nurses are horrific. I had a doctor come in and order pain and naseua medicine because of sever pain and dizziness , but the nurse disagreed thought “I could handle it” yeh I’ll take the doctors advice. I will say that the charge nurses were bombManny Mello⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThey’re a Great Group of Doctors at Orange Coast.Top Notch.keirnath sparks-jacques⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedKind Staff.
