Stacey Jarrell⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedMy husband had a wonderful experience when he needed an ablation. The staff were efficient and thorough. Thank you for the great care!Jennifer B⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI would like to commend this hospital for excellent human care. The pride that the employees that I came across on my unfortunate event to the E.R., were thee most commendable workers I have ever come across in my 36 years. I would like to thank everyone who I came across that worked in this hospital. Everyone cared 110%.Barbara Stebbins I have been coming to OLOL for 41 years since my 1st son and it has gone down hill. My husband came in last night through the ER which was great but on the 2nd floor is another story. Room is hot, it is being used as a storage room for IV poles. Asked nurse to have him moved to window bed or to another room and no response from them. Walked by him and stepped on his toes because no room in room.Gabriel Nagy⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedGreat staff from people at sign in, nurses, doctors and the techs!Joann Larkins⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedIn and out in a flash. Thanksjazmine mercado This was my first time taking my child to this hospital we usually go to Cooper Hospital but because my daughter was in so much pain I rushed her to the nearest hospital. My boyfriend pulled up in front of the emergency room and quickly was already getting my daughter out of the car when this lady which was security i asked her name was “Rebecca” was very rude while telling me I could not Park there and needed to move my car. I told Her we would be moving it just was getting my sick child out first since there was no close parking. She then continued to carry on with her rude responses. I was upset with the way she approached me she definitely showed lack of professionalism. When i walked In the other security which was a male was very nice to me and helpful didn’t get to get his name. Also let me say Lesly was very very nice was pleased to have her comfort my daughter while she was not feeling good .joseph jerez Unfortunately I have received some very disappointing news. Our Lady of lords has refused to put me on their kidney transplant list. Not because of my insurance because I have great insurance. Not because of my health because other than my kidneys I don’t have any major health issues. I was denied being put on their kidney transplant list because I lived two hours away. And they were concerned that I couldn’t do the aftercare meaning doctors appointment etc. Even though I told them I would be more than willing to drive there for every doctors appointment or rent an apartment next to the hospital or rent a room or even get an Airbnb. Every answer was no. So I said to them you would deny me a life saving transplant just because I live two hours away. That’s not fair. Hopefully this message will get back to administration and something will be done about this.Christopher O’Drain They need new receptionists at their heart group sewell location. They are pretty ignorant. The nurses that work there are great. I’ve been calling and leaving voicemails for almost two weeks with no return calls. I ended up calling a different extension to try and get help but I immediately got transferred before finishing my sentence to another voicemail box.Jeanette Melendez I had a panic attack on 1.8.19. OLOL and the Ambulance service were both HORRIBLE. EMS men were horrible, rude, asked the question very sarcastically. Went into the ER area, They left me in a wheelchair for 5-10 mins in the middle of a room, then pushed me into a corner of another area and waited there for 15-20 mins. Finally, got a bed – was provided with NO information during my wait, but the STAFF were talking to each other about their work problems: people calling out ect. After 2.5 hours, a Male nurse came in said I was ready to go, gave me discharge paperwork (it listed the test, not the outcome) & said I was good to go. NO information provided for any of the test my insurance will pay for, why? The entire experience was horrible. All of the staff from 1.8.19 needs to be retrained on basic social skills & patient care. I am a social worker (MSW) with full medical insurance & reside VERY close to this hospital, but I will definitely have my husband drive me away from OLOL. Again, it’s full of HORRIBLE staff.Mike Foley⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI haven’t been in Lourdes since 1994 but this hospital was out standing. I was a 21 old kid suffering from a head injury after there rehab l walked out knowing the world was mien the make from it what I wanted . They rebuilt s conference and I never looked back life has been full guns aheadMT C⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThey were amazing. My husband had a heart attack in December 2016, his care was excellent and the staff amazing.Cassandra badie the worst. aside from the 2 people who were so upset they shot themselves n the head, tha the er. the floor of hosptial was not much better. i stayed in a room with a women who went 2 on the floor. in 24 . then i heard she was getting a colonogsty sorry. i signed my self out that day. now on to the osborn clinic. i only went because it was so close to where i live. it turns out the obgyn , they have no dr on call after hours. so if you go in labor after 5 pm your on your own. they do have regular dotors on call . but no obgyn. insaqne right. i spoke with the office manger. she claimed to have no ideal about this. 2 weeks later problem not fixed. go some place else .any place else. i hear kenney is doing very well now.Maryann Sassaman⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedMy experience at Lady of Lourdes Hospital was outstanding. From the time I arrived in the ER till I was discharged I received the best care by everyone from the aides who wheeled me around to my tests, to the nurses( Gabby n Asia 2nd floor) , nurses in Cardiac Stress test room and my cardiac dr. Dr. Satvik Shah. Everyone made me feel comfortable and I can’t thank them enough for their awesome care.Annette Custis⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI wanna thank Diana Gomez for treating my mother so wonderful during her time in the e.r ..keep up the good work well appreciated..if u come on her watch u will be treated well
