Marie⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThe staff was wonderful (and hilarious). Made the experience not so terrible. Thank you guys !Andrew SpauldingWent to this ER after I got hurt playing soccer. They took one xray, told me I was fine, and rushed me out. A couple days later I had multiple emergency surgeries (at a different hospital) to save my right leg from the knee down due to undiagnosed compartment syndrome. I have permanent nerve damage in my foot now.christine riveraI wish zero was an option. I has doctor sheret. I was treated so terrible I left in tears. I came in with a swollen hand that was starting to turn purple. I told them I had no trama to my hand and was starting to lose the use of it at all. The doctor from the beginning was hostile toward me. Acted like I didnt know what I was talking about when I was doing was explaining my symptoms. I was told I needed an X-ray to “look for air under my skin” though I’m confused how that would show this. After I was told it was tendinosis and that I needed to rest it. I was so upset because at this point im losing use of my hand. When the nurse asked the doctor why I was so upset he said ” shes not getting what she wants” I was horribly offended because all I wanted was answers. This place was terrible and I needed up actually having a blood clot I willing me fling a complaint and speaking with a lawyer about malpractice.谷田部渉Worst experience ever in my entire life. They diagnosed me wrong(I went to different hospital in Syracuse after taken into this hospital) They treated me poorly. (You need to ask 1000 times to get a freakin blanket) But still charging me considerable amount of money. I lost my friend in this hospital last year. No wonder why that has happened in this very hospital. I hate all of you.Jennifer MakiTreated as a drug seeker looking for a couple of days off work. I never even asked for pain medication, nor do I have a history of opiate use. (I would only take non narcotics anyway, if offered medication) Told no when asking for a doctors note (starting a brand new job 8 hours after my visit, no use of my right hand due to infection and swelling). No bloodwork, and not one person even touched or examined my wound. I sought treatment elsewhere the next day and was hospitalized for a couple of days.Daniel CaedmonFirst time I went here, 5 star, second 4 star, 3rd 1 star. I don’t even want to explain why.JonkI left this damn place in worse physical condition than when I showed up. The lack of care and service and competence at this place BAFFLES me entirely. They missed my IV and I told them 4 different times that something wasnt right, I was promptly disregarded. Turns out I was right and they injected an entire dose of contrast into my arm tissue rather than my vein and that’s where it all stayed:) needless to say my forearm was bigger than my bicep for a good 14 hours and yes, it was disgusting. Never again in my life would I so much as dream of taking anyone to this place EVER. Literally dont you will regret every second of it I promise.michael whittaker jrSitting here listening to a couple nurses talk about other patients calling them scum bags yea real professional ♂️ calling another patients behavior bad and we dont treat bad behavior as the staff mocks him by saying we dont wanna violate the heepa laws cause he cant say HIPAA how the hell is this place still openCasey KittellI will never let any of my loved ones go to this emergency room. So many ways they lack in service I can’t even begin to describe. I practically begged the staff for IV fluids because I was so dehydrated and they refused. By the time I went to St Joe’s maybe 24 hour later (wonderful hospital) I needed 2 bags of IV fluids and had a critically low potassium level. I am truly disturbed by the lack of care I received at this hospital. The only staff that IS helpful there is the office staff who will help find a DR to follow up with quickly.A FlyJust got home, thought they were going to give me some pain relief drops for corneal abrasion. They only gave me antibiotics. Called to ask why, guy said he couldn’t help me over the phone, gave me a number to call. I called the number, it was upstate hospital in Syracuse. How the hell is that supposed to help me right? This is after I got back from my two hour visit (speedy for Oswego), during which I was sat in the hall with some other patients. The guy to my left had a broken wrist and was getting it set there in the hall four feet from me. I still can’t sleep because I feel like there’s a fork stuck in my eye. Thanks Oswego ER! I wish I was joking right now.Tiana LynnIf there was an option for no stars I’d choose it I went In last night and waited for 1 hour 45 minutes, which I understood because it was so busy. Well afgtwe getting me into a room, the doctor came in looked at what was wrong and automatically knew what I needed. He never came back or any thing. They just pull you in and rush you out. Not worth it at all. Oh and I also still feel no better with what that gave me thank you Oswego and your rude staff. Update, I was hospitalized and had surgery, when upstate could have totally figured this out but just got rid of me. Thank you for the days of suffering.Jay KurtWell to start there is no option for 0 stars.. Friday evening I was at the emergency room running a very high fever. The woman ordered to complete a flu swab and strep throat swab claimed to the doctor that she had and in fact she had not. My work note was not filled out and was giving to me blank. The doctor was also unclear of how often to take medications that were recommended. Saturday evening I was back at the er due to a high fever because of the lack of detail in when I should be taking the medications. They had asked me 3 times with pharmacy I used. When I went to pick up my medications the pharmacy had no record of any prescriptions. Oswego hospital sent my prescription to the wrong pharmacy 30 mins from the one I requested. I called Oswego er to correct the problem and they said they would resend it to the pharmacy I requested. 1 hour later I still did not have my prescription. The pharmacist were I had requested the prescription to be sent called the other pharmacy and had my prescription in less than 10 minutes. I do not recommend Oswego hospital to anyone. They are careless in their practices.Josh Tynan⭐️⭐️To long of a wait…if you can make it go to syracuseLibertad León⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThe times that I have gone have treated me very well.
