Orange Park Medical Center Reviews

Before you go to Orange Park Medical Center, you may want to know what the people who have already gone to this Orange Park emergency room think.

Kaylinn M⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedLove this hospital. I delivered my first baby here and the entire L&D (labor and delivery) staff was AMAZING. Very personable and made us feel “at home”Lovely Smidge⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️It would have been five star but they took almost an hour after I was called to pick up a patient from discharge to actually bring them down. And even though I was the emergency contact, they left my doped up father to contact me. It’s a very nice and clean hospital, I would just try to get the timing right…Paramishvara Kalimata⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedUsually next to no wait time. Overall pretty quick unless you are not just being treated then being sent home after. Admittances and transfers to other hospitals can take some time indeed. But if you just need a xray and a cast or a couple stitches then it doesn’t take hours and hours of waiting. They have a chart displaying the amount of time for results from different imagings, bloodwork and such that it takes for them to receive the results and it lets you know when they have been received and whatnot.Jessica Bingaman⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedOrange Park Medical now has a pediatric unit. My 12 year old had appendicitis and the staff was amazing. My son needed emergency surgery, and spent 5 days there. I would like to say thank you to Dr. Mccullum, Stephanie his PA, and to the nurses on his floor.Fred Rutledge⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedMost polite people aroundBrenda Godwin OPMC has Gone Down Quite a Bit. Not only are the doctors and nurses during the night shift seem to only be there for their paychecks, but accusing people of stealing pillows and blankets that obviously werent part of the hospital’s bedding, but threw my personal blanket in the trash can along with iv fluids, food, drinks, and the towels the hospital provided. They do not provide private rooms to regular patients, you must be in maternity department or considered high risk. The patients must share rooms and cannot have any family stay over night due to roommate policy has changed… even if asked for private room and a family member stay then told that they put you on the list for a private room, You will NOT get one. _ Although your sharing a room the staff has no respect for anyone trying to sleep, they will not be quite and will not ask to turn lights on. They expect you to take the medications quickly so they can get to their next patient because they assign 7 to 8 rooms per nurse and they do not have time to respectfully discuss the situations due to training and procedures they have to follow. Each patient is assumed to be a junkie that could possibly steal supplies and medications. Smh.T.C. Canlas⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedOn March 8th I ended up in the ER of Orange Park Medical Center because I had become extremely ill. I cannot tell you how much I appreciate the way I was treated by the staff. The ER doctor (Deaton) was able to immediately diagnose my symptoms which were ignored by other doctors for weeks. He gave me the proper treatment and prescription, within days I was already feeling better. Thank you.Janille Compress They discharged my daughter with a stomach virus went she really had appendicitis smh take your time to go baptist hospital and I still have to paid Er orange park bills
