Before you go to Pardee Hospital, you may want to know what the people who have already gone to this Hendersonville emergency room think.
Vicenta RuizI totally agree there is an older gentleman that works at front desk that has grey beard and hair that is so rude. I was there this morning with my son he did not let me explain and cut me short when i was trying to explain to him the situation. He then wanted me to explain what i was already trying to explain in the first place. They need to be better trained on how to treat the people that go there with respect. The doctor on the other hand was amazing.Satan’s Hantu KopekMe and my girlfriend are sitting in the emergency room for her to be seen about a possible brain abcess from an ear infection, and they’ve pulled everyone back besides us and we’ve been in the waiting room for 3 hours. The front desk people are sitting and having personal conversations and laughing instead of doing what they’re supposed to be doing. Shes crying and shes in pain and they haven’t even acknowledged us for the 3 hours we’ve been hereSusan Bausch⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedWent this morning for what turned out to be something minor. Every person from the receptionist to the doctor were kind and efficient. Almost no wait time.John Knight⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️✅ ER RecommendedI’ve been here twice over the last year, once with kidney stones and most recently this past weekend with cellulitis. They had me in a room and diagnosed in record time and made sure I understood everything I needed to do after leaving. The staff is really wonderful and attentive!Mayra LozanoI don’t normally write reviews but this is no exception. I believe my partner was not treated fairly or equally. First, he went in ambulance and was told no one could ride with him and was then transported to hospital were he was seated in chair in the hallway to stop his nosebleed but in fact had another nosebleed.Dr. Perez that supposedly needed to treat him was overbearing and ignored him. He only went in to see him and lasted not even 3 min. left Instead. Even my daughter had to get nurses and the nurses had to call him.but was the nurses that treated him when they saw he was excessively bleeding. This dr did Not listening to his concerns and really didn’t care. They didn’t do no blood test only X-ray and only poked him but never put in serum for IV. I believe that if a person is bleeding a lot the least thing they can do is put in an IV to get him hydrated from loosing too much blood. Not once did they test for his hemoglobin level nothing nor his iron level nothing. My partner continues to bleed and feels so weak. I get that drs are always busy but we are human beings not only a number. We should all be treated fairly and equally and by LAW have the appropriate medical screening and treatment. Otherwise this goes against their policies.Trey WoodI took my girlfriend here last night and the older man behind the desk (named Norm) belittled her and berated her for seeking medical attention, saying that they weren’t a doctors office (she’d been there a couple times for the same thing, but received no care)Michelle MichelleUnbelievably slow. We were the only people in the ER and it still took hours to even get a room. Ridiculous.Brittany SmithThey deserve no stars my pregnant wife sat in the er bleeding for 2 hours as they took every crack head in NC in front of her when I asked for a time update some rude older gentlemen got an attitude with me who worked there. It resulted in us leaving driving 20 min to park ridge and being seen instantly. IF YOU LOVE YOUR FAMILY DO NOT TAKE THEM TO PARDEECitygirl17This is the WORST emergency room ever. I have came here with my son and they make you wait hours even if you have a baby and see everyone else first. Ive never been to a place one where they dont seperate babies from adults, and two where they treat babies like nothing with no care. The front desk people are rude. DO NOT bother coming here.Jeremy PEvery time me or any person I know has ever come here it is 4 plus hours of waiting. There can be no one here, still the same thing waiting for hours and hours!
