Jeremy Rasler⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI came in with severe abdominal pain and vomiting blood, due to my symptoms, complaint, and medical history I was taken straight back to a room, seen my the ER Physician, labs, IV, and medication started by the nursing staff, I was stabilized and transferred by EMS to OLOL main campus for admission and further treatment! Nothing but excellence from this facility! As a medical professional myself, people need to understand that Free Standing Emergency Departments, operate just like an emergency Department in a hospital. They are licensed just the Same! Just because it is a Free Standing ER it is the same as going to any other ER, patients are Triaged and seen based on the patients complaint, vital signs, and physical assessment by the triage nurse or Provider! Free Standing ERs are NOT the same as Urgent Care, patients are not seen on a first come first serve basis! Also you must remember yes most free standing ERs are smaller, but you must realize they do get Ambulance Patients at these Facilities, they are trained and equipped to handle everything that a traditional ER does. So yes when you go to a free standing ER it is the same process as if you were at a major hospital!Ce H.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThe Dr. Was helpful. Everyone there was nice and kind. There was quite a wait time though. This emergency room only has eight beds, so people complaining about wait time what else are they suppose to do? A lot of the people I saw there could have been seen, at the urgent care exactly next door, which is only a minute walk. This is not a hospital, just a small mini emergency room. They can only have eight people in the back at a time. They do blood work , xrays, etc. If you have to stay over night, you will be transported to the larger Lady of the lake or the hospital of your choice.Ernestine Baskin McWilliamsI will never go here again. I was not seen and treated as though my issues were nothing of concern to them. I suffer from PCOS and I know for a fact that a cyst ruptured tonight like it did back in June and I ended up with an elevated white blood count. I explained to them what was going on and I was told that it was not an emergency. The Nurse and PA were very rude and I am in too much pain to drive any further so I am back home. People should not be treated this way. If u don’t want to treat people you are in the wrong profession. This was my first and last time going there and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else. Horrible bedside manner, I didn’t even finish getting triaged…..Whit NelsonIm never going there again. I waited 6 almost 7 hours and never was seen by a doctor….I left work to go to the ER and when i asked for an excuse I was told no because I had to be seen by a dr……dont go to olol unless you’re shot or have cancer….other than that youll be there until the next shift arriveJohnny KI’ve already written a complaint. I didn’t even stay to be treated after taking a nasty fall. The woman at the desk should be working elsewhere! SMH Wow, back here again for bloodwork. “IRIS” is on the phone on a personal call. She has my paperwork. She takes a minute from the personal call to ask the Drs name and tells me they may not do the bloodwork. I ask her to please look the dr up. Goes back to personal call. Sees me writing this and suddenly Im expedited. NOT ONE person was in here when I got here! Again SMH….peggy jyles⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedThey are very fast and goodDonna ShieldsWe waited 2+ hours to be seen, finally after getting in the room there was no where to sit been in the room going on 30 min still standing last time coming here
